Having never had marble flooring or shower before, I allowed our cleaning lady to use ordinary cleaners which stripped coating and etched the flooring and shower. Nick arrived on time, submitted a reasonable estimate, scheduled the work and finished quickly. The floors and shower look terrific and we are very pleased.

The owner and his guys showed up on time every day and worked continuously for a day and 3/4 of the 2nd day. Nick answered questions we had about certain areas and went back over a few small areas to our satisfaction or explained why the areas will never be perfect like when first installed. The marble floors have been down many years and a lot of grout has discolored and cracked, which requires re-grouting by another person/company. The after results are incredible and we are very happy with the way the marble and granite now looks. The kitchen slate floor was a disaster but now looks almost new; the grout is gray again not black as it looked before. We are so pleased with the work that we plan to have them do 3 other rooms with marble floors after the holidays. The Saturday night the living room floor was finished a friend spilled white wine on the floor. I emailed the owner on Sunday and he responded within a few hours that he would come and fix it. Sure enough, he was here on Monday and now the spots are gone with no etching. I mentioned to him last week that I wanted to buy a gallon of his cleaner and he brought it with him. He didn't charge us anything for taking care of the wine spill but I think other companies might have. Impressed that the owner followed through on what he said he would do. I hate having people in the house doing work but the guys made it as painless as possible. Everyone was courteous, experienced and professional and very knowledgeable about marble, slate and granite. I am very detailed and picky and the owner clearly cared that we were satisfied with the quality of the work. Definitely recommend the company. We believe the cost was reasonable.

Nick conducted a pre-site visit to pinpoint the work to be done and prepared both a time and cost estimate, explaining each and every step to me. He and his team were knowledgeable of the marble and stone involved and how to treat it, having attended multiple professional training in this field. They arrived ahead of time, ready to begin the work. They carefully sealed off other areas so that those were not impacted by the dust or any water. They performed their work with diligence, completing everything within schedule. The vanity counter was not on the list, but on viewing it again, they performed that work at no additional charge. They informed me of the status throughout the process, highlighted suitable maintenance products and cleaned up every bit of dust and water as they finished. The price was reasonable, reflecting the scope of work. They are true professionals. I will definitely use them when needed and am very pleased to recommend them.

A person came out to do it and he goes, "Oh you have Saltillo tiles," and I said, "Yes." Then I called to make the appointment [unclear 11:42] so he said, that man works with ceramic tile so he said he was going to call the owner. The owner was 15 minutes away. So he came out and looked at my floors he says, "I can do your floor. But for what you want, it's going to cost you a lot more money." He said, "It's going to cost you somewhere between $600 and $1,000." I said, "I'm not interested for that kind of money." I did go back and read all the words and somewhere in the deal details it did say ceramic tile. I guess I had just missed that. He said he was going to call and tell them to refund my money. For being positive and trying to see if there was a resolution, I would give them an 'A'. But I didn't have any work done.

The company was scheduled to do the job and I received a phone call the day before they were supposed to arrive informing me that the technician had been fired and they would not be able to do the job! No other explanation was provided on the voice-mail message. I did receive an email indicating "...the technician Andy is know longer with us. He was the only trained grout repairmen. We will not be able to do that job for you . Thank You Nick Carnes." I would not recommend this company.

I am very pleased. Nick came out to measure, demonstrate the process and provide an estimate. We scheduled a date and a crew of three came out and got it all done in one day. They were polite, pleasant and accommodating. They did a great job and I was very happy with the results.

They came out right on time and we're extremely professional. Walked me through the whole process and told me what products they would be using, drying time, and any after care procedures which were basically not to step on the grout for a few hours. They finished the areas in 2 hours and I was thrilled with the outcome.

He was prompt and did and absolutely beautiful job. He even did some extra work for me. I have slate tile, which is a little more difficult to clean, and he was able to get most of the grease stains off of it. He did a very nice job, and I would use him again.

It didn't go well at all. He came out and started in the dining room and he said it would have been an additional cost to do extra work and after looking at what he did in the dining room I told him to not seal the grout because the work didn't look any better than a simple mopping job, since I didn't want the grout sealed. I wanted him to clean another area since I didn't want to have any of the grout sealed, but he would only clean the additional area for the additional charge of $300. I was very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone. I have requested a refund on the deal purchase.
