Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $79 for a General Pest Control Treatment with Bonus. Treated yard and house for insects.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $145 for Rodent Abatement Package with Free Pest Control Treatment. It was excellent.

Description of Work: It was a Big Deal for $70 for an Interior or Exterior General Pest Control Treatment with Bonus. They treated both the inside and outside of the home. I had a roach problem.

Description of Work: It was a Good Deal for $125 for a Single Flea Service for your Yard and Home. It was a good service and they were on time. It had been a week or so after been out, but we noticed that we still had fleas. However, after the first couple weeks or so, it seemed THATS when the product really kicked in, and now, approx 2 years later, we feel the need to re-treat. So it lasted a good long while. Overall a good deal just takes a few weeks to notice the lasting effects.

Description of Work: Interior/Exterior pest control. Owner/exterminator was courteous, thorough, and went out of his way to work with my schedule. I'll be a regular!

Description of Work: The technician came out and was very polite and complete in his inspection. He identified the problem quickly and gave me a solution. He had to return because he didn't have everything he needed to complete the job in the first visit. I felt like he tried to upsale me in the end and offer me a service that I could have completed as a DIY project. But overall he was good at his job and I haven't had any problems.

Description of Work: When I scheduled the appointment they were very friendly and came out quickly. However, after a week we were still seeing roaches and when I called to ask them to come out again he was reluctant saying they were coming in from outside. He came out again after some convincing and that did seem to solve the problem. I probably won't use them again.

Description of Work: Nothing. I was out of the area he chose to service. This was not stated on the Angie's List site. He asked me to initiate and track down a refund. This is why I gave the bad review. He should have taken care of a refund for business he turned down. It took me weeks and many contacts and Angie's List going back and forth to get the refund. POOR SERVICE!!!

Description of Work: Had a appointment confirmed, but I had to cancel . Called back to rescheduled , and all of a sudden they don't service my area. Hmmm

Description of Work: On Monday 4/8/2013, I noticed a swarm of bees congregating where two roofs come together in the front of the house. The location of the bees was approximately 18 feet off the ground. I called and talked to the owner, Robert on his cell phone, he was on anouther job close by. That was at 2:30. He gave me a quote and said he would work me in befor 5 pm. I told hom I had a sturdy double extention ladder that he could use. We agreed to a price and he showed up about 4 pm. He immediately diagnosed the problem, put on his bee suit, mask and helmet. Using my ladder, he attacked the bees with a power sprayer, killing and/or chasing off the bees, including the queen. The bees had entered the wall thru a crack in the brick mortor and cracked caulking. He then sprayed inside the cracks with another product that would eliminate a followup. He recomended I get a mason or handy man to repair the cracks, There were a few stragler bees flying around. He gave me a discount for the use of my ladder, and I paid him. On Wednesday, I noticed anouther small swarm of bees higher up on the house at a different place. I called Robert and he came back, got up on the ladder and exterminated the new swarm, which had not entered the house. There were no more bees. He did not charge me for the follow-up.He was very professional and I am a happy customer. I have hired Ajax to be my exterminator.

Description of Work: I originally hired him for bee removal and though he wasn't able to do so (they were in an area he couldn't get to), he contacted another company to do so and that person came out w/in days and removed the bees for an even lower cost. I was happy that the job got done soon after and that the price ended up being less, particularly because it was disappointing that it couldn't be done as originally scheduled. That made up for it. At the same time, I had Robert estimate bird removal/prevention from under the house. He gave me a most reasonable price, in comparison with the ridiculous and varied amounts from other companies. So I had him come out the following week to put up bird spikes and he seems to have done a complete job (and his knowledge from his previous zoo experience seemed to reinforce that that would be the best solution). Also, while he was there, he sprayed for fire ants without charge. It is an incentive to use his services in future. He is knowledgeable, honest and fair.
