Description of Work: They completely cleaned all the grout in my entryway, kitchen, and eating area. The grout had never been cleaned in 6 years so it was a dramatic improvement. There were a few spots that did not clean as well and they came back, at no additonal charge, and hit those stubborn spots a second time. The were very knowledgeable at what they did and I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: All Starrs Stone Care did my kitchen and my dining room. They steam cleaned and they sealed the floor. It wasn't just polishing; they sealed it so that it won't get stained.

Description of Work: Nick came out and first evaluated the work to be done and gave me an estimate. The morning of the day the work started Nick and the crew arrived right on time. I had them polish and seal the marble counters in my kitchen, the 1/2 bath and the entry floors. I knew in advance that the method to be used was a "wet" polish, meaning water would likely spray. Nick was well aware of the fact that all my woodwork had been recently painted and he took great care in protecting my cabinets, walls and floors. I think they are a good company and do good work. I did not give them an excellent rating simply because I am a perfectionist and there was some follow up that I needed to take care of myself. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for marble maintenance.
