We were having an issue with spiders and other small insects outside. They were very professional on the phone and provided suggestions, such as using a yellow bulb outside to help minimize our issues with spiders. They were on time and called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. We no longer have any problems with small insects.

After requesting the service, Scott contracted me by phone within a day. He explained how carpenter ants live, how the recommended treatment kills them, and we scheduled site visit. He was very courteous and provided good information about carpenter ants. Arriving on time, he checked the debris and confirmed I had carpenter ants. Again he explained the treatment process and how they would be killed. He also explained the timeframe (killed over two weeks, not immediate) and what to expect. I felt confident he knew what he was talking about.

They did a great job! Arrived on time, explained everything very clearly, and performed the service. They also work on Saturdays which is really convenient. I signed up for an annual contract.

Everything went exactly as explained before the procedure. I would highly recommend this company a friend.

- price was right - emoployee is very profesional and easy to talk to...Still see bugs from time to time, which is more than with previous services - however, the service works for the price, so I rated quality at a B - everything else was A+

It went well and I would use them again. They are professional and very responsive and if you have any issues they'll come back out. I didn't have any problems with them, they always returned my phone calls. When I called them they were very nice, family oriented and they were really competitive. They offer ten year warranty where they'll come out for ten years and no charge.

It went well.... professional explanation and scheduling. Quick in and and out with the laying down of granules for the front and back yard. Lawn didn't have any other issues so nothing extra was done.

We rescheduled several time and the office was very accomodating. We also received senior discount which was very helpful. It is a lot of money and it's sometimes hard to spend money when you can't see the tangible physical object, but its the peace of mind and that peace is worth it. using angieslist and their coupon, we save a lot of money. They are very good people. and we totally trust them with an excellent job. Highly recommended and with highest rating. Call them and use them if you have any pest control problem or concern.

A American Pest Control is the best. We are set up on the quarterly maintenance program and have never had any issues. Late Friday afternoon the kids spotted a tiny mouse...I called the office not expecting to get in touch with anyone until after the holiday weekend. Not only did I get an answer to my phone call, but have Scott scheduled to come by tomorrow to follow up. Awesome customer service!!!

good fast n clean pest control. on time, explained everything to do with what he was going to do, also what was covered by work. Very good contract good price. More time spent explaining what was the deal than it took to spray. I liked the great Comms and info.

It was fantastic They showed up on time performed the job and the next day they were hundreds of dead bees on the floor. I would recommend them to anyone.

We learned a lot about insects and bugs in Houston. We watched him work. He was very thorough and polite. The infestation of ants went away in about two weeks just like he said. We signed up for regular treatments on an annual contract.

I only wanted 1 pest control treatment. After talking with the lady at A American Pest Control, it was apparent that they want to provide a series of pest control, which is not what I needed.

They came out for an initial pest control visit to spray inside the house, as well as spread granules outside the perimeter of the house. Since then they have been coming by periodically to spread more granules outside, and nobody is required to be home. They charge the credit card they have on file. I also had a problem with sugar ants around my kitchen sink a few months after their initial visit. I called their office and left a message which was returned quickly by a woman who scheduled someone to come by the next day and drop off some bait/poison. Everyone I have dealt with at the company has been very polite and knows what they are talking about.

He treated the area from the inside and outside. He came back 4 days later to seal up the entry place so they'd find another place to build a hive. I've not seen any bees since he came and he also has a 6 mos. guarantee.

Spoke with Scott's wife to set up appt. I thought I had termites because of "sawdust" I was finding on my patio. His wife said it sounded more like Carpenter Bees and she was Right! Scott was on time and professional. He actually removed his shoes when entering my house (NEVER had a service do that before) He explained all options to me including a do it yourself option. I was very pleased with overall service and would use them again in an instant! Got a Discount for using Angies List as well!

They were helpful. They took care of the situation. We worked towards the one time initials for annual payments.

The baits worked! The rats seem to be gone from the attic. The roaches came back, but we were diligent with cleanness, other repellants etc, and they've diminished.

It went fine - I just did not want to sign an annual contract.
