It went great. We were contacted within 30minutes of initial call to Air Champions and a technician was at our home within 30mins of that. After an estimate and repair job was agreed upon, a technician was here within the hour to start the repairs. The job was completed within an hour.

They were responsive and punctual. Their price was high, but the quality of service was just average. I have an issue with that, but I am not sure it is related to the A/C unit that they replaced. They completed the work six weeks ago.

Great. We are very satisfied with the unit. The gentleman that installed the unit was the nicest service technician I've ever dealt with. His name is Herminio. I was a little surprised that I still had to pay for the service call when I committed to buy a new unit from them. Overall, I would recommend them though.

It was 90' degrees and and both of are A/C's were out. They came out within 3 hours on a Sunday and fixed it and did not leave me with a giant bill. One A/C had an issue with the heater and wrote out what needed to be done in the future. I would not hesitate to use them. I had called another group and they were hesitant to make a service call since they had not installed the until. AirChampion was responsive and delivered the results. They even followed up with a phone call and a nice note. Great Job and Great customer service.

We are in the process of moving and while packing upstairs the AC unit started blowing hot air. I called Airchampion this morning and they were able to schedule a repairman today. We were told to expect a call between 2 and 5 to let us know he was on the way, but he arrived at the house at 4:45. I was impressed because it had started to pour outside, so I really expected him to be late. He checked the unit in the attic, hoping not to have to go outside, but to no avail. in 10 minutes he came back in and told me that he had replaced the capacitor and it should be working. He checked the system - still blowing hot - and checked R22 levels finding it was pretty much empty. All in all, he was very pleasurable and professional, I think his name was Mark, but could be wrong. The unit is working fine now. My biggest issue with all of the AC people is the $59 diagnostic fee added on to the price. If you don't have the work done, I can understand, but they add it anyway.

I requested estimates for A/C replacement from several contractors. Tim looked over my old system, answered extensive questions I had about selecting new equipment, and made some recommendations that contained costs while providing an efficient system that matched A/C needs for my home. His estimate was reasonable for the quality equipment I specified, compared to estimates for similar or identical systems from other local contractors. I initially thought that the ductwork would need to be modified, but Tim made some recommendations for rebalancing the vents and I was able to avoid that cost. The equipment was installed promptly, despite our already being in the midst of the cooling season. James installed the units, left no mess, and answered all my questions. After the work was completed, one followup call was needed to resecure the covering on the lines leading from the outside unit through the exterior wall. Air Champion sent someone out immediately.

The company shows up on time. The company was very good about making the appointment the next day. I was so thankful to find a company so knowledgeable of the geo thermal system. They troubleshooting the problem in a timely manner and were able to fix within a reasonable amount of time.

Technician was very efficient, very pleasant, and work was done quickly, and absolutely correct. Clean up was very good. Supervisor's pre-visit was timely (even though the weather was very hot). Overall Excellent work. I will be setting up my YEARLY CONTRACT FOR HEAT/AC SERVICE CHECK WITH THIS COMPANY.

Air Champion Air and Heating did a good timely job for us. They back their work and products one hundred percent. We have used them on a couple different occasions and they have always done a good job for us. That is why we chose to use them for this job. The employees are very nice and easy to communicate with. They explained the work being done and finished it with great results. The units work just fine and were completely satisfied.

I have 10 years experience with this company. Employees take 1 to 2 hours to finish work. They come out twice a year to inspect, and service the system. They are reliable and I feel like I can trust them. They are a good company.

They always come out on time and are very thorough when they service the air conditioning system in our house. I haven't had any problems with the system. They always make sure there are no leaks and everything is working properly. They installed the system when the house was built and guarantee all the work they do.

THE TECHNICIAN SEEMED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SAID THAT THERE WAS RUST ON THEM BUT NEVER SAID THAT THEY NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND HE NEVER CALLED US BACK.

THE AIR CHAMPION REPAIRMAN WAS INDEED A VERY NICE PERSON. HE MADE POLITE CONVERSATION WITH ME AND WITH MY PERMISSION WENT RIGHT TO WORK. NO BREAKS, NO FAKES AND NO MISTAKES. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
