Description of Work: Replaced disconnect box and covered wires. This was not the right fix. Air Conditioner kept blowing a fuse in the breaker box. They came out again stood for a while asked me about my refrigerator and laundry shoot. Stood a little longer then told me to call an electrician and replace the fuse. My husband replaced the fuse and that was not the problem. We called them back and they sent out a third technician. He said Weeks put too much Freon in the system and drained some out. An hour after he left the compressor completely failed. The guy came back and said its time for a new unit. They gave us an estimate and we shopped around we weren't impressed with AirCon. It may have been a coincidence that the unit failed or they helped it along I am not sure. Either way we replaced the whole system but used another company to do the work.

Description of Work: I could not have used a better air conditioning company. They know what they are doing and they do it right the first time. I am a 80 year old guy, so I have used several air conditioning companies over my life, and they are hands down the best. I would even recommend them to my mother in law, may she rest in peace.

Description of Work: They replaced my A/C and heating unit. The representative who did the intial inspection and quoted me a price was great. The installer was awful--did not show up on time and did not complete the work as promised. Had to spend the night at a hotel until they could do a temporary fix. It took a couple of phone calls but the owener had is top technican come out and complete the work.

Description of Work: AirCon's technician, Jonathan, performed the annual check of our ACs, which is part of the service provided under a service plan we purchased from AirCon last year. He arrived on time and was very professional, polite, thorough, and provided a detailed report of the work performed. Prior to beginning his work, he listened carefully to the questions I had based upon my observations of how our ACs had been operating and he kept all of that in mind as he examined and tested the equipment. It had rained earlier that morning and the technician put booties over his shoes in order to be sure he didn't track any mud into our house. | |AirCon office staff is also very friendly and professional and I have always appreciated how they have handled booking my service appointments. AirCon is busy, so my normal service check appointments often have to be scheduled for a week or two away, but if we are ever experiencing a specific operating problem, they do everything they can to get a technician out to our house as soon as they can. |They also make a confirmation phone call the day before the service appointment. I would recommend AirCon.

We have a contract with them for twice a year service and they have always been there and repaired anything that need to be done. I do not have any specifics but my husband was really impressed with them and asked a lot of questions and got good answers. I would highly recommend them.
