Ajax Exterminating

With our prior exterminator, even after multiple treatments we continued to get cockroaches in the house daily. They were the large ones. When I told the prior exterminating company they were coming in, and they would die in the house he said, "well at least they're dead." Then they would proceed to tell me they can't stop them from getting in. Ajax actually performed a thorough inspection of my house and pinpointed precisely where they were coming in. He offered to seal the areas, but I told him I'd do it myself. I sealed those areas, and we have not had a single cockroach in the house in 3 months. All we needed was someone to take some time to solve the problem instead of rolling out the hose, spraying, and handing me an invoice. Ajax uses granules that seem to last longer, and he also treated my detached garage. Definitely great at killing bugs!

The treatment was fine. The inspection was just ok.

The gentleman that came out was very thorough and went over some things with me. He even did the attic and our garage apartment. He gave me some pointers also. I would definitely use them again.

They did a real good job. They did something called exclusion/ They basically fill up the outside of your house so that rats and mice can not get into your house. He did a good job. His prices were very reasonable. He did a real good job. I give them an A+. Since I'm lazy, I work 80 hours a week, that's why I had it done, I have not been up to my attic to see if the rats are still coming in. I have not been in my attic since he has done that job so I don't know if there is new activity or not. I thought their price was very reasonable. As far as I can see the quality was real good. I give everything an A, I just don't know how effective it was yet because I haven't gone up to my attic, but as far as the job itself, I went back and checked it and it looked real good. I am using him again. I got rid of my old exterminator and I am using him for my extermination from here on out.

Excellent job all around. Very polite and used pet friendly products. I explained that we had been seeing a lot of cockroaches in the garage, so they were very thorough with spraying and setting traps. Did an great job explain everything to me and I would definitely hire again. A little surprised to have to pay sales tax on top of promotional rate, but still consider them as an excellent provider.

All work performed as promised. Gave tips for keeping raccoons and opossums out of our yard.

Except for initial response (did not hear from them for 3 wks) which took longer than expected. Some mix up with communications? After I contacted them they quickly set up appt. This company did a thorough job inside and outdoors. Robert was friendly and professional. Would recommend and hire again.

The service itself was good. The extermination has generally been effective. I appreciated the punctuality as well. However trying to schedule the service was a hassle, and the employee was very unprofessional. At one point during the phone conversation, I was told I could call him back and try to schedule once I had my "personal life in order" because I was going out of town and the suggested schedule date didn't work for me. Besides the unprofessionalism on the phone and the hassle of scheduling, the service was good.

Ajaz Exterminators, LLC is the best company you can hire for your pest control needs. Robert is conscientious, helpful, and really cares about his customers. He consistently goes above and beyond what he is expected to do. He insisted on cleaning cobwebs around my house, even though I told him I would be happy to do it himself. I told him I was worried about ants (even though it's not ant season), and he mixed up a special batch to treat the interior and exterior of my home. Robert is truly an exceptional pest control professional, and I recommend him enthusiastically.

Came, set traps, but did not provide a service to close open holds (access) to attic on the roof. Had to schedule a separate contractor to do that.

He gave me several tips on ways to control pests between service. I learned why traps are the best way to control rodents, how to control fire ants and more. The poison control used was water-based and odorless.

On both occasions the contractor arrived on time, and performed a thorough and professional job. So far the results have also been very positive. I would recommend this company as well as its service. Thank you for your work.
