They did a good job, they were on time, they were clean, no issues and they come back between treatments.

We had been using the same service for years but they could not get the roaches under control. I called Ajax and talked to Robert. He was wonderful and very thorough. He took care of our roaches immediately!! I highly recommend Robert ... I’m so happy I haven’t seen a roach since we hired him!!

I highly recommend Ajax. Robert is excellent and easy to work with. I use his services at my personal residence and my rental property and have referred him to others as well who have all been very satisfied with his work. He is very honest, doesn't sugar-coat any bad news, never tries to up-sell, and takes as much time as necessary to get the job done right, answer all of my questions and offer advice on preventing future pest-related issues.

It was very good! He was knowledgeable, engaged and he used natural products which is very interesting. I am comfortable having him in my home. And I think the pricing was very reasonable.

This is actually a second review, because Mr. Cornealison posted a response to my first review indicating that all of the issues I noted were my own fault and that I'm 'new to the south' (have lived here all my life). I simply want to communicate that this individual has problems accepting feedback or recognizing deficiencies in his performance, which is somewhat evident by the tone of his service provider responses. As I mentioned in my first review, the service itself was fine, though disorganized, so consider that someone unwilling to consider opportunities for improvement, and so ready to communicate disrespect for customers who aren't 100% happy might not be the best choice. Buyer beware.

Ajax changed their service area since the last time I used them and they don't service my area anymore. Robert was very prompt and courteous in letting me know. If they expand their service area in the future, I would gladly hire them again.

We bought the annual plan deal on Angie's List. Robert showed up before time, was very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. He did a thorough inspection of the house (inside and out, including both attics and garage) and put out baits to control the problems. Definitely happy to be working with Ajax.

This is the third year we have called Ajax to deal with our annual flea infestation. Our indoor/outdoor cats bring in the problem each spring; Ajax treats for fleas and eliminates all our pest problems. While here, my wife mentioned mice in our garage. He showed her how they entered and how to prevent it. Very professional, punctual and effective.

Great service and no bugs in the house. Can't ask for more than that. Will rehire.

We’ve been using their services for a year now and happily live without bugs. When we first moved into the house we had a lot of issues with spiders, roaches and ants. After our first visit we still had some and they came back out an extra time to knock them out. I’m not sure that the previous owners had kept up with pest control. Since then we’ve barely had problems with the spiders and ants and have only seen on roach that was already dead.

The service itself seemed acceptable, though between the second and third quarterly visits we had to deal with a number of large bugs. This was my first experience with a pest control company so i wasn't sure what to expect in terms of eradication of our South Texas bugs. The main reason I rated low on punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism is that this company is very disorganized. They don't provide any kind of reminders, or scheduling service, so you have to make time to call them each time you need them to visit. They also keep no record of client information, so they'll simply call you back at whatever phone you used to call them from last. I called to set up an appt from a landline at work that I don't regularly use; when they needed to reschedule they called that number back and couldn't reach me, so I spent a morning at home waiting for an appt that never happened. The need to reschedule was perfectly reasonable. The fact that they had my correct information but didn't keep track of it such that they were effectively a no-show was not, in my opinion, reasonable. If they could get more organized, and maybe even provide the ability to schedule appointments online and get reschedule notices via email this would be a great company. If they could just keep track of the information their clients provide and use that for reschedule notices they'd be a fine company. But the lack of communication and organization s a deal-breaker for me.

Rob is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He makes sure to check all over the house and into the attic and garage etc. We back into the bayou and would not be able to enjoy the backyard without his efforts. We buy the annual plan now so he calls and visits every quarter.

Came out for free follow up to clean out the traps. Recommended where we needed to seal entry points.

He identified the places around the house and in the attic where the racoon is getting in. A company that does animal extraction will have to do the removal. He did not charge anything for the inspection and advice about the extraction process and subsequent repairs on the damaged areas of the house. I also had questions about ant problems and the complications of pest control when there are parrots present who cannot be exposed to any type of chemicals. Robert addressed all the concerns I had about the chemicals used and the application methods, and I decided to sign up for the one-year contract for extermination. He had time to do the treatment then and was quick and thorough. Robert is very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after coming out of the attic (pieces of insulation) and had even locked the gate to the backyard. I recommend Ajax completely and without reservation.

Owner Rob is very knowledgeable. He explained his process and what to expect. Nice guy, as well. He has kept his commitments to treat the house on a a regular schedule, with his second visit this month. Great job!
