AirCon Service Co

The service has been excellent and I have used them for years. Their promptness and customer service are always ideal. The workman are always polite and explain any issues, and it is always a positive experience. I have a service partner contract with them. I have never had any issues with their quality or prices.

Went perfect. Showed up on time and did the work they said tey would do. Timely fashion and great clean up - would definately use again, hopefully i wont have to.

We noticed about 10:00 P.M. on a Friday night that our air conditioner wasn't working. I immediately went to Angie's List and found this company. I called and within 30 minutes the technician was at our front door. He fixed the air in about 20 minutes and went on his way. We are very happy and satisfied with the service we received.

They come out for spring and fall AC check ups. They seem knowledgeable. They are responsive.

They were great. We called them for my mother's house in the afternoon and although they were booked up for the rest of the day, they scheduled a spot between 10-12 for the following morning. They actually called early around 9am the next day, to say they could be here even earlier. Although I forgot his name (should have wrote review earlier), the technician was very professional and explained things very well. My mother lives in an older house, so their coupon for the install of a Safety Float Switch for $75 is a smokin hot deal. I wish we had used them for our house in Dallas (when we lived there) because we were charged almost $200 for the same thing. Would definitely recommend.

The job went smoothly from beginning to end. Clean up was awesome. They had to come back out for a couple of details that our city requires and it was done quickly and properly. On a side note, they helped us choose the right direction for us without high powered pressure. We had several plans to choose from. Now our home is very comfortable and our electric bill has gone down. Can't get better than that!

I really like AirCon since not only did they do excellent job of increasing the efficiency of our AC unit, but they were also very polite and honest with their pricing. There were no surprise costs for any of the work performed. They included all that information upfront (including the cost of labor!) before I signed the proposal, and they answered all the questions I had. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

I scheduled an appointment with the company and the technician "Will" came to our home at the appointed set time. He was prepared with his tools and also important to us, shoe coverings. He was friendly and professionally respectful. After checking on the system, He found a blown 3A fuse on the ac board - low voltage. He checked the outside unit and found exposed wires and insulation worn and missing. He stripped and reconnected the two low voltage wires at the condenser and insulated them. An excellent job done. I will not hesitate to use them again.

They were very responsive. Their quote was almost half of the price of another company (you can see my other review). They used an OEM Lennox board (which the other scammer company claim cost $700 alone). Got the job done within several hours of making my initial call. Prices were acceptable for certain services and were very high on other services (which I respectfully denied). But overall, I am satisfy with their performance. Their service person was very nice, respectful, and professional. Their best quality in my experience is their A+ responsiveness. If you need something done quickly, I would recommend these guys.

I called Doreen at 10:15AM asking for an inspection that I learned I needed just 15 minutes earlier. One hour later Will arrived with a copy of the home inspection report and asking me which items I would like to have him look at. In less than an hour he had completed all the inspection work and testing needed and left our home giving the system a clean bill of health. Prompt, quick, and courtesy service from both Doreen and Will. I had been using another company for the last five years, now we have discovered AirCon five days before we move out of state. I wish we would have met sooner.

Went well just as expected. The repairs were done after a explanation of what was needed and completed quickly.

They were good. Apparently, they have very good pricing and everyone there was very helpful and courteous. The city of Houston came out and did the inspection and said that they were very impressed with the job that AirCon did.

.Went very well. Our 10 year warranty had just expired and we were concerned about finding another company closer to us to do our AC maintenance. This company absolutely fits us.

Had used AirCon before for service and had gotten a bid for replacing old units last year. Decided I would try to get another season or two out of the old units. Then Melissa called in February of this year, 2013, and offered me a really nice deal due to winter time promotion. I took the deal and Joey and the guys came, I think, the next day. They tore out the old units and installed the new ones in one day. By approximately five o'clock, they had cleaned everything up, had the units operating and left. Joey checked everything over with me to make sure nothing was missed. The crew and everyone at AirCon have been very professional, courteous, prompt, kind, and caring. I wanted to wait until the heat of the summer to really be able to review the A/C unit, and I am very pleased. Thanks to all the gang at AirCon, and I am proud to be their cheerleader!

AirCon called me when the technician was about 20 minutes away. He showed up and checked out our A/C unit inside and then went outside to check the outside unit. I was very satisfied with their service and look forward to their regular maintenance program.

My central AC was causing me lots of problems. Evey time it would get over 95 degrees it would shut down. It would come back on one to three sweltering hours later. I had called numerous AC people to my home in the past couple of years re this problem and heard many excuses and do this or that prevention suggestions, but no real fix. I called Air Con out on a Sunday night, and Ricky came. He checked everything and accessed the problem. Told me it was the compressor causing the issues, and that it should be replaced.(I had also read that this could be the problem online so it sounded right) We discussed approximate costs to replace the unit or just the compressor, I located the paperwork on the AC and he said he would check to see if it was still under warranty/ (the company who installed the system originally is no longer in business and we weren't sure if what was written in the blank spaces of the contract were i in effect) Fast forward to Tuesday Morning. Ricky had contacted the manufacturer, and it was indeed under warranty. I said order it. He did, and they (Clayton and Tony) installed it exactly 8 days later. I also want to say that Brandi called to make sure I was happy with the service call by Ricky. She also called back to schedule the install I appreciate the detailed attention to my problem, and also the prompt professional service.

The technician was prompt, professional, and honest. He diagnosed and gave me a fair and honest assessment of my home A/C unit. With in an hour, he had my unit working as good as new without charging me the price of a new unit. All I needed was a few pound of A/C fluid and the unit was back in business. Aircon Service Company will always be my first call when I have an A/C problem.

I have used them for 15-20 years. I have a service contract with them where they come out every winter and summer. They are wonderful. Many years ago I used another company and it was disastrous. They also installed a new a/c and heating system as well as installed all new duct work throughout my home.

Both Joey and Tommy were excellent. Great customer service, efficient, and professional. We have had ac techs here before but none of them were actually able to fix our biggest problem - that of a high ac bill. I am confident that the steps Joey and Tommy took will save us at least $100 per month. The prices were very reasonable. This is one of the best service companies we have come in contact with. I put them in my contact list on my phone and will use them as long as we are here!

The young man who came out, Joey, was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained to me everything that he was doing and the repairs that he thought were necessary. This company also carries parts on their trucks and can do repairs on the spot, and their technicians can give you pricing info as well. Not like some companies where you have to waste another day because someone else has to come out to give you price quotes. It took far less to repair our AC than we were originally told by another company and we saved a lot of money. I would use this company again and would gladly refer them to my friends.

I have to say AirCon is probably the best service company we used. Their cost was not the cheapest. But they were able to work with me and lower the price to match another service provider. Will, the technician, was very polite and helpful, and answered a lot of my questions and concerns. Their installers were very professional when they came and installed the unit. They covered my floor and cleaned it before they left. It was like nothing happened after their installation. I would highly recommend AirCon to everyone who needs a new AC unit.

They did a great job. The air conditioning system was still under warranty, so I didn't have to pay for the part and just paid for the labor. I liked the fact that they were very prompt and provided immediate service. They thoroughly investigated it and were able to get the parts right away. They filed the warranty and their crews were on time. My husband, of course, pushed back on the cost and they handled that well. I called another provider and their charge was actually more for the same thing, so I thought we got a fair rate. We moved forward with the repair and it has been working great, so it's doing what it is supposed to do. I like them a lot and they did a good job.

Their service man was on time, very professional and courteous. They check our system every six months and have never tried to sell us anything we did not need. When our AC stopped running last August, they came by our house within the hour, even though it was in the evening and repaired our unit immediately. The cost was very reasonable and the AC was fixed. They had to replace the compressor and that was what they did. The repairman pointed out that our breaker was old and needed to be replaced or we would have the same problem again. We called an electrician and he confirmed that the breaker needed to be replaced. Again, the person was very professional and we appreciated his coming by after hours and making us aware of the additional problem.

Our a/c went out sometime during the night. I called AirCon the next morning and even though they were busy they still got us in. Brandi was very nice. She said she would call me and let me know as soon as she knew he was on the way. Got the call sooner than expected that Will would be at my house shortly. Will arrived @ 2PM diagnosed and replaced the fan motor. Will was very nice and knowledgeable. Great Job.

Our AC went out on Sunday and after calling our usual AC guy (who didn't answer after a couple of hours of trying), we called AirCon. They sent Will out and determined the unit could be fixed under warranty, but if we wanted it fixed on Sunday, we'd have to pay full price. We were well-informed and decided to sweat it out until the next day. The folks in the office were very communicative and helpful and he arrived on time, with a smile. I believe we found a new AC guy!
