AirCon Service Co

There was no heating in the upstairs furnace. Thermostats didn't register the correct temperature. (We recently had heat check from a different company that didn't find any problem with our system.) I called AIrCon and they scheduled a technician to come in within 20mins! The tech quickly diagnosed that the furnace was fine but there was a short to the unit. He fixed it quickly. We got heating back and both thermostats are now working properly! The technician was competent, honest and professional. He didn't over charge us and didn't pressure us to get a brand new furnace. We can't be happier with the service.

They were incredibly fast to come out (within 6 hours of calling), the tech was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They called to follow-up on services as well. I will certainly keep their number handy for the future!

Air Con Technician showed up on time and was very professional. We had them out for the fall check up on the gas heating system before the weather turns cold. We just bought our home in September and the previous owner did not have a manual for the programmable thermostat so Technician went over it with me. Also, the following Saturday we called Air Con with another questions about the thermostat and left a message with the answering service. We were called back almost immediately and he went above and beyond answering our questions AND finding the manual online so that we could print it for future reference. Top Notch Operation!!

Fast service, arrived on time. No tricks, found a simple solution that did not require parts and only required the service fee. Did a complete inspection of the furnace and explained how each part passed or failed.

Very prompt service. I guessed at the problem and Jody confirmed the problem by thoroughly trouble shooting the condensing unit. He had the necessary part on his truck and the repair was made in a timely manner. This is a great company with excellent customer service.

It went great. The technician showed up promptly. He brought a new thermostat with him and installed it quickly. He checked that it worked with both heat and a/c.

I've had them out three times for various reasons to work on my aging A/C (18 years old) unit. All the technicians have been great and performed the services in a professional manner. I highly recommend AirCon.

I have an inspection contract with Aircon. A technician comes to my house twice a year to inspect the ac and furnace. The technicians have always been courteous and knowledgeable. Their office staff maintains a high level of customer service. I recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience. It took a week to get service. They arrived only 20 minutes late, but about 45 minutes unto the work, one of the technicians came through the ceiling creating a 4 foot hole and raining a lot of insulation onto my new hardwood floor. I called the company and they implied getting it fixed would be my responsibility and I would be responsible for payment anyway. I am preparing this house for lease, and my realtor has pulled it from the market. I am facing lost income, but I believe this is the company's responsibility to make right. They sent someone out three days later to fix the hole in the ceiling and reinsulate. It took him two days, but he also touched up the paint around the door to the furnace that they had beaten up pretty badly and fixed a gouge in the new hardwood floor. I put the house back on the market six days after the service fiasco. They gave me a 2.8% discount for my trouble. I guess something is better than nothing. I still would not recommend them. As much as they tried to put a positive spin on things, from my perspective it was a giant pain. Their workers were far from professional and the person at point of contact could not have been less helpful when I called about the accident. Telling me "it happens" and "you are still expected to pay" was not the response you want when your home has been so drastically damaged.

I called AirCon because my a/c was not performing as I felt it should. Initially, they wanted to clean the evaporator coil which I agreed to. Only after the cleaning had been performed, they informed me that my evaporator was actually a mismatch for my condenser and should be replaced. This was somewhat frustrating, as the evaporator cleaning itself was not cheap. To their credit, they offered to deduct the price of the cleaning if I hired them to replace the evaporator. Fair enough, but in an ideal world we could have skipped the cleaning altogether. However, the rest of my experience with AirCon was very good. We are happy with the job they did replacing the evaporator and our system is working great now. They even gave us some tips on efficiency and made sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves when they left. Over the course of the project and afterwards, someone from their office called me several times to make sure I was satisfied.

They were courteous and got the system up and running in no time. I would use them again.

AirCon has true professionals. Our AC ( Trane ) outside fan motor failed on a very hot Sunday ( 7/12/15 ). Jody saved the day by getting it to work for the remainder of that day. Early Monday morn we received a call from Jody~ he had the new motor for installation. He came out quickly, professionally put it in and checked the entire system addressing all questions. All costs were upfront and reasonable. Jody's service and expertise was beyond excellent. AirCon is a honest company!

Jody was wonderful. He was on time, serviced our ac as needed and went over our current system with me. We just purchased the home so I was not familiar with the system. I felt like he went above and beyond the service call. Greatly appreciated!

John came out to inspect our unit that has been out of service for several years. He did a thorough inspection of the indoor and outdoor units and all was well. The compressor is making a horrible noise, but John gave his professional opinion and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. Honest and straight. I will call on John if I need future a/c-heat service.

Ronnie showed up on time, looking professional and very friendly. He inspected our inside unit, our outside unit, and our duct work. I asked him numerous questions and he was always polite and honest with his answers. Even though our unit was purchased thru another local company, I can honestly say I will be using Aircon and Ronnie for all future work!

AirCon surprised me in a good way. Their sincerity and work ethic is outstanding. Evaporator coil cleaning was very well done. They sent me before and after photos as I requested since I could not be on site. My tenant said that the technician explained her what had been done with photographs and the tenant told me that the technician was very professional. There was a misunderstanding about replacing run capacitor. I meant to ask to replace run capacitor for condensing unit, however the technician replaced run capacitor for blower fan. I did not specifically said run capacitor for condensing unit and AirCon did not specifically verify that it was for run capacitor for blower fan. So it was unfortunate misunderstanding. What amazed me was how AirCon handled this situation. They stated that they should have clarified with me before doing the work. So they came back and replaced run capacitor for condensing unit for free of charge(my original intent) and gave me discount for replacing run capacitor for the blower fan. I don't remember receiving this kind of treatment for a long time. It made my day. If you are looking for a quality service at reasonable price and true customer service, look no further. you will not be disappointed.

The person who answered the phone was not pleasant to talk to and was borderline rude. Did not appear to be willing to accommodate--my way or the highway type of customer service. Needles to say, I called another company and was started as an inspection turned out to be a job worth over $2,000. Had they provided better customer service, AirCon could have earned this job.

I had been without service about one day when the Aircon technician arrived. He identified the problem as a broken power switch on the A/C inside unit. He replaced the switch, which restored cooling; the entire job took about an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would deal with Aircon again.

The a/c was blowing air but not cool air. Also there was no air flow at all in the addition of the house. This is the original central air system we installed in 1997. Over the years we've had it periodically inspected and occasionally serviced by other companies. AirCon sent Jody Vance as our technician and we were completely bowled over by his knowledge of our system, his quick ability to make the needed repairs and his total professionalism. Jody thoroughly explained each step of the repair as he worked. In addition to the replacing the capacitor, he replaced burned wiring and flushed debris out of the condenser. We understand that a system this old can keep going another couple of years or quit tomorrow, but Mr. Vance did not try to "upsell" parts, repairs or a new system and I respect him and AirCon for that courtesy. We are going to have to create an access to the addition in order for AirCon to determine the cause of the addition not receiving air, but he redirected the air flow from the other part of the house in a way that the addition is getting enough air flow to now be at least comfortable. Lastly, I am going to mention that even the first call I made to AirCon was handled so well that I was already impressed before they sent out the wonderful Mr. Vance to give me an estimate (and, of course, completing the work).

very good service. On time. went through the inspection list with me to show and explain the results.

I called on a friday morning. They came late in the day and determined that I needed a new evaporator coil. No upsell to get a new system. They said everything looked OK and to just do that replacement but since the office was now closed they would call first thing on Monday with a price which they did. They located the part and installed it whan they said. They came when expected, constantly kept me in the loop as to what was going on and were very professional. Can't say enough good things about them.

Air-con installed a 5 ton central A/C unit and a new airhandler and furnace in the attic to replace our 13 year old unit. They provided a comprehensive bid which detailed the exact scope and explained it to ensure understanding. The work crew arrived promptly on the expected day and worked efficiently to complete the job on the same date. The took care not to dirty or damage any of our flooring. Once the system was installed, they tested the furnace to ensure it worked but were unable to determine if the AC freon was completly filled since it was too cold outside - they said they would follow-up when the weather was warmer. Over-all a good experience - from the quotation to the installation.

They are wonderful. They give me a reasonable price, and they are very fair. They charge me about $10.50 per month. They will be back again in the Spring.
