A1 Plus Electrical

They completed the work quickly even after running into unforeseen complications in our old house.

From start to finish, A1 was professional and punctual. They were able to provide an accurate estimate and schedule the appointment incredibly quick. Our technicians arrived within the specified time window and got right to work. They made recommendations for light placement based on current power layout as well as functionality within the space. After the initial layout, the electricians cleaned the work area, went over all of the work done, and verified that it was to our liking. Overall, the work was impeccable and we will definitely be using A1 for all of our electrical needs. So impressed!

I thought they came prepared to do the job. Instead, they sent a salesman to take three pictures that I could have taken and then sends me a quote that was three times higher than what I actually paid.

Beware, do not use A-1 plus. They quoted us almost $800 for a few electric repairs such a replacing a couple switches, tighten a few electrical outlets and install a ceiling fan and light fixture. After work completed they call me and said a light future also needed replacement and it wasn?t the switch they previously identified. To my shock, they wanted another $250 to replace the fixture, do to a separate trip change. This would have been picked up by a competent electrician up front to avoid a separate charge. Or even if the issue was missed, an ethical electrician would have competed the replacement for the cost of the fixture, less than $20. Beware and avoid!

The tech they sent out did not even touch my project, he just looked at it and told me what could be wrong. Very unprofessional! I would never want them to come to my house again!
