Heating/cooling evaluation. AirCon earned my business a couple years ago when they replaced our AC and heating systems. They are professionally staffed, reasonably priced and maintain a high level of customer service, which keeps me coming back. I recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work!

So far so good.They were prompt, told me things right up front and completed the job when they said they would.They installed a new furnace for me. They came out about a week after I purchased the deal and I spent about $2400 in total with them.

We purchased basically a new heating/cooling system for a home we recently bought for our son. The home was a vintage 1972 home which needs a lot of updating. AirCon offered a great price for a high efficiency unit. The technicians were polite and answered all of our questions. They were obviously highly skilled. The work was completed in a timely manner. All of the old unit parts were taken away, boxes, etc. Area was left cleaner than it started out. We own another home and have used another company for several years for our HVAC needs. We are now switching to AirCon as their contract rates are much lower than the previous company we were using. We have confidence in this company. So far we have also been pleased with the phone support and scheduling part of the service. We have gotten appointments in a timely manner and they checked back to make sure that the service provided was as expected. We are very pleased to have been introduced to this service via our membership in Angie's list.

Everything went well. From setting up appt to having work done. All was done in a professional manner. We called them back to replace a duct that needed replacement (we had ignored for several yrs). We trusted Air con to do a good job they didn't disappoint. They are professional and efficient.

They are very professional. We had an issue with one of our rooms being hot, but they rerouted some air ducts and resolved the issue. They were on time. The staff (receptionis) was very nice. They always call before they come out. They have all around great customer service.

Got an email with the technician's photo to start . Will was very courtious and professional and the inspection was very complete. I was very happy with this service.

They're awesome. They call before they come and they are very pleasant and nice. The tech called before he was 10 minutes out, and the company sends a notice online introducing me to my technician - there was even a picture of the tech, so when he comes to the door, you know what he looks like! It was a great experience. The technician was clean and neat, and he used shoecovers. He was so polite! Amazing.

The Technician, Will, arrived on time. He was so nice and polite. I got my coupon through Angie's list and I am so happy with them. I had used another service for many years and I felt that I they were sometimes rude and did not treat me like a a customer. I really like the treatment I received from Air Con. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and accommodating. I now have a new heating and air conditioning service company. Thank you Angie.

Inspected compressor and gave me options of what needed to be done with regards to longevity of AC unit. Very staight forward. Did not try to push the more expensive options.

I had three companies provide estimates to replace existing HVAC system and duct work in attic. Estimator arrived at agreed upon time. Very professional in his actions. Reviewed attic unit and existing duct work, outside unit and power panel. Described the replacement units (attic and outside), the new duct work, and how the work would be performed. Provided detailed estimate after consultation with his management. Best price of the three companies. Work will be performed in late November.

Emergency service on dead a/c system was prompt and professional. We were offered several options on a replacement a/c unit, but were NOT pressured into purchase of the most expensive unit. Twice-yearly service calls were scheduled at our convenience, via phone (the office staff is also friendly and professional). Although we moved away from Houston this past summer, we would highly recommend them to anyone in the Clear Lake area.

The system was checked to make sure the system was running properly. Excellent job explaining everything.

Ricky came in with his booties on. He went up to the attic and check everything. He rolled up the towel I had for the stairs for up to the attic.Afterwards, he went out side to check everything was working. My husband was very happy with the professionalism that they showed since we moved here in 2005. I would recommend them highly for anything.

Technician was great. Confirmed my doubts about another company's assessments. Gave me information that was straight to the point with no attempts to use scare tactics or up selling. Will gladly call AirCon again for any future needs.

Another company had installed our furnace and replaced parts under warranty but had failed to register the new serial number with Trane. So the installing company, rather than AirCon, had to replace the motor/blower, possibly at their own expense. Otherwise AirCon would have done the work. The staff at AirCon is personable, calls to let you know the tech is on the way, and is very responsive and professional with any issues that might arise. In a related service, AirCon bid on replacement of 2 units at my son's house. My son, an architect, was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the young tech AirCon sent to do the estimate.

On time, reasonably priced; fast, friendly service, informative.

Technician arrived soon after my call and efficiently diagnosed the problem as faulty thermostat and replaced it on the spot. I had choice of two replacement units he had on his truck and he happily installed the simpler, less expensive one. Working great now. No complaints. Person who scheduled the service was friendly and professional also. Would definitely call again.

The men arrived around 9:00 am on a Friday morning. Two of their crew members had called in sick so there were only two men working. They got busy right away tearing out all of the old stuff and carefully getting it out of the attic. Now it had not rained here in several weeks--so guess what happened? Yep--it started POURING. It's about noon now so the guys got in their truck and ate lunch to wait out the rain. It didn't quit, of course. It wasn't long after that that four more men showed up to help after finishing up on another job. They worked in the rain until about 7:00 pm. They didn't quite finish and had to come back the next morning for a couple of hours. Great job. Explained all of the new stuff to us and how to use it. They were very courteous and professional in all they did. Did I like paying $10,000? NO, of course not, who likes to spend money on something you can't really see? The cost was fair though. We upgraded everything to get the best energy efficiency.They did us right and I would recommend them to anyone.

They told me one thing, and when I called to use them for something I felt they backed out on it. They didn’t follow through with what they said they would do for me. I have since found another company that I use for the service.

It turned out excellent. I got up one Saturday morning and my A/C went out. They came out the same day and fixed it, and they didn't overcharge me. I use them exclusively since that time. When they come in the house they put a covering over their shoes and they are nice people to deal with.

It turned out really well and they did a great job. They came quickly, were polite, and knew what they were talking about. I would recommend them to others. I would use them again in the future.
