Poorly, I canceled my service.
Description of Work: Used ABC for several years but they developed a bad habit of 'calling' before arriving. If you do not answer the phone, they cancel your appt. This happened twice. The second time, was inexcusable. My appt window was 9:00 to 11:00. It was a Saturday and I was at home. I called at 9:00 and was assured I was the next house on my technician' route. I called at 10:00 and was told he was on the way. I called at 11:00 and was told he called and no one answered and he canceled my appt. This second time was inexcusable. I terminated my service. This happened about 7 months ago. I have another service who performs well and I am glad I made the change.

We do our best to give customers a heads up before we arrive, as we can encounter unexpected circumstances while servicing other homes which cause our technicians to arrive later than we anticipated for scheduled appointments. We rely on our customers to answer these final phone confirmations so that our technicians don't arrive, only to find out that the customer isn't home and services can't be performed. In your case, I am disappointed that we missed you on a few occasions and that this led to you canceling your service. THE SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY, AND THE SERVICE DONE WAS IMPECCABLE. THE PLACE LOOKS GREAT. PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN AVERAGE, BUT THE QUALITY SHOWED. I NEEDED THE WORK DONE IN JUST A FEW DAYS, AND THEY REARRANGED SCHEDULES (OR AT LEAST CLAIMED TO), IN ORDER TO MANAGE.

HE ACTUALLY CALLED ME ''LITTLE LADY'' AND ACTED LIKE ALL I WANTED TO KNOW WAS IF THE POOL WOULD BE ''SPARKLING AND BLUE'' OF COURSE HE ALSO TRIED TO SELL ME THEIR OTHER SERVICES. GENERALLY TOO EXPENSIVE AND TRIED TO HARD-SELL ME.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL ABC FOR POOL SERVICE. I HAVE SPOKEN WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS WHO HAD TO COME IN AND CLEAN UP ABC'S MESS. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, AS FAR AS THE POOL REPAIR SIDE.
Description of Work: PAID ABC TO REPLASTER MY POOL. WE HAD OVER A YEAR OF THEM LYING, NOT CALLING, LEAVING LEAKS IN THE POOL, AND THEY THREW CEMENT INTO OUR SEWAGE LINES. THEY NEVER REPAIRED OR OFFERED TO, THEY JUST WANTED US OUT OF THEIR LIFE. WE WENT TO MEDIATION WITH A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY (NOW I KNOW WHO PAYS THEIR SALARIES), THAT WAS A JOKE. FINALLY, ABC AGREED NOT TO COLLECT THE RAMINING 50% OF THE BALANCE AND AGREED THE JOB WAS NOT DONE RIGHT. IN ORDER TO DO IT RIGHT THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON PRICE. MY COMPANY WOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS IF WE OPERATED THIS WAY.
