We service and install all major brands of Air Conditioning and Heating Equitment and we are an American Standard Dealer. All Major credit cards accepted, Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Saturday 7:30 AM to 2 PM. We have 24 Hour emergency service available. Poorly.
Description of Work: Home Shield sent out this contractor. Their arrival windows are 5 hours and they still missed by an hour. Adding to my frustration with them was that they could not make the repair-in fairness most trucks are not running around with spare compressors. No follow up on the part arrival. Then the truck is in the shop you will have to wait until sometime in the afternoon day after tomorrow for the repair. Receptionist sticks you on hold or hangs up when confronted with unhappy customers and will not put the owner on the phone. The AC IS working but the number of days we were down- 7-!was not within bounds.

Quite badly overall.
Description of Work: Absolute Comfort was referred through American Home Shield Home warranty for air conditioning problems. Over the course of almost ten days (including the July 4th weekend) Absolute Comfort repeatedly broke and remade appointments, but NEVER showed up to do the promised service. They caused very considerable inconvenience, both in lost work time and the serious discomfort of a less-than-functional AC during record heat. We have complained about them to the home warranty service, and are registering further dissatisfaction here.

I looked up your file. Unfortunately we show that there was a problem meeting the tenant at the home. That the tenant canceled several times and wanted the appointment for the last call of day. We never went out there to the home. American Home shield has a window of 48 hours from the initial call but if the tenant doesn't cooperate we cant be held responsible.
