They arrive every other month as scheduled. Seems to keep indoor insect pests to a minimum. The only thing they are not super effective with is spiders and they explained this has a lot to do with how spiders work. Basically, since pests with poison don't get inside, spiders who live inside won't get access to the toxin. But otherwise, I like them, their ability and willingness to answer questions, and their reliability. They're are slightly more than the folks who come around advertising services, but I trust them so I stick with them. Been with them for nearly 3 years.

After working with Orkin for 2-3 months I still had a horrible pest problem, mainly roaches. After 1 month with A American I saw a huge improvement in the number of roaches in my home. I have now been using them for 6 months and I hardly ever see a bug in my house.

American Pest Control was very helpful and quick in their response. Within a month the number of bugs seen had drastically decreased.

Very efficient, very pleasant and VERY informative. He suggested to keep the fruit flies at bay to put out cups of apple cider and dish soap mixed together. It does seem to attract the few fruit flies that make there way into the house.

This is my first time writing a review because I am normally too busy and consumed with other daily task but I decided to find the time for this review. The professionalism, punctuality, price and interaction with A American Pest Control is world class and second to none that I have ever experience. I will recommend them to anyone and I will do repeat business every time I have pest control issues. Great job and keep up the good work.

As always, service was fantastic. Been using A American since 2003 and have never had a bad experience with them.

Scott did a fantastic job. Within a week, we had a deceased rat under our dishwasher. We called back because of the smell and he came out the next morning, on Saturday, to help with a deodorizer packet to help alleviate the aroma. I was impressed that when I left an after hours message on Friday afternoon, it was returned with a lengthy message and a promise to be out the next day to help us with the situation. I would highly recommend this company for pest control, especially if you suspect that you have a rodent.

He arrived on time and was friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions and the appointment took about a half hour. I definitely recommend them.

Immediately identified the cause of my pest concern and gave me good advice on how to proceed. Additionally, carried out a routine inspection of the exterior of my house to check for evidence of sub-terrainian termites; on hands and knees where necessary. Professional and courteous; no hard selling. Recommended without hesitation.

It went great! I have in the past used 'big' 'nationally known' pest control companies and decided that once our remodel was done, I wanted someone local. Went to angie's list, read the reviews and called them. I am 90% sure I spoke with the owners wife, it is a family owned and operated business. She gave me every (and I mean every) last detail over the phone. It was a discounted first service for an annual agreement. We spoke about our fence and dog situation, and she had solutions ready for both issues. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.

Provider was punctual, and provided termite treatment with 10 year warranty and one year ant treatment Explained the process when he bid, and fulfilled contract per the bid. Honored all discounts. We were satisfied with our experience and plan to renew the ant treatment.

I bought a Deal for $39.99 for Pest Control for my neighbor and myself. When I contacted A American found out you have to sign a years contract. I did not want to sign a contract and called the company. They were very nice helped to get my money back for the service. I am sorry we could not use this company as they were very kind and helpful. But, I just didn't want to commit to a years contract.

Provider was on time and very professional. Answered all the questions I had. Stated that if any bugs appeared outside or inside the house after any treatment (I signed a one-year contract), they would come out and re-treat at no extra charge. Initial price of $39 was from an Angie's List coupon. One-year contract price is competitive with other pest control companies. Chose this provider because of the good grades it has received from other Angie's List members.
