I really like them. Always please with their customer service, the work that they do. It was very professional, their very honest, very timely, I just call them and they were here the next day that day and the communication with their customer service is really good call me back keep me informed when they are gonna be here and their here at that time.

They do excellent work. The compressor went out shortly after installation. It was replaced promptly at no charge. They have done excellent work on previous repairs.

The service provider accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the first try. Our interaction with the company from the initial call for service to final billing was very professional. We highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future if needed.

They were very good. I had no complaints. When I give them the information, they contact my tenant and make arrangements with my tenant. They call me and let me know. It's very convenient.

Aircon came in and re-designed the system with overflow sensing switches that make sure it will never happen again. We have called them for problems both big and small and they always do great work. They respond fast and do the job with professionalism.

AirCon was supposed to have fully serviced the unit and replaced the main A/C filter in the attic on 1/18/2016. The first major water leak from the unit occurred on 5/11/2016. The plumbing company that I contacted noted the following: 1. A water leak down the wall from the secondary pan drain. The secondary line runs uphill from the unit and does not drain any water through it causing the pan to overflow on back right corner. 2. The drip pan had been positioned incorrectly and was placed at an angle causing the pan to leak once it filled up. 3. They also indicated that the leak had damaged the wall and had run under and warped the hardwood floors. 4. They noticed a sensor that was installed on the pan that should sound an alarm when coming in contact with water. This alarm either was not installed or was not working. 5. There is also supposed to be two functional UV lights in the attic to reduce any contaminants. I had paid Air Con for the installation of these lights. AirCon was contacted and informed of these issues and scheduled a service call to rectify the aforementioned concerns and repair the damage. The second major leak from the system occurred on 8/9/2016. I called a plumbing company again, and they found the same issues. They had not been repaired. I then contacted an independent air conditioning company and they found: 6. The secondary pan outlet nipple and line were not at the correct angle. 7. Also observed that the overflow fitting plug from the main pan was still in place not allowing water to flow out of the main pan if it were to stop up. 8. The evaporator access screws on panel had not been taken out to look for pan issues. These screws were still masticed over indicating that the system had never been appropriately serviced. I have contacted Air Con many times (including via certified mail) in an attempt to discuss these issues with their management. They have stated that they are not responsible for the damage to my home as a result of these leaks from the Air Conditioning system. I have photographs and documentation to support all of these claims. It is my opinion that Air Con Service Company is not a reputable and trustworthy company. I called to request a quote and they arrived the next morning and gave me a quote on the spot ( both other companies I had called previous took 2-3 days for a quote to be emailed). They also had the best price and did not try and upsell the job like one of the others did. Once I saw the quote I decided I wanted to book a time which was scheduled right then for 3 days later. Come install day both service techs arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They laid drop clothes down and kept the front door closed as they went in and out as to not let the cats out. They were extremely professional and courteous. As they went along they kept me well informed of the job and verified my approval throughout. Upon completing the job they cleaned up, and the house looks exactly like it did before they started. I could not be happier with their service and I will only use them from here forward.

We had a trouble with humidity in the upstairs part of our home. Walter, the technician, discovered the duct work was leaking. After patching the duct work all is good. No more mold growing on our ceilings. Yay!!

Professional, punctual, not pushy. Understood that we needed system running well but do not plan to invest more and remain at the location long enough to recoup costs for extra items. Changed dirty air filter, checked on coil, changed wire outside that had insulation falling off causing short that was leading to needing new fuse every year, changed OLD capacitor on unit, and added 3 lb. of refrigerant. Air at the registers dropped an instant 10 degrees and the problems are solved. They even called the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Glad I called them.

I approached Air Con to provide one of three bids for the replacement of my old AC system and furnace. They handle both Lennox and American Standard equipment, which allows them to look for good pricing from both high-quality manufacturers. Melissa provided a free estimate---she listened carefully to my needs and concerns and was very professional. Their bid was not the lowest I received, but their proposed scope of work was more extensive than others and seemed appropriate for a good installation, and I felt like they would do a quality job. I was impressed, for example, that they actually seek city permits for their work. We agreed on an installation date. They provided a reminder beforehand and even sent photos of the installers, so that we would know who to expect. The installers were very courteous and efficient in their work and went beyond the defined scope to ensure that the installation met code and was done right (for example, replacing the local breaker panel). They corrected small issues on the day of installation without complaint and addressed a thermostat issue the following week. The city inspector commented on the high quality of workmanship. In sum, I think Air Con is a well-run and very professional company that offers good value for AC system replacement.

It's a great company. I've used them for multiple repairs. I've always had a good experience. The technicians are very thorough and very friendly. It's a company I would recommend to anybody.

The project went very smoothly and efficiently. Every special request we have made were honored and executed based on expectations. Pricing & configurations options were made available and explained with detail. Project was completed on schedule. There were a couple of job details that we think they could have handled better; that is, some old grids were replaced with smaller vent grid dimensions and special caulking around the heating unit was applied very roughly. This was probably influenced by their policy to finish on schedule as promised. We had to hire a handyman to repair ceiling to close holes since smaller grids were used as well as add caulking around the heating unit. Overall, we were satisfied with their work.

The A/C wasn't working right , So I called AirCon they send someone within the next day and what was wrong was the safety float switch , they installed that same day and now it works perfectly .

Great! When I called AirCon, the lady who answered was very kind and considerate. She explained the extra charge for an after-hours call, so I decided that we could get through the night with fans. She said someone would call me at 8:00 in the morning and my phone rang at exactly 8 AM. This second lady was also extremely nice. I explained that I had to take my mother in for her chemotherapy and that we wouldn't be home until around 11 AM. She said that the technician could be at our house between 11 AM and 2 PM. At 10:30, my mom and I were on our way back from the doctor when Jody (the tech) called and asked when we would be home. He arrived shortly after we got home. He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. After checking the unit, he found nothing wrong other than the fact that recent rains had caused mud to splash up and coat the condenser coils. Jody checked everything else, including the unit in the attack and found no other problems. He hosed off the dirty coils, explaining that it had caused the compressor to overheat and shut down. That was it! The unit immediately started blowing cold air again. Jody answered all of my questions and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. All that he charged was the service call fee. I did decide to sign up for service plan (twice yrly ck of a/c and heat...very cheap) and that saved me $15 on the service call. What a relief! I will DEFINITELY call AirCon for future service...and will request Jody because he was AWESOME!

It went even better than anticipated. Our a/c stopped blowing cold air last night. A tech was scheduled to call me in am to make an appointment to come out. I was given an hour and a half window. David called as scheduled and was here right on time. He had us up and running in about an hour. He was very prompt and professional, and I even got to use my $25.00 Angie's List coupon off of my service call. Air Con actually put in this unit 5 years ago, and have been a pleasure to work with ever since our first encounter with them. Two of our neighbors have had new units put in by Air Con, on our recommendation, and others have used them for service. All have been very satisfied. I would recommend them without reservation.

We joined Angie’s List in order to try and find a reputable air conditioner service, we felt we were being conned by the company that we had been using. On 7-20-15 we scheduled Air Con Services to come to our home to give us a second opinion and an estimate to replace the complete four year old AC system that another contractor said was required due to the age of the unit and a leak in the evaporator coil. When we scheduled the service with Air Con we talked with a very professional lady named Doreen, the service Technician Jody arrived at our home at the scheduled time and checked the refrigerant level of the air conditioner and checked the evaporator and condenser coils for leaks. Jody went over everything that was done and answered all of my questions and recommended that he would only charge us for a service call, at this time he didn’t feel that a quote to replace the evaporator coil or complete system was necessary as he was not able to find anything wrong. Our experience was like a breath of fresh air and we are so thankful that we called AirCon for a second opinion. Jody spent all of his time checking the AC system instead of sitting in his truck writing ridicules quotes for a new system. On 6-13-16 we called Air Con to schedule service on our two units, one was not cooling properly and the second unit had water dripping into the secondary pan from the primary pan. The service dispatcher said that they could schedule us the next day between 13:00 and 17:00 and called the next morning to confirm our appointment, a little later in the morning they called again indicating that the Technician could arrive early if it was OK with us. The Technician Arthur called prior to his arrival to let us know that he was about 30 minutes from our home. When Arthur arrived he said he would check the system that was dripping water first, I explained to him that we thought it might have been a plugged drain line so we disconnected the line from the sewer system and flushed Clorox through it three times and it seemed to be draining properly. Arthur removed a cover off of the evaporator coil and determined that the unit needed to be releveled because the cold water in the pan was causing condensation that was dripping. We were skeptical and were planning for the worst case scenario that the pan was rusted out and the complete system would need to be replaced as this is an older unit. Arthur leveled the unit and felt like that would solve the problem and said it would continue to drip until the insulation dried out, sure enough two days later the system was completely dry. The second unit required 1lb. of R-410 and that solved the cooling problem. In summary: The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, honest, informative and a pleasure to have in our home.

I have nothing but positive things about this company, its technicians, installers and office staff. My AC unit was about 13 years old and began having multiple problems. When I requested service, a technician was always available to check the unit in a timely manner. What really impressed me was an emergency call I made in the middle of the night: the owner called me to help me with the problem. I have never had an owner call me in the middle of the night. I was having other construction on my home during this time, and money was tight. The technician gave me as many discounts as he could to help with the cost. The office staff was great with scheduling and told me exactly what to expect. The installers arrived right on time, and immediately got to work. They were friendly, professional, and even sat down at the end of the install to enjoy some cold watermelon after a hot summer day of installation. My new unit was ready by the late afternoon, and I can tell a major difference in the comfort of my home. I would recommend signing up for their maintenance agreement. The company calls you when it's time for seasonal maintenance so you don't have to remember. Working with this company was a positive experience and would highly recommend for all your AC needs.

VERY Well. Their office communicated very well with us. Letting us know that they were on the way, the service rep communicated well with us and had parts on his truck which expedited the work completion. Were very thorough and explained all steps and processes.. Very good company to work with from start to finish. Will definitely use again as needed. Multiple dates of service between Summer 2011 through Winter 2014.

David has to be one of the nicest, trusting technicians we have ever worked with. He gave us advice, checked our system, fixed something minor and also taught us a few things about our system. We would call him back anytime the next time we need another heater or air conditioning service.

I'm definitely adding this company to my contacts list! Our furnace downstairs was only working sometimes. I called on Tuesday afternoon, and Arthur was able to come out on Wednesday morning. He was very professional, listened carefully to my description of the issue, took his time testing the system, and finally figured out the problem. He also explained that I have a 30 day guarantee on the call in case the problem wasn't fully fixed - nice touch. I highly recommend AirCon, and especially Arthur.
