Scott arrived on time and performed a thorough termite inspection. He explained to me what he was looking for and how termites might enter the house. He was honest and professional. I would definitely use A American Pest Control again.

The process took about 2 hours and they dug the trenches and drilled the holes and gave me the warranty paperwork. should not have to see them for ten years, but they said they will come out and retreat if we see any evidence of any infestation.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful, punctual, and friendly. It has only been a couple of weeks but we are seeing lots of dead insects now. We are now scheduled for bi-monthly treatments.

A American Pest Control completed the termite control I requested and everything went just as planned. All work was done at time appointment was set for and Scott who I dealt with did a perfect job. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. Scott explained what was to be done and carried out the plan exactly as planned. If I had questions along the way, he was more than willing to answer any and all questions. The minute I met Scott and talked to his wife on the phone regarding what I needed to have done here, I knew I had the right company. I saw dead termites inside my house all inside a web and also outside dead in the dog's water. When Scott came out to investigate and went all around the house he made a comment that I might not even have termites. I was so happy that that was the case, but he offered a preventative so that I will not get them and that is what I was willing to do. This plan had a 10 year warranty and it was for me. I was so happy that this company told me the truth up front and that I could make a decision based on the truth. In other words, I needed NO treatment since I had no termites, but prevention here is what I was happy for...

Only spray about the house and inside of house, which takes 5 mins, done. Then it rained. Don't know if it is effective. Did not check yards, I found ants later by myself. Hope they can deal with ants on next visit. I pointed out there are ants enter the wall from one window. But they cannot confirm what kind of ant it is and did nothing about it. Just told me if it is carpenter ants needs pay additional. Also, did not check the garage. Hopefully they can spray in Garage as well.

The gentleman showed up in time and did a professional job. These folks were the only vendor since I have been on Angie's List to remind me of everything I needed to do to get their Angie's List discount. I appreciated that very much!

The service overall went extremely well. I got what I bought. I am extremely pleased.

They are fantastic. They came a few days after we set it up.They come every other month and they only did the outside. It's a full warranty on an extremely large list of types of pests, that if any of them make it inside the house they would come and do whatever needs to be done to get rid of them for no additional charge.

The company emailed me to let me know they do not service my area.

Tech was very courteous, thorough, knowledgable and helpful. Office staff was the same, very eager to work with me and very friendly. Was so impressed with the company that I signed up for monthly service. Would definetly recommend this provider.

That is going well and we are still using them. One employee comes out and the first time they did both interior and exterior. Now every month that they come out and they only do the exterior. Scheduling goes well.

We did not read it but we had to have a one year contract with him for bi-monthly pest control. He comes back and put pest control outside only. Everything seems pretty good. We have found little bugs here and there inside the house that are dead so apparently it is working. He is very punctual.

First Scott explained everything he was going to do. He answered all my questions. Then he explained how the treatment would work. He even explained what to do if I was not completely satisfied with the work. I am completely satisfied with the work and would not think twice about using this company again.

The owner was punctual and provided knowledgable service. Spent time educating me as to treaments used and established my expectations. Liked him so much that we also engaged him for rodent prevention also.

Everything was perfect. I was worried that the provider would recommend an unnecessary termite treatment, but that did not happen. They were very honest and thorough.

I never used them, but their coupon fine print is not clear. It says service agreement is required to qualify for the $39 initial treatment, which is fine. However, when scheduling, they require an entire year of service commitment at $30 plus per month. That's not what terms say as of 9/17/2013.

Scott's explanation of the services his company provides was very clear and thorough. He was very professional and did a great job. We received a ten year warranty for their termite treatment and signed up for regular insect treatment. We highly recommend them.

The price of the evaluation was excellent because I purchased a discount coupon on Angie's List. See details above. I also inquired about his company's service for extermination & liked his approach in separating people and pets away from chemicals ~ so I signed up for his Exterminating Service Plan. All in all....definitely a Win-Win.

Scott was wonderful! He let me follow him around and ask all the questions I wanted to ask. Since I am a first-time homeowner, the inspection was new to me, and I had many questions. He also told me what I could look for on my own, what services they offered, and approximate costs should I need to use them. I was very pleased, and I would definitely call A American Pest Control again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were very forthright. The price was fair.

Great! They did notice termite activity and their quote to provide that additional treatment seemed high. Otherwise, they were prompt, professional, and thorough.

$39 cost for initial visit/inspection, then $33.78 monthly. Very punctual (arrived early) and very professional. More than willing to answer all my questions and discuss my concerns. I can't really respond regarding quality other than "so far, so good". I took advantage of the Big Deal more as a preventative than to deal with any existing issue ... and I still don't have an issue, so "all is good."
