Fantastic. I called Comfort Air in the morning, after the evening in which my furnace stopped working in a rare time in Houston that was 26 degree freezing temperature. The receptionist was very professional and confident when she said that she would have a technician at my house between 9 am and noon that day. The tech arrived at about 10.00am after calling us and telling us he was on the way. When he showed up, he knew exactly where to check and after checking the furnace for safety, etc, he was able to diagnose and fix the problem which I did not expect. It was a wire connections in the wire harness that became corroded and he was able to fix it without selling me a new wire harness or any other unnecessary components. He was able to clearly explain the whole situation and was superbly knowledgable and professional. The only charge for the entire ordeal was the charge of the service call coming out the my house of $69.

Took a couple of days to get parts. Both systems working fine.

The tech got visibly ****** off when I insisted on him honoring coupon price.

Horribly wrong! They installed the system incorrectly and had to reinstall it. To this day I get comments from other companies about the installation of my AC. Ten years later I am in need of a new system.

Very professional service provided by service technician and installation crew. I received a written quote and the bill was spot on. Service was quick and A/C was back up and running within 24 hrs.

We had a technician named, Stanley Richardson, who came over to work on the air conditioning system. He was prompt and extraordinarily knowledgeable. We had a house inspection by the buyer of our home. The inspector had stated that there was a problem with our air conditioning system. We couldn't understand this since our air conditioning system always had worked perfectly. We live in Houston. You are aware when your air conditioner is not working correctly. Stanley was with us for about an hour and explained everything in very simple terms. He checked on our system and being very honest, he explained that there is absolutely nothing wrong with our air conditioning system. The Home Inspector was WRONG. But, then again, how can you expect a House Inspector to be a Specialist in EVERYTHING. YOU CAN'T. We had the unit serviced, cleaned and "not repaired since not needed". Honesty is a customer service principle that is not normal today. It is great to see that from a company today. Thanks Stanley for your help. We will be using your company and especially Stanley Richardson, your contractor for our new home. HE IS INCREDIBLE. Thank you, Mark and Mario

The estimate was given verbally, which, apparently, I didn't hear correctly. Ended up paying service fee + $350 for a part which is $40 on the internet and took 15 minutes to replace. Called the company and they told be that this is the way they do business. Should've requested the estimate in writing. Service is nice buy the price for a simple repair is sky-high.

Fixed and system checked in about an hour to hour and a half.

Happy to have a functioning unit with no issues and should be problem free for several years. We have used this service company for 8 years now and have been pleased with their yearly service of both our AC units and furnace. They have done repair work over the years so completely trust their advice. Especially since we have a good friend in the AC business in another state - and will seek his advice before we proceed with a big purchase or repair job. This company has been consistent with the advice our friend has given so we have continued to use them for all our AC/heating needs.

Outstanding. Dan and the service technicians were on time, efficient in their work, courteous with their customer interactions and finished ahead of schedule. The diagnostic work done during the service installation discovered a new problem we had not anticipated and as a result prevented a future call-out for additional service. Absolutely Comfort found a defective electrical component, a capacitor and replaced it. After cleaning the system and doing a much overdue tuneup, my 8 year AC was purring again. I will call them when it is time to replace my system.
