It went fine, but a few months later mold began growing on the new grout. They sent someone out immediately to replace the grout again. Unfortunately there seems to be something wrong with our tiles and drippan - the shower most likely meds remodeling to truly avoid this problem. I wish someone had told us that at the first visit, but otherwise their work was very good. Very friendly customer service.

This Company is really EXCELLENT. They are very experienced, super professional, and do an amazing job. They made my old tired looking travertine tile floors look better than brand new. They never looked so good. Their technique is that of the old masters with good new tools and know how. I am extremely pleased with the job they did on my personal home, and am going to use them again as I am a real estate investor and will use them on all my other propties I have in the Houston area.

After a competitor did not show I searched Angie's list and came across this great company! They came out quickly to give me an estimate and scheduled service for a few days later. They arrived the day of service on time and did an amazing jobI I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

He was excellent. Their price was fair and they do excellent work. Everything was no problem. His price was very fair. We had gotten another estimate that was way out in left field. He's been in business a long time and knows what he's talking about. He's honest and forthright. It worked out fine.

He did the kitchen and bathroom perfectly. The shower did not hold up. When I called to complain, the owner came over immediately and redid the shower. It now looks wonderful and is maintaining.

I am writing this review nearly 3 years after service. I did not want to write immediately after the service as I wanted to see the long term results of the cleaning/sealing, never having had this done before. Unfortunately, time passed and I kept putting off the review. My experience with this company was fine - David was prompt, and very helpful moving my furniture out of the room for me, and completing the cleaning and sealing in a short time. I had an Angie's List coupon for cleaning 250 square foot of tile for $195, and was going to have just the main walkway area cleaned, rather than the dining, kitchen and living room (much of which was under a rug). But David convinced me to include the other areas as well (extra cost) so there wasn't a clean/not clean separation given tis was an open area. The cleaning went well, and I was generally pleased - the tile looked fine, although it was not overly dirty to begin with, and David did a great job at not damaging baseboards, cleaning all the tile, moving furniture back into the rooms. However, as time passed I could tell the grout was not sealed as well as I had expected (water was not beading up as I thought it would) and after about four months the main path was a bit grungy again. The other areas are about the same as they were - no issues, but they get little traffic, and in hindsight I wish I had only had the main entry/ walking area cleaned. It may be that tile grout just gets grimy and has to be resealed constantly. Having no other experience with cleaning tile grout I don't know how to gauge the long term results against any other service, but it was less successful than I had hoped. Based on my experience I do think All Starrs does a good job - I just can't rate the grout cleaning an "A" because the effects did not seem to last and I am now looking to regrout a small area and see if that helps. I would definitely consider using them for other jobs.

The service turned out pretty well. I did have to have them come back and treat some areas a second time but he was very agreeable in doing so. They had very good follow-up. He did what he said he was going to do.

I cant say enough good things about this company. By the time I called them I had been through 4 different contractors who had all either messed up my tile or left halfway through. I had already paid for a company to strip and seal the tile and the sealant destroyed the tile, and we never got our money back. Nick came on time, stripped a small area and sealed it and let me wait as long as I wanted to see if it worked before calling him to finish it. He answered my calls on time and was really honest with me about what he could and couldn't do. He came himself to do the job and did an excellent job,,,finishing it all in the SAME DAY! He then wrote a note on my invoice saying he would come and strip and seal it again free of charge if it didn't work. I came to this company having been taken advantage of several times over,,,and they were a total savior. Highly recommend.

It was time consuming and messy but went very well. One must be cautioned that they use water mixed with mild acidic chemical under fairly high pressure -- children should be isolated from the cleaning area though not a hazardous situation. Additionally, some grout came out from the bottom under high water pressure used. The latter is not their responsibility but be forewarned and be ready for some re grout if needed.

He did a very complete and detailed job. He noticed things I hadn't and was very thorough. I trust him and would use him again.

They cleaned, replaced, sealed grout in the tub surround in master bath. Looked like new when they finished. Very pleased with the work. Will have them back to do grout cleaning on the floor.

i asked them to do something that wasn't posted. They said they knew how to grout out doors. they don't.

Excellent job. David took about 4 hours and also cleaned the tile on the fireplace. Really looks great!

I called and scheduled a visit for Nick to make an estimate to clean almost all the floors in my townhouse - which includes tile and carpets. He was prompt and measured the area that needed to be done and gave me a written estimate on the spot. He does the work himself and really seems to enjoy it. He's very easy to work with. On the appointed day he arrived a little early and got to work right away. I left the house to get myself and my dog out of the way and he called me when he was finished. The carpets looked a lot better although there were a couple of marks that didn't come up and he pointed out a small area in the master bath that hasn't been installed properly so it still looked white even though he had cleaned it. He said he would return if there were any things I had problems with. I was very happy with his work and will call him again.

Fabulous! David is terrific!!! He went over and above to clean our floors and get them back to looking brand new. I did not think he could get our white grout new again, but he did!!! I would highly recommend this company!!!

I had a large area of tile surface and the grout accumulated dirt like crazy. They came and cleaned out the grout and restored it to more of a tan color.

Although I have yet to get my tile cleaned (3000 sq. ft-so a big commitment) I would use and recommend them in a heartbeat. Their technician went above and beyond explaining all of my options from cleaning, restoring, recoloring or a full regrout. I was having a backsplash put in at the time and didn't have that grout color picked. Their technician told me all about having the grouts on floor and walls match and gave me great advice. I owe him a big thanks. He even showed me how it would look on a different tile surface in my home. Use them. They are great

Nick came out to provide the estimate. He arrived on time. Cost was comparable to other estimates. The tile is a cream color with light tan grout. The tile had not been professionally clean since the home was built. On the day of the services, Nick and a partner arrived early (15-20 min). They spot tested the tile in the kitchen. I was impressed with the test results. The tile looked new! They cleaned and seal all of the tile and cleaned the carpet in the bedrooms. In the foyer, the cleaning process left 3 very small holes in the grout. Nick refilled the grout. He also showed me how to mix the grout (for future reference). After the tile was dry in the kitchen, Nick felt that he could clean/lighten the grout more, so they recleaned the kitchen. The Tile looks absolutely gorgeous!! I am thoroughly satisfied with the floors. Nick was very informative about how to routinely clean the tile. He didn't try to sale me any products. He just provided the names of a few good products to use. Both guys were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. A Great Experience!

We were very pleased with his work. We actually did much more but he did a very good job, so we spent quite a bit more than the big deal.

David was very responsive, performed as promised and was reasonably priced (he was particularly reasonably priced on carpet cleaning). I liked and trusted him and intend to use him again.

It has been to long to remember details. I do recall that I was very satisfied with the entire project and that the provider actually cleaned and sealed more than the designated area, so I felt just that much more "special".

David answered my call and agreed to come out the same day to do the work. I have to say the work look very good, there were only a spot or two that were not polished as well as they should have been. Overall, I was very happy with the work and especially the fact he came out the same day. However, I noticed that David seemed to be in a hurry to leave and acted nervous. I realized why after he left when I walk into my freshly painted 1/2 bath and found a wet towel laying by the sink. When I turned around I saw white splatters all over the bathroom walls. So, while I appreciated the work and timeliness, I did not appreciate the dishonesty by not saying anything about the mess he created. I had to repaint the 1/2 bath.

They were prompt and hardworking. He didn't want to quit on it. It was a really hard white textured tile. It was hard to get clean. He worked really hard on it. I thought the price is good.

The entire experience was awesome. I was under the gun to get over 1000 square feet of tile-grout in my new house cleaned, and stained a different color. I needed all this done by the end of the week because the furniture was all being delivered on Friday. I called on Monday, David came out Tuesday to give me a quote. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I picking out colors for the grout (different tiles and colors in different rooms), going over all the rooms in details to ensure there was no other work that needed to be done, and even gave us some advice for keeping the tile, grout and granite in top shape. He promised that he could get it all done on Thursday, in time for the move. True to his word, David was out at 9:30 Thursday morning and worked straight through the evening, not finishing until after midnight. We were super impressed by his work ethic and the professional job. Every inch of the grout was double and triple checked to ensure it all was evenly stained and looked great. We are very happy with the job, the price was very reasonable, and feel we got every dollars worth. We will definitely be using and recommending All Starrs and David for any and all future stone work.
