Description of Work: My pool return lines get plugged with debris and ABC technician are able to blow out the lines when other companies are unsuccessful.

Description of Work: ABC has apparently outsourced their billing and scheduling functions. They change the appointment at their will and do not inform the customer. We tried to change the scheduled appointment, but were told that it was not convenient to their schedule. | |The company has gotten so big that the customer's needs are no longer their primary concern. They only want more business, but do not care about the customer.

Description of Work: We had earlier cancelled ABC services for inside and outside pest control. This time it was for pool cleaning. The service was of marginal quality, the pool cleaner didn't perform the items on the check list in a thorough and professional manner. Among the many mistakes he made was failing to turn the water off before he left. Not only did our pool get filled up but also the surrounding homes and yards.

Description of Work: **UPDATE**. All shrubbery including new magnolia and new crape Myrtle have been replanted. I appreciate this recovery and am just monitoring my oleanders to see if they will survive - these are the only shrubs that originally appeared that they might survive. However, they are now looking unhealthy. I will continue to update as things progress. ABC will also be replacing the 2 bottlebrush that they replaced but have since died. I have used ABC for at least 8 years for pest control and lawn and shrub fertilization. To be fair, they always provided a good service. However, on this last service, the technician sprayed a herbicide instead of the correct product on my entire landscaping killing everything that has taken 10 years to mature! I am still waiting for full replacement and recovery. I am most disturbed that I had to inform them of the situation and they did not act on it with an apology or specific plan to rectify the error. The technician later showed up at my house to view what he had done and he personally apologized, but nothing in writing from management. So I continue to wait for full replacement. Some has been replaced, but 2 shrubs are dying already. I will update this review should everything get completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: They have done several services for me. They resolved a mice problem. They made sure to fill the weep holes. They did our extermination. Our lawn was falling apart. They sprayed chemicals. The customer service is great. Someone is always willing to help. The do a goo job.

Description of Work: They said they gave free estimates until they called (several days after I requested it) to tell me they would charge me a $95 "diagnostic fee" to come out and look at a problem with my sprinkler system. Thanks, but no thanks... Buyer beware....

Description of Work: They come around every month and check around the house and if there are ever any problems they will also check inside.
