excellent; very professional throughout

Rick, with Absolute Comfort, came. I always ask for him because he installed new units for us 5 years ago. The units are still under warranty. He is timely, efficient, friendly and professional. I'm surprised at how quickly he gets things done. I have found him to be completely trustworthy. He's really a dream of a serviceman! We've had such a positive experience with Absolute Comfort, I only use them when it comes to central heating and air-conditioning! This is the truth-they are great in every way!

I own 3 properties, and whenever I have a problem at any of my homes, I contact Absolute Comfort Air Conditionimg and they always come out in a timely manner and do a fantastic job. The staff is very professional and go above and beyond to please their customers. I highly recommend them, and will keep calling them whenever I have a problem.

My service went great. The office called me 30 minutes before the guy was there but I was running a few minutes behind. He waited for me and got the job done quick. I haven't had any issues since!

Repair turned out to be a minor electrical item that fixed in minimal time and at comparatively small expense. Will definitely use again as they have proven they can be trusted to fix the actual problem rather than indicate that a much more expensive repair is required.

I had Absolute Comfort out for a regular check up. I mentioned my dust issue. They suggested adding more returnnair to my home. I went ahead and asked for a quote for replacing my duct work. They gave me estimate on the spot. They did not have a sales man do that the technician that was there did that for me. I decided to go with more return air and replace my ductwork since it was very old. Job was scheduled next day. They were on time and crew was just as professional. I did notice that the dust has definitely decreased by like 3/4 of what I had before. I don't have to dust weekly now as a matter of fact I haven't dusted since the work was completed. Airflow in my rooms also increased. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them.

They have been servicing my home for 15 years. I have had them to due yearly maintenance and replacement. Chad is my tech he is excellent.

Chad, with Absolute Comfort, is awesome...professional, knowledgeable, and a super nice guy. We have used Chad before in several properties and we only ask for Chad now. You will know that the job is done right and that he will lay out all the options and will walk you through whatever the job is. We have had small jobs as well as big jobs and we trust Chad as he ensures great service and a job well done. For the heating inspection job on Friday, he came within the specified window, but as we had mentioned to the main office that we had to be somewhere, Chad came a little earlier to help us out. Thanks for all Chad!

We have used Absolute Comfort for both routine servicing and for repairs (usually in conjunction with our Insurers AHS- but not always) Their technician Chad has been our 'regular' and I have no hesitation in recommending him- always polite, always on point. A very good employee. The company and personnel are efficient- which i really appreciate.

I always ask for Rick Young. He is the technician who installed new air-conditioning units for us and follows thru on any warranty work. He is typically quick to respond, efficient, and completely trustworthy. I can recommend this company and their work without reservation. He replaced the coil quickly, without incident and was on his way. The unit is working now, cooling efficiently. Infrequently, the arrival time is later than expected. A quick call to their office clarifies and resolves it! Rick is completely honest. I can leave him to do his work with no concerns. He is friendly, good-natured and knowledgeable, We have been enjoying Absolute Comfort's service for about 5-6 years. I don't want anyone else except them!

It's been great! We've never used anyone else. We have been working with Chad since 2004 and have never had any problems. Good work, good service, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I couldn't be happier, it's not common to find such a reliable provider! A+

I think we have been using them for five years something like that. They knew what they were doing. They were very professional and they picked up the fact that I had some leakage on my where the air filters go and they fixed that and I don't have a problem. I would use them in the future.

They are excellent and they do their job. I would use them again as I have asked them to come next year.

They're punctual, their turn around time is very quick, and they usually offer some level warranty for their service. They're professional. There was one time it malfunctioned again, a week later, so I called someone else out, I mean I called the same company but a different person came out, and he was able to repair it and he have all the warranty information and all, so that worked out. I've used them many times, I would say four or five times.

I did not find them on Angie's List. They have been working on my system for several years.

They fixed my 35 year old furnace instead of recommending a new furnace. It is still working from the repair however we seldom use the furnace. I don't understand why they did not recommend a new furnace. He spent a lot of time fixing it and advised that it is not very safe. Before we spent $1200 he should have advised us to buy a new furnace instead of spending $1200 to fix a very old and unsafe furnace that we will have to replace.

They were sent by American Home Shield. Absolute Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating visited my home on 2 separate occasions and were unable to diagnosis the issue with my A/C unit. They were unable to give any recommendations as well. My ?Absolute disComfort? has been going on for 1 month and counting? Their lack of follow up and/or follow through leads to my poor rating in addition to my latest interaction with the lady who answers the phone.

Absolute Comfort cost me a day's wages by not showing up at to do some work, and now they call me once a week, usually during dinner time to sell me more services. I have asked repeatedly to be taken off their list but they refuse. Do I need to contact the state attorney general's office about this?

Absolute Comfort did a superior job. They completely replaced two outside condensing units and two evaporators in my attic. Their technicians are well-trained, experienced, and very professional. They cleaned up when the job was done and made sure that both units were working properly before they left. I have used them in the past for HVAC maintenance and will continue to do so in the future.
