They arrived promptly, completed the job quickly, the new faucets look good, and I especially like the beautiful job that they did replacing the sheetrock over the opening that they had to cut in back to access the pipes without messing up the bathroom tile.

All the work that APS did has been real professional. On time and very helpful.

Work, overall, went very well. The installation team certainly earned their labor cost removing and installing new water heater in the attic.

Very well. Fast and courteous. Called for service at 3 pm on a Saturday. Job was complete by 5:35. And that included them telling me what the pipe was for, how best to fix, and then waiting the hour for repair to set to make sure it wouldn't break when the water was turned back on.

They installed the sink, almost didn't do the plumbing until my wife spoke up. Even though in quote process they mentioned a 90 elbow wasn't correct and she said we wanted to be done correctly. They did get rid of the 90 elbow and installed a 45. They call ahead before arriving with an ETA, show up on time. Plumber also gave us a heads up on dishwasher discharge needs to be looped up so the water doesn't backflow to the dishwasher and out on floor.

It went well. I had called 6 companies that advertised 24 hr but this is the only one that actually answered the phone and sent a repairman within the hour. I’ll definitely use them again!
