I believe there is confusion again on who is servicing Mr. [Member Name Removed]'s AC unit. We were given a low grade in 2014, YET, we have not been to this home since April 21, 2011. Description of Work: Supposed to charge w 3 lbs of freon... Warm again in 3 days. A friend recharged and house was 4 degrees cooler and lasted longer - right until he replaced the system.

Thank you for your honest review. We take every comment seriously and use any reviews or responses for training purposes to better train our employees and technicians. We do, however, take leaks very serious when we have to charge systems with refrigerant. We also educate the customer about their options. As requested by the customer, refrigerant was added along with a capacitor AND a proposal was left for your review. As with any "enclosed" pressurized system, each time you charge the unit, the refrigerant will leak out quicker. We give no guarantees with leaks, NO HVAC company will do that. We let you know it may last two hours, two days, two weeks or two years. We are however very glad we could get to you the day you were not cooling and the cap and refrigerant added did work. We are also equally glad you were able to get your friend to replace your equipment. Thank you for using AirCon and your honest review. God bless and have a great day.

Description of Work: AirCon replaced my air-conditioning units about 5 years ago. Suddenly one of the units seemed to stop working. AirCon sent out a service man immediately. My blower motor went out on one of the units. They researched my warrantee and found that the part was covered. They installed the new motor for the price of a service call. My air conditioner is working perfectly now.
