They sent a technician out the next day and made the repair on the spot.

Still just in getting multiple quotes phase, but man was the service person (Josue) impressive. Definitely set themselves apart as a major contender for the numerous jobs we need.

Dylan and Anthony did a great job, they explained the details as well as keeping me up to speed with the progress. I could not be happier with their service and it was all done at what I consider to be a reasonable price.

They arrived on time and was immediately able to troubleshoot the problem after looking in several places. They fixed a leaky toilet.

We first called on Saturday night. Gerald was on call & from the description, he suspected it was a sewer line situation. He said he would come if we wanted but it would be OK to wait 'til Monday if we wanted to avoid $200 surcharge. We were glad that he was able to talk us off the ledge. We were advised of an arrival time for Monday and the two men showed up promptly and were courteous, competent and professional. Gerald's sewer line suspicion was correct and we were highly pleased with how everything turned out and felt that the price was very reasonable.

Gerald arrived and assessed the plumbing issue, turned off the water and made arrangements to return the next day to complete the work. He and his partner were here before the expected time the next day, completed the job and gave me helpful hints about what to do about my floors and drywall. He told me of other issues that needed to be addressed in the future and I made arrangements to have that work done in a couple of weeks. I'm pleased with how he handled my issue and appreciate his feedback!

Remi was the first plumber to fully explain and give me a thorough breakdown of what the plumbing issue is at my home. We are still considering their estimate.

The sink went great, but the shower was corroded and new parts had to ordered. Remi the tech order the parts and made the required repairs with no issues. They were great to work with and will hire again if needed.

This was NOT a good experience. Two plumbers came out to offer a quote. To begin with a positive comment, the plumbers appeared to know what they were doing. However, they practice with a level of dishonesty that I haven't had to deal with very often. I always use Angie's list to look for help and I've never really had a bad experience with that. Since this was such a bad experience, I am going to terminate my membership in this list and find another way, since I don't think they do a thorough job investigating these companies. The first bit of dishonesty was that the initial quote was for $2600, They asked for half-down and I gave them my credit card. They "made a mistake" and charged the entire $2600, but conveniently forgot to mention this to me. With every passing hour, they kept finding more and more things wrong, and increasing the cost for the repair. I never thought those were real quotes because the main plumber just kept throwing out numbers at me. They do not give you anything in writing. They took out the toilet, bathtub and vanity. They replaced the bathtub, but did not give me any choice in selection of the tub. Nor was it clear that there was a need to replace the tub. Later, their paperwork, suggested that there was a leak in the tub - but I don't think they told me that. Eventually, they wanted a total of $5800 (Please note that another reviewer said their bill was $5800 - odd that two different jobs had the same cost). I kept asking for a breakdown and they said they "don't do that". they just charge by the job. But surely, something must be taken into account when you create a blanket cost for "a job" - right? If a surgeon tells you a procedure will be around $5000, they can break that down for you, but I guess Plumbers cannot. I persisted in asking for the breakdown and finally got an outrageous bill showing that they had been in my home for over 35 Hours. I was at work, so I guess they thought I wouldn't know. However, my daughter who is an interior designer and used to working with crews, clocked their every move. She clocked in about 20 hours. More insulting, is that even though they don't/can't give you an itemized bill, they listed the one plumber at a rate of $169/hour and the other plumber somewhere around $98/hour. That's more than even high dollar attorneys charge. I called the main office and asked to speak to the owner. They would not let me speak to that individual. I asked for the individual's name and they refused to tell me that. I hope the owner reads this review. I could have found the owners name through the State, but I was already tired of the game. I spoke to a representative in the office, named Sergio. He was helpful and tried to help. However, he believed the plumbers over me. Even though I had documents about their time, he felt that he had no option but to believe what the plumbers told him. Sergio at least tried to help. The bathroom was a mess but the plumbers had already contacted "their tile guy" who could do the tile in the bathroom for the amazing prize of $6500, now discounted to $3750. For what reason was it discounted/ Don't know. The tile guy did come one day but did not speak to anyone. I guess he planned on picking out the tile himself. I agreed to pay a little more than the original $2600 in return for having those plumbers never come near my home again. I had to hire someone else to finish the project and someone else to do the tile. At least I felt some trust in these individuals. For the additional amount, I asked for an address to mail the check. I was told that they don't have an address. That all of their plumbers work form their home (or something like that) and so sending a check would not work. That was a new one too. The company does not reach out for feedback - in my case, I guess I would understand why. Over the years, I've had many plumbing problems like most homeowners have had. In all those years, I've never felt like I was being taking advantage of. Clearly, this company is designed to take advantage of people. No address? No Oversight? Plumbers are right and customers are wrong? They did fix the problem, but caused many more in the process. I don't usually do the reviews in detail, but in this case, I want to do my civic duty to at least make others aware of my experience. Perhaps I am the only one who has had a problem, but you still need to hear my story. Being competent in your job is one thing, but dishonesty is another. They appear to be competent, but extremely dishonest. I will do better by talking to neighbors for referrals for anything than I can do with Angie's list. That's a sad conclusion.

Fast response to an emergency night time (after hours) call. They assessed the problem, provided temporary solution. Job was completed the next day as promised. New pipe and shut off. Quality work!

Lorenzo and his team respond quickly and professionally. I will definitely be using them again.

It went very well. Ismael did repairs on two toilets, installed a new kitchen faucet and a hand shower in the master bath. We are very pleased with the work that was done. We will call Accurate Plumbing in the future if we need a plumber.

They came and ran the snake to clean a clog from the sewer line.

Most of it was done very well. The only issue I have is that they installed the faucet under the house instead of outside the wall of the house. I have to climb under the house to turn my water faucet on and off and it's very difficult for me to do that. I'm partly to blame as I had instructed them to move the faucet to the other side of the house and should have marked where I wanted it installed. I never imagined they would install it under the house!

Hurricane Hanna added to the time delay in completing the sewage system by sending bands of rain to reflood the tunnels over and over again but with three days of sunshine in a row, we are almost finished. The rest of the work was done in a timely manner and Accurate Plumbing's teams were very easy to live around while they were here. The job that was done was excellent. All holes from the repiping were covered and repainted to match the existing walls and I could not tell you where they were now. The water pressure and cleanliness are great, the cleanup excellent. The teams were courteous and efficient.The quality of the work was good and we would not hesitate to recommend Accurate Plumbing to anyone who needs to have work done. They met every obstacle calmly and discussed with us all possible solutions and helped us to choose. They found skilled people for the information they could not provide, (eg a foundation specialist) to better help us decide on a course of action. All in all, thanks to Lorenzo's team, it was a good experience all around in spite of the difficulties presented by our home's drainage system.

Gerald showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and got the job done. My job was somewhat complex but he did the work and fixed it. Will hire again for future jobs.

This was the fastest and most efficient plumbing service we’ve ever had done! I spoke with William on the phone to request service. He scheduled the call immediately, and he and Gerald were at our home within an hour! They were very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They performed the service quickly and kept me informed along the way. Thank you William and Gerald for a great job!

Very proficient and efficient. They gave me an estimate one day, cut holes and started the next day, completed install the next (the only day water was off), patched holes the next, then painted for just an hour the last. The drywall guy was excellent. They included a minor change to another system for free. Only thing that wasn’t perfect was a little dust, but that’s expected. I definitely recommend them.

I received immediate response after I posted need for plumber on Angie's List. We had a leak in the outside plumbing. Within 30 minutes a crew show up and recognized the problem. They showed up the next day ahead of schedule and promptly repair the leak. They left the yard clean with minimal damage after digging for the pipe.

The plumbers examined the brass ring and said it did not need to be replaced. They said my problem was the hold down bolts were too narrow. They furnished some larger bolts and installed the commode and all is well.

Very well. Issues resolved quickly. Service was punctual and professional. The plumbers answered all my questions and provided options with associated pricing. Will hire this company again.
