Description of Work: Went with AirCon on 11/1/12 for $225 to fix capacitor after-hours. Cost was $85 service call plus flat rate of $140 for the repair. Whereas Air Tech was $285 after hours rate that would be applied to the repair.

Description of Work: Performed our annual heat inspection. We have a service agreement with them that is paid monthly, so no payment was required on date of service. Technician who performed the service was Will. He is always very responsive to any of our questions or concerns and is very thorough when he performs inspections. During our recent heat check appointment, Will discovered a setting mistake made by a company that installed two furnaces for us before we started working with AIRCON. That mistake was having a previously unidentified impact on the efficiency of our AC and Will made the necessary corrections. We like that AIRCON uses technology to immediately document service and inspection work and emails us a copy of the record before they even leave our house.

Description of Work: I approx. $400 in parts and labor for something that was not the problem. They claimed the would credit that amount for an AC replacement.Their quote was about $500 higher, with credit included, than other quotes

Description of Work: A/C maintenance was performed...but paid for contract to do both A/C and furnace maintenance this year (so that's ~$64.5 per maintenance trip including coolant if needed).

Description of Work: Unable to respond to email about estimate. Send email to call them. When do person answering can't help. Leave name and number for a person to call BEFORE business hours. Then when call that person back pointing out before business hours they are sarcastic and unapologetic about calling at 7:52 + clueless about email.

Description of Work: My air was not blowing, although it was going on. I thought I would need a new fan motor and was prepared to pay a lot more money than I did. Turns out I only needed a fairly inexpensive part. This company could have taken advantage of me and did not. I will definitely use them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Description of Work: Our old air conditioning unit was almost 13 yrs. old, and not very efficient. We decided to get a completely new unit including the air conditioning and heating unit installed. |The workmen showed up on time with everything they needed, and were very professional. All work was completed in one day, and we've been very happy with our new unit. Our electric bills are almost half of what they were at this time of year compared with the bills over the last few years even though we are now experiencing a very hot summer. My husband and I are pleased with AirCon, and would recommend them to others needing this service.
