They are very reliable and accessible. If you call you can get someone and you can get some answers. They listen. Everything about their service is an A but I just had a problem with their billing department. They seem to have trouble getting things straightened up for example they will send their June bill out then I will get another in my cellphone that I owe them money. I have to admit I am an accountant by trade; I get my bill around June the first and I pay it on time. Some people don't understand that it is legitimate to pay by bill...by invoice number. I had them for over ten years and they have reasonable price. They are punctual.

We have used them for the last 5 years, and they come whenever you want them to. Usually I tell them that if they are in the area, we plug them in, and we usually don't put them until the 1st of December. They put 2 boxes of lights in front of the garage, they climb the 6000ft tile roof, which is pretty dangerous, and they put the lights up. They perfectly in row, and they go up and down all the ups and downs of our roof, and they do a fabulous job. We turn them off on New Years day, and they come and take them off whenever they are ready. You call in to talk to their customer service, and you talk to someone on the phone. Their offices are right down the road from us, but their offices are out of Austin, and it is like they immediately transfer you, and get someone to help you. If I could afford them for my lawn, I would do it in a second.

Ants are gone! They were always on time. Always called before they came out and the day before. I didn't add total cost of service because it was about $65 per each time they came out and treated. Very professional.......very good company.....!

I needed a termite inspection done on a 90 year old pier and beam house. I wanted the crawl space inspected. I called several small exterminating companies and none would provide the crawl space inspection. I called ABC and they said crawl space inspections were no problem, and they told me the inspection would be about $200, which I agreed . I explained very specifically that my crawl space was very tight and I needed a very small person to come do the inspections. I even called back a few days later to speak with another person just to make sure I was going to have a small enough person to be able to do my inspection. Again I was assured this was not a problem, and they would make sure they would send out the appropriate person. I live 2 hours away from subject property, and my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 10am. My 3 small children and I woke up early to make sure we had enough time to drive to the house to be there by 9. At 10, I called ABC to see where the contractor was. I was on hold for around 45 minutes before anyone other than the receptionist would talk to me. Finally I was able to talk to the actual man coming to my house. He asked about my needs and told me he was not the man for the job, and he told me that ABC showed me on the schedule for 10-11, even though the lady at the office had already confirmed my 9-10 appt. (And he didn't actually arrive until around 11:30). He said he was 6'2" and 220 lbs. Definitely not my idea of a very small person. When he got to the house, he obviously was not able to do the inspection. He was irritated that his time had been wasted. I was irritated that I got up early with three kids specifically for this appointment and my time was wasted. In the course of our conversation, he said that the people working the front desk are incentivized if they can sell a service, so they have a tendency to say "yes" to every request rather than asking the actual people performing the services if it is feasible. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They wasted hours of my time assuring me they could meet my needs. They told me my appointment was an hour earlier than they told the service provide. They don't have enough people to answer phones. Obviously I didn't have to pay anything, but I also still don't have the answers I really need. Find a different company for all of your home and commercial services.

I have been seeing a bunch of roaches in my apartment and have set up appointments for ABC to come, and I always have to wait but yesterday I saw the ABC Pest guy's truck so I went over to it where he was writing on his IPAD and told him off my problem. He said he was sorry but he had been here all day and he couldn't do anything about it today. I explained to him another person was in the office also complaining she was having a "bug" issue and he said he knew but he still could not do anything about it. I was very upset about his response and when I got home I called the ABC Pest control myself. I spoke with a girl named Shea and she supposedly sent my complaint to the "supervisor" and told me I would hear from the supervisor tomorrow which would have been today which I have not. I also was on hold and RJenkins does a spill about how great his company is and he would like to hear from customers regarding how his company can provide better customer service and then gives you a number to call. I called the number and left a message and would love to hear from him and left my number. I have not heard from Mr R Jenkins so he also left his email addy to which I sent him one. I have NOT heard from anyone at ABC Pest control and I still have roaches so if anyone is looking for a company to actually get rid of "pests" I suggest using a different company. Lawn service for weeds and fertilization. After every application the technician says I have weeds. Well, I thought that is what I have been paying them for to eliminate. I received an email this week asking about the service and when you call to complain they act really put off and bothered that you called. And , also in this email it states that I have an "outstanding balance". Really, I just got the bill for the April service the day before and when I asked about that I was told that it was a computer generated email to which I responded that I didn't appreciate being lump into a group that DID NOT pay there bills. I am ending my service with ABC Home and Lawn. It seems that they have gotten to large and really don't care about the small customer.

Technicians called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. They were knowledgeable and professional. We have used ABC as our monitoring company for 2 years and are completely satisfied. Their customer service and accounting departments are excellent

Great. Technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on time. ABC HAS BEEN OUR MONITORING COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS ARE EXCELLENT.

Been using the for my lawn fertilizing for 6 or so months. I have canceled my service due to the fact that my lawn does not look like I have had any fertilizer put down in 3 months. Then when I called to get some help, they can't even help me for 4 days. That is not exceptable to me, when I have paid them the money I have paid to them to get my yard looking lush and green. The people around me that do their own lawn, have better looking grass than I do.

Since early March we have contacted them each week. They do eventually return our calls, have come to our home to see the damage, but have not negotiated a settlement. Two months have passed with no progress made. As we requested, they did take a soil sample from the yard to be sure all contamination was gone, so as not to poison new plants. That was done two weeks ago and we have not yet heard the results. We have had contact with two people at their office. Should this be resolved to our satisfaction, I will be happy to modify this report.

Without a doubt, they have the worst service of any company we have ever worked with. Won't ever use them again. Don't understand how they are in business.

We don’t seem to have any pest issues, and if we do see anything, they are quick to come out to take care of it.

I'm not entirely satisfied with their service because I can't actually verify that they've come out to perform the work. The technicians have never come up to the house to let us know when they're about to start working, and I've seen no measurable difference in the state of the lawn. In fact, my husband had to stop paying them because of these issues.

Everything went well. The staff is friendly, and their treatment has been effective.

Standard pest treatment. Everything was fine.

I tried suggesting they think "outside the box" for a solution, but that did not happen. When I requested a partial refund since they never did the job, that did not happen either. Although I was upset that they did not catch the raccoon, my reason for giving them such a poor rating was their lack of concern. It did not seem to bother the management that the job was not getting done.

Also use their landscape services and their designers are great.

They never even called me back. Got someone else.

It was pricey and did not fully alleviate the problem. It was difficult to coordinate schedules for interior and exterior treatments. They charged for both even when both were not performed. Discontinued because we could not resolve

It is required that we have a professional company maintain our building and outdoor area free of pests.

They took care of my yard for 1 year and it was the worst it's every been.

Been back to spray the yard and shrubs. I'm working with them to give them another chance.

Very professional, they wear protective shoe coverings to protect your carpet. We have extended our contract for $150 per year to cover any future problems.

We have not been happy with their service. New plaster on pool became "blotchy" soon after installation. Brett told us to read the "fine print" as all pools did this. Our previous pool plaster (17 Years) did not discolor. Weekly pool service was unsatisfactory. Weekly service employee was not trained nor was he properly supervised. We discontinued using ABC because of their poor service.

They came when promised and actually showed up an hour ahead of schedual. They went right to work and did a GREAT job.
