[*** Link removed ***] First, let me say that I personally dislike writing bad reviews, but I couldn’t let another person get robbed and scammed like I did from All My Sons Moving Company. I first reached out to All My Sons on May 17, 2023, to inquire about moving into a two-bedroom apartment. I only had a small storage, the first stop, a peloton bike, tv stand, and a desk that needed to be moved from the next stop across the street from the storage. I was quoted an hourly for three movers. The move should have been no more than 3 hours since I’m moving less than 15min away. I gave a $100 deposit the same day I inquired to hold the spot since the 189.00 didn’t sound bad and the move wouldn’t take that long. The day before the move I received a confirmation call for the move time I would be the first person that morning and I was notified of the price which jumped up to $209.00 an hour from the $189.00 for three movers I was quoted in May when I initially made the deposit and the additional charge of including travel time (30 min arrive and 30 min travel). I was not aware before that there would be a 15% fuel charge which is based on labor and travel time. By this time, I couldn't change the moving company due to my moving date being the next day. On the actual moving day, I received a call earlier that morning stating that one of the moving trucks broke down and a moving truck would be at the first stop around 10a. When 10a came, I didn’t receive a call. I called the customer service number, and I was told that when the movers were on their way, they would give me a call. About three hours late I received a call about 12:45p stating that they were 15 min away. I met them at the storage around 1p. The first thing I was greeted with was an iPad to sign for a deposit to start the services. **Remember I already gave a $100 deposit on May 17th, so this was a second deposit. ** Once I signed to have the movers start since we were already late, I noticed that they had very little equipment, and the equipment that they had was raggedy and bare worked. There was no dolly to move furniture only pieces of plywood with wheels attached to moved furniture. The movers took their time running up labor costs. It took them an hour to move a small storage that should have taken no more than 30 mins if they had the correct moving equipment as well as if they weren’t talking so much to each. You could tell there was no guidance, no supervision, and no plan on how to move or stack the furniture in the truck. The storage move started at 1:20p and 2:18p. The next stop was directly across the street from the storage. I called and texted multiple times to see where they were. I was told they didn’t have the correct address to the second stop and they drove around until they finally arrived at 3:06p. (They drove around 48 mins which is billed as an hour of labor + 15% in gas because of they weren’t given the correct address.) Once they finally arrived, I had moved the peloton bike and tv stand out of the room into the hallway to speed the process up since they already billed me for an hour plus fees for no reason. All they needed to do was move the computer desk from the room. They took their time on that because the girl and the guy were standing around joking while the guy took the desk apart to move it from the room. It took them an hour to move 3 pieces of furniture. Once we reached the destination which was an enclosed apartment building with elevators and carpeted hallways. The movers expressed that they wished they had better equipment since the floors. It took them an hour to take the furniture out to place it in the elevator bay. Once they completed taking out the furniture the girl shows me the iPad and says before we can go any further, we need to accept the final payment to complete the move. In my mind, I’m thinking it can't be any more than $800.00 dollars (that was being generous) since they drove around for an extra hour for no reason. I was incorrect the charge was for $1820.95. I was floored, all three of the movers could see how devastated and shocked I was. I had no choice but to pay since all my furniture was sitting in the elevator bay. They took their time pushing the furniture to the apartment to drag the time out. When they finally finished at 6:53p, I had to walk 11 min back to the truck to sign the iPad that stated they finished 37 min later than actually finished since the customer service entered the end time for 7:30p. I was told that the customer service would call me back to credit me for the extra time I was charged and I have still not been called to receive a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! ALL MY SONS ARE SCAMMERS!!!!

Lots of hidden fees and the moving crew left thousands of dollars of damages (stair damage, ceiling damage, drywall damage). Their claims department is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. I just reached out to BBB to try to resolve after months of not getting anywhere. If they can make it right by repairing what they damaged I am willing to edit this review, but in the meantime I would NEVER recommend using this company.

I have used their moving service to move 2 bedroom stuff, no electrical appliances no piano, only two beds, 1 coach several small furnitures and around 17 boxes (most medium size) clothes stuff.. , 3 miles from one place to another and both places have elevators. They sent 3 movers (one of them is complete new experience) dragged their feet intentionally and spent 8 hours. They even stopped the work in the middle and wanted me to pay before resuming. A threat, never see such behavior on other movers, when I raised my concern, they only reduced the hour to 6.5 and still charged me $1370. A complete rip off. More ridiculously, the movers missed one center support for one queen bed frame, ripped off the head board of another king bed, one reading table twisted and damaged the fixture so it can’t be reassembled back.. one plate broken, tea table scratched and damaged to my new place on the walls and doors. Those movers did not bring right tools and they did not pay attention to protect the client’s property. Now they said they offer me $270 to compensate the damage.. Never use this mover again.. too many fake reviews, make sure you do your due diligence before making decisions. I have pictures to post, not sure how to do it here.

I hired this company to move me from a 2 bedroom apartment to a townhouse next door. It was literally next door and I told them I only needed the warm bodies to move us and that a truck wasn’t needed. The next day they arrived with a very large truck and again I told them (this time in writing in the contract) that we didn’t want the truck. Their guy signed it. They parked the massive truck out of the way and started moving boxes from the apartment directly into the townhouse. One of the guys was morbidly obese and it began to take 45 minutes for him to make each trip between homes. By lunch I was taking over an hour per trip. At one point it took an hour and a half for them to move a couch. After 8 full hours the two guys packed up and told me they were done. They handed me a bill for $1370 which included $300 in truck time and fuel surcharges. Again I told them I did not agree to their truck charges and their boss said “so what“ “who cares what you said” “you’re paying anyway” “that’s just the way it is”. When I went back to the apartment there was still 2 walk in closets full of stuff, as well as a desk and chair and a chair 65 inch tv left behind. I had to work by myself to clear out the apartment for another 6 hours. So in summary, this company sent guys who couldn’t properly handle moving furniture due to being obese, they didn’t finish the move, they charged me $1370 for 8 hours of work and didn’t finish. They added $300 in charges for services they didn’t give me and that I didn’t agree to accept. Do not hire these guys. If you decide to hire them anyway, don’t say you weren’t warned. I took pictures of all the contracts where they accepted my changes regarding the truck as well as pictures of the end of day when they claimed they got everything. The worst part is the owner laughing at me when he charged my card. Awful.

We used them for two days (two teams). Second day was fine. First day, no tools, had to keep stopping, etc. which was an extra hour we had to pay and I actually had to take the bed apart, get the refrigerator out, move half the house for them so why didn’t they pay me? Then when that team got our stuff to the home, they messed up our walls, light fixture and the wood outside door. Told their claims and they offered $175....that doesn’t even pay for somebody to come fix it. They’ve gone downhill in the years so go with somebody else.

Their price was awesome. I think there were three guys that came out to do the work. It was a three-hour time and they did everything within that time. The area was pretty spotless after they finished. They did good.

The All My Sons were very considerate and careful. They did the job right, I will use them again.

The big issue is they were not prepared for the quantity in terms of packing or in terms of moving even after a walk through. All of it took much longer than expected and the estimate I was given which was supposed to be the top amount was almost doubled at the end. There were opportunities to realize the job was going to be much longer and get some help so we would not be finishing at midnight but that did not happen either. I wish I had read reviews - they seem to do ok on smaller jobs but if you have a larger house they are not capable. And additionally I have asked several times for a detailed invoice for the total and i have yet to receive it. On the positive side the packers and movers were very hard working professional nice guys. THey were actually very good. But when they have been working for 16 hours straight with practically no break everyone was tired - including us!

All My Sons moving showed up on time to both pack and move over the span of 2 days. I was very pleased with the movers. The move manager who quoted me for the move , said he would figure a little high on the quote, but the actual charge would be much less. Well as it turned out the amount charged was what his quote was, which when you broke it down overcharged me for hrs worked. 7 hrs quoted for packing, 6 actually worked. 12 hrs quoted for moving, 7 worked. I brought this up with the move manager and he said he would look into it and talk to his manager and see what they could do. That was about 6 weeks ago and since then they have stopped taking my calls, I have left several messages with no returns. Very disappointed with this experience.

When I called all my sons they were very nice and very professional. I chose to hire them because prices were comparable to other moving companies and they said they were employee owned so I thought they'd take care of their customers. We have a 2600 sq ft home and had lots of boxes however we weren't brining any of the furniture from the 2 living area or the games room. I expected it all to easily fit in a 26 ft truck. It didn't so we had to make 2 trips which was fine. The guys seemed to be hustling so I was ok with all that. When the first truck was a little over 3/4 full the main guy Jason said instead of trying to fit as much as we can in this truck we are just going to move the stuff over now. We have plenty of room for a second truck full. Of course they're the experts so I said ok. Well by the end of the night the second truck was full and we were still left with a bunch of stuff. I asked Jason what we were going to do and he said guess you'll need to get a truck. I paid them $2200 only to have to still rent a truck and move out own stuff. I'm still trying to figure out how it took 4 guys 12 hours to move everything. And to top it off they damaged almost every piece of furniture we own. Once we figure it all out we will be filing a claim. Do not use these guys, unless you like your furniture scratched and dinged up.

The movers arrived at 9 AM and finished by 11:15 AM. They were very professional and careful with my belongings. Two items of furniture were especially large and heavy. The movers did a superb job carrying this furniture down two flights of stairs.

Sales rep told about storage fee & accessibility. Movers & workers services are amazing. Exceptional customer service - store employees.
