We have not been to this customer's home since August 2015. At that time the consumer asked us to install parts that they had procured. We informed the consumer that we did not do that type of work. We diagnose, quote repair cost and then repair AC and heating systems for our customers. We respectfully declined working for this consumer.

Description of Work: We have a long-term contract with Warren for heating and air conditioning routine maintenance. Their service technicians are all first rate, punctual and professional. | |Last year, as part of remodeling work, Warren upgraded our heating and air system to both correct deficiencies with the original builder installation, and to split the single system into three zones. Since these upgrades our heating and cooling system is very much more efficient and our electricity costs are reduced significantly.

Description of Work: A/c went out the night before, called aj Warren first thing in the morning, it just so happened they had a cancellation, so they sent travis over. He showed us the motor in the outdoor unit had to be replaced, it took him about 15 min. Total cost was $350, he was very professional and polite.

We had the air conditioning and heating unit installed after comparing prices and found Warren to be competitively priced. They had been referred to us and we will continue to refer them to others. They completed our warranty work with no hassle, questions or confusion. They're extremely honest and reliable. We needed them on a New Year's Day and there was no delay or quibbling about coming. They go out of their way to service their customers. They are very clean and have good customer service.

My air conditioner gives me a problem once in awhile and I always call A J Warren and he comes out very quickly to get things checked over for me. Recently I had them out when the air conditioner stopped working, they were very efficient and professional in finding a faulty wiring and fixing it for us. The time before that, we had them out and they told us, we needed our air conditioner recharged. The service men are very punctual and knowledgeable and I will continue to call them for all my air conditioner needs.
Description of Work: A J Warren has been to my home a few times to work on my air conditioner. Recently they were out to fix an electrical problem and before that, they were here as my system needed to be recharged.
