He was amazing with walking us through each of the steps he was testing on our AC to see why it was not turning on and taught us about the system and what to look for. A1 is my primary electrical service company from this day forward. My underground cable from street to my meter lost a leg of power. We had partial power and that meant no AC.I switched to generator with a transfer panel which ran 10 circuits only. I setup 3 electric repair companies to come out ASAP for estimates. A1 was the first to show up , same day. The estimator , Ricardo, was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he saw as needing to be done .My house panel was an old Federated panel and he informed me it had to be replaced/relocated due to code and suggested upgrade my service to 150. I was not happy to hear, but the next 2 companies that showed up said the same thing. Ricardo was very quick with his estimate as well as answered all my calls even after he left. The appointment was made for Monday morning and we had power restored that night. The inspector said they did a great install.

A1 Plus Electrical had the best price, and the electricians and plumber did excellent work! The only problem experienced was that it took 5 to 6 weeks for A1 Plus to get the permits approved after stating that they could get the permits approved and install the generator within 2 weeks. All other companies couldn't do the work for at least 2 months or longer! I had to contact A1 Plus general manager to get things moving after several permit submissions were rejected by the city. A1 Plus mitigated this time inconvenience by installing an electrical outlet in the garage at no cost, and once the permits were approved, everything was done within 7 days. Permits were approved on Friday, and installation started on the following Tuesday, and city permit inspections were done on the following Friday! All within one week! Would I hire A1 Plus to install my generator in the future? YES!

Work was a bit pricey, but they were onsite to evaluate/quote and then complete the work extremely fast.

They give the customers a runaround and when they made a mistake they want you to pay.
