It was 350 miles. It included at least 4 bedrooms. I would never recommend them to anybody. They held my furniture hostage when I first got here because I objected to their overnight storage which they never told me about. Legs were totally broken off the tables.They said they would take care of that and 2 weeks later they still haven't. It took at least 6 times to get an invoice. They kept claiming they would mail it to me and I had to have it to file the claim. Finally I get to somebody high enough and get an invoice emailed to me so I could file a claim. The price wasn't within the price they quoted me. The loaders and unloaders were great; I even tipped them. They were there when they said they would be. I was not very happy with the moving company but the movers were excellent.

They broke a lamp, a couch leg, chipped a buffet, and dropped a bed on an antique stained glass window that they were not supposed to touch. Repair cost was $730. They "in good faith offered us $75" and said they were only liable for $9 because their insurance only covers 60 cents per pound per the contract. Needless to say I would never use them again.

The movers were polite and on time. There were hidden fees (e.g. Wrapping the furniture for protection) and the quoted price was a significantly less amount than the amount charged. The cost was based on an hourly price and I was assured it would take only 3hours or less, but it took 6 1/2 hours instead and more than doubled the quoted cost. Even with all the extra time and furniture protection, some of the furniture was damaged and several boxes broke and items damaged as well.

They came out and have us a free estimate after viewing items in the home. They have us a quote both with packing services and without. They told us it was a not to exceed quote so anything above what they quoted would not be charged, but any boxes we packed for ourselves we would not be charged. we packed several boxes ourselves, but the price did not go down. They did a great job of packing and moving. No items were broken in the move. we just learned we should have just let them pack everything as quoted.

They are the worst moving company I have aver used. The movers were unprofessional, complained the whole time and damaged most of my furniture. The only thing they wrapped was my couch and everything else got wet. I have moved at least 10 times in my life and have never experienced anything like this at all . DO NOT USE THEM. The list of what they damaged is below: Sleigh bed - they dropped the headboard on the rails breaking one of the supports and scratching/denting both the rails and the headboard. Hall table - Broke the area where the leg attaches to the table Daybed - broke a corner off Armorer - scratched and dented and 1 inch of trim broken off Dryer - dented and scratched Book case - bottom leg splintered Box spring for a queen bed, this now squeaks so bad that I can't sleep on it so I had to replace it. How you even damage a box spring is beyond me. Plastic totes -Several of them were cracked and broken. My boxes also had holes in them and were torn. The also scratched my hardwood floors, got mud on my carpet and put wet boxed on my hardwood floors. When I complained about that he said something leaked in the box. That was not possible because it was full of paper. I ended up having them leave everything else and I hired another moving company the next day to finish the job at the new house. Never, ever use them. I am thankful that nothing sentimental seems to have been damaged.

They did great. I would recommend them to anybody.

I had things that were missing so I would not recommend them. We moved about 3,000 square feet of furniture and the move took place over two days. I am not unhappy because the movers were pleasant and friendly but we did have some things that disappeared. The company doesn't keep a written inventory so there is no way to prove anything. It was weird things that were missing, like a pack and play, so because they were not major items it is kind of hard to prove anything; it is kind of like your word against theirs. They seemed to use inexperienced packers and I say that because the things that should have been in wardrobe boxes were thrown in regular boxes. That being said, the company paid to have things dry cleaned. They were willing to correct the things that were brought to their attention, minus the things that were missing that I couldn't prove we had. I will not use them again in the future.

The first moving crew were completely unacceptible and only one out of the three spoke english. The two who could not speak english were slow and basically lazy. More problematic was the fact that the boss had the flu--often coughing without covering his mouth, and was very sick. This resulted in exposing myself and wife to the flu, which evolved into us becoming very sick. However, even though the boss man was sick, he probably did twice the work as his other two crew members. We did complain and another crew was sent out for Monday. But, we were coming down with the flu and feeling horrible by the time this second crew arrived. However, the second crew were very professional and very good. The second crew probably did twice the work as the first. We did complain to the company. We would have given a much more favorable rating if the second crew had been involved in both moves.

they sent a rep to the house to right the estimate. I had another estimate from someone on Angie's list for the same dollar amount. I should have gone with them. It was his company, Niels Lenz, and looking back, he would have been the better choice. The men came and hardly spoke English. They packed things I didn't want packed. I was given a credit promptly when I called to explain what happened. But some things are lost. I sent an email and got no response. It isn'a a lot of things, but items such as a treadmill electrical cord, bathroom clock radio,electric toothbrush, and other misc. items. It isn't the amount but the hassle and the owning up to it that is disturbing. All My Men does not have many reviews on Angies' list and they won't get any with moves like mine.They need better communication, esp. between the guys.The boss also told my husband I told him not to move several things which was untrue. They also moved items in a closet to a shelf and did not pack them. So they were either getting lazy or bored. But they didn't pack my fax machine. They didn't pack the garden tools. What did get to the new house was fine. We are missing some lamp parts to one lamp. Nothing was broken. They use lots and lots of packing paper. And on the subject of ignoring my missing items, if we replace them and they had given us a credit and they are eventually found, I would send them a check. That is the right thing to do. Moving after twenty years is a huge, stressful experience. You pay them a whole lot of money to do a good job. I did my research, got lots of bids, and thought they would do a good job. But I would not use them again. It was an unhappy experience and disappointing as well.

The 3 movers were fast, professional and friendly. Asked questions, arrived exactly on time at both locations, set up and placed furniture where I wanted. Were very pleasant to work with. I would deffinately use this company again.
