Description of Work: I bought the $85 Environmentally Friendly Interior and Exterior Pest Treatment on Angie's List. The name is misleading. The inside of the house was not "treated". The exterminator just set insect traps inside the house. I don't feel like the deal was worth the money. I could have gone to the store, bought my own insect traps, and place them myself. A professional exterminator is not needed for that. On top of that, my house still has ants. The "treatment" didn't seem to help at all. | |The exterminator was very nice and friendly. However, the deal was not worth the money.

Description of Work: The owner of Ajax came end of June to spray chemicals to get rid of fire ants. He was paid via Angie's big deal purchase. He said there is a 30day guarantee if the ants come back. Since the ants came back he was called for retreating and so stopped by July 20. He said there were no ants that he could see but still sprayed a little chemical. |Now about three weeks later we can see the ants in large numbers and will be calling a bigger pest control corporation. Disappointed at the experience of an Angie's A rated vendor.

Description of Work: I left a message for service and was promptly called back. He was very helpful in determining what level of service I needed without pushing unnecessary treatments. On the day of the appointment, he called while in transit to left me know he was on his way (I love call aheads, so much easier to know when they will be at the house) and explained clearly the procedure. He was very professional and walked me through maintenance and care of the treatment I received. He again, did not sell me additional services... and therefore I asked for him to come back regularly to do yard treatments.

Description of Work: follow up visit due to previous Angies List Contract. Arrived on time (exactly), very knowledgeable and informative... offered tips and hints for future pest control tactics to make the future much nicer... Great individual, would highly recommend

Description of Work: Robert inspected the house to identify entry points that rats were using to get into the house. He put out wooden rat traps coated with peanut butter in the attic and garage, the most probable entry area for the rats. He also filled areas under the eaves with wire mesh to prevent rat entry. Upon return, he found several rats caught in the wooden traps in the attic and recommended resetting the traps and returned a week later to check them; this third visit cost $92. I agreed to another (4th) visit to check traps for another $92. The third and fourth visits to check and remove traps was pricier than I expected. | |Robert seemed knowledgeable and used simple, non-toxic but reliable techniques for catching rats.

Description of Work: Rob is thorough professional and dependable . He treated both the inside and outside of The house for sugar ants and roaches . when we had spotting in new locations he came back the following day to take care of it . We very happy with his service .

Description of Work: Set traps for rats and come back to check. No rats were found but he reset the traps and sprinkled a deterrent around the yard.

Description of Work: Did a full pest control treatment of the interior and exterior of the house as well as the yard. He was an hour and a half late, but gave me additional services to compensate me for my time.
