I have never used Angie's list before, but I thought I would try it out. I need my house fumigated, so I selected the "Big Deal" for a $39.00 initial pest control agreement. This was November 18th, 2015. It is now November 30th and no one from the company has called to even let me know their availability. I am assuming this is one way to get $39.00 for nothing. I am disappointed with both the pest control company as well as Angie's list for this terrible service, or lack thereof. This throws the entire issue of Angie's list vetting its vendors or keeping track of their customer's satisfaction.

Everything went great. I was looking to begin a pest control service since I will be renting my house out. The technician arrived right on time and explain services to be provided prior to beginning work. He was very efficient and through in his work. I needed to leave the home to purchase material for other work being completed in the home and the technician made sure to leave a voice mail to notify me of his completion and provide additional contact information if any questions were to arise on my end. Very please with the service.

Went well. It is not cheap - ongoing monthly charge, but I assume there will be no bugs - ever!

Very friendly and helpful information. We had bees boring into our pergola and around the house. He did an excellent job and, in fact, came back on 6/23 to spray the area again. We had them pretty bad. No more bees and we will have them come back next year. Great company!

The tech was well informed and explained well what all will be covered

I'm not a pest control expert, however, we have had no problems. Sometimes right before our scheduled service, we will see a few bugs, but we can always call and they will come out early for free. I appreciate how easy they are to communicate with. Our preference is email, so they email us some dates/times to pick from and they always show up in allotted time frame. We also appreciate that they aren't pushy and never try to sell us something we don't need.

All went well. Had to come back and retreat silver fish. All is good now! I will be using him again. :)

Great....he was very professional

Scott was very professional and provided that most economic solution for my ant problem. He applied insect killer on the inside and outside of my house and it has been killing everything! Ants are still coming in, but quickly dying. The hope is that the colony will eventually die off due to the applications, but that will take time, so I cannot yet speak to the quality of service. But it was understood that we are not "attacking" the current nest, but merely preventing expansion, which may or may not result in termination of the nest. I felt that I was receiving honest information, and not being conned to purchase a service that I did not need. So I was very happy with the service.

Office as nice and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable and took care of the problem.

I'm pretty happy with there service. The workers are pretty competent. When scheduled they come when they are suppose to and check on the family.

Tech came when he said he would. He was polite and professional. He sprayed for carpenter ants and we haven't seen any since.

Tech was very friendly. Explained the process and got to work. We've only seen a couple bugs and they were dead, which is a good thing! They will come back and spray again if you see anything.

The experience was very nice. Shane came on time and explained the treatment he would provide. He thoroughly explained what the treatment would cover and what would cost additional if I needed something other than the standard pest control service. He then explained the process and cost for the annual package. I wanted to wait at least 1 month before writing a review so that I could objectively rate the potency of their product. I am pleased. No live bugs...they are good and dead when I see them! I signed up for the annual package.

We ordered the $39 special with the idea of signing up for yearly service; however, when the technician came out, he said we had German cockroaches, which weren't covered by the special. He applied the bait, and said we would need to have the service repeated in 30 and 60 days. This wasn't what I expected: I wasn't intending to spend anything else, aside from the monthly subscription for service. But that's not the fault of the provider: German roaches aren't listed as one of the bugs they treat as part of the yearly service, and they are EXTREMELY hard to get rid of! The bugs are gone, completely, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

They came and gave use very informative information. Even show us what and how to do it ourself if we wanted to. Very nice and friendly service. We just let them take care of it since the price was reasonable and also 1 year guarantee.

It went well - the deal was for a $39 initial pest service - then you sign a one year contract - paid monthly - where they come out and treat the outside of the house - the theory is that stopping bugs before they get in makes sure there are not pests in the house. The initial treatment was both inside and outside. I was told that if I see critters inside, I can call and they will come out. The tech was very friendly and did a great job. Happy with the service

They were awesome at explaining everything, since they came I have not had any problems. Came with a 10 year warranty. I was very please with there, professionalism, high knowledge of their trade, and their promptness.

They were very knowledgeable and honest. They said there was no evidence of termite damage so we didn't go any further into the process. I thought that was very honest of them.

They've been really good. They have provided follow up treatments for free. They also treated a ground bee issue that they had to do research to treat. That treatment was also free. I ended up signing up for an ongoing contract with the company.

The service was good. We singed up for an annual service with the company.

It worked out fine. They did great. They came out, had no problems. The guy came right as scheduled. He called me he was in the neighborhood 10 minutes before. He was very clean, very thorough. He did good work. I would highly recommend them.

He explained the package deal and subsequent treatments. explained what to expect and when. was very thorough. still have some ants but he said to wait for two weeks total so the jury is still out on that but he assured me that if I see any after that time to call and they will retreat as necessary.

The initial service with A American Pest Control went very well. The service and the price was great so we decided to make them our regular pest control provider. They are on time and don't leave any debris behind when they're done.
