I was pleased with the price and work.

I had four combo circuit breaker fuses that needed to be replaced. A1 plus service techs super professional and knowledgeable. Knew the issue on the specific type of fuses I had and replaced with latest model. 2 year warranty. I watched a YouTube video and decided I am not doing electrical work myself.

Good communication, clear plan of action on initial assessment of job scope, and did a good job in a timely fashion. Ran slightly behind on their arrival a few times, but went above and beyond on their service.

Needed some new fixtures installed plus move dining light. They were prompt and did a good job for fair price.

They were fast and reliable. Showed me the problems I had before doing the repairs. Thank you for the service.

Missed appointment. Called at end of day and said they were too busy to get to us for morning appointment.

Great customer service, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Needed an outlet replaced and install a new dedicated outlet for our travel trailer. Answered all my questions but weren't able to install until the next day, BUT due to my work schedule they accommodated me and were able to install the same day. Excellent work quality and great value to me. Will continue to use A1 as my go-to electrical company.

Matthew had excellent communication skills and mastery knowledge of his craft. I will be doing business with A-1 in the future.
