Description of Work: I've used Air Con for air conditioner repair and duct work. I've had to call them several times for emergent service. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone (this morning at 3AM). I receive a return call from a technician within 30 minutes. One of the Supervisors, Clayton, has come out anytime I have asked to review work done and make sure everything was done as it should be. He's also come in the place of technicians (today) because they are so busy. The pricing is always fair and the work is done quickly. They also clean up well after repairs. They are pretty far away, but never give me the impression that it's an issue. They are always happy to come. Today I called a couple of other companies on Angie's List because I was leaving town and hated to have them come out in the middle of the night. After getting answering machines, I decided to go ahead and call them. Was so glad I did! One of the other companies did not call back for 4 hours. The other company has yet to return my call. I'm sticking with Air Con!

Description of Work: Last week I had Air Con come out to do my annual Spring checkup. At that time we determined that for the fifth year in a row the unit was out of freon, and even after we had replaced the coil with another firm previously it still leaked freon. Knowing that freon is soon to be phased out, and that the price of freon has jumped 300% I asked for a quote on a new system. We agreed on a system and they came out four days later. At the time they arrived we had to change the system to be installed due to a misunderstanding about the SER rating of the unit. The owner came to my home and was a superb professional. He understood my needs, and completely reworked the installation. Then he personally went and obtained the other unit, and his three awesome technicians installed it. To say this was outstanding service is an understatement. They were neat, on time, and professional. The installation took two extra hours due to sending out for the new equipment but the installation team continued to work on upgrading my system. They installed dampers ( I had none) a new plenium, a new thermostat, pulled out and replaced a broken air return, and oh so much more.This is a firm with a twenty year history of service and I found them on Angie's List two years ago. They are honest, caring, and price competitive; one cannot ask for more. Thank You Air Con for a positive installation of my three ton American Standard Unit (rated #1 by national consumer magazine), and the work that went with it.

Description of Work: Vendor installed a Ruud 4 Ton A/C system, equipment failed in less than 2 months. Vendor now has to seach the city for repair parts, as they do not carry inventory. Service staff was friendly and professional but really does not help when the equipment does not work and they can't repair.

Description of Work: I awoke on a Saturday morning and found my A/C was not working. I looked through Angie's List and found AirCon Service Company. Now they don't know me and I don't know them. This is my first ever contact with them. Anyway, I called them, described my problem and one of there service men was at my house in a couple of hrs. It was around 10:30 AM if I remember correctly. I would call that fast. He checked everything and had the A/C working in no time. Who could of asked for or received any better service? I have them ck my A/C twice a year now. This is a brief description of my experience with AirCon. I would recommend them to anyone.
