Description of Work: They treated our home inside and out for general pest control. They answered all my questions about wasps, carpenter bees, spiders, and fire ants. I'm a chemical engineer, so I have a habit of asking questions that most technicians don't hear. This guy was un-stumpable. | |They are the 5th pest control company I've tried in 10 years. They are absolutely the best. |The chemicals were effective for months, even for my home that borders a forest. | |And the exact day I started seeing the return of the insect invasion, they showed up before I could call them to schedule the quarterly treatment. I know that was a coincidence, but it was so nice to not have to make 3 calls to get someone out.

Description of Work: They charge for "inside and outside the house." I do not have a house and I do not have an "outside" so the business owner would not reduce the price of service for my very small condo. To charge me the same as a house on a lot is not a true value.

We are very sorry that you felt our pricing was unfair. Since the day we started this company, our primary goal has been to provide the very best service, at fair and consistent rates. We have worked hard to maintain standard pricing so that all our customers are treated fairly. We have very firm minimum prices for most of our services, even though every property is different. Pricing is not determined by what part of town anyone lives. It is not determined by the type of car one drives. Pricing for our General Pest Control is the same, across the board, with the exception of a few structures that are unique in construction, or exceptionally large, thus necessitating slightly higher rates. With this standard rate, everyone receives personalized service. If a customer is having large numbers of American Cockroaches, then our treatment is altered to correct this. If someone is having an invasion of Sugar Ants, then materials are changed to correct the problem. In general, our Initial Pest Control (or One Time Service) involves treating the inside of the structure, and creating a barrier outside. Of course, in an apartment or condo, this outside portion can not be done since there are adjoining units. Though this seems like less work, it actually increases the difficulty in maintaining control since there are untreated units that pests can migrate from. Please know, if you call A-American Pest Control, you will be provided with the highest quality of service. Pricing will be consistent, even if you are in a condo where control is more difficult. If you have pest issues that are covered under our warranty (see the comprehensive list on our website), then regardless of how we must change our approach, you will not be charged any additional fees. Because of our policies, we are able to ensure all of our customers receive top notch service, and are treated fairly, which is what most of our customers prefer.

Description of Work: The technician ran a little late, but he came in and explained the service agreement and what he'd be doing and sprayed the house. It went well. Good response recently when I noticed some bug activity. They came back and sprayed right away. Will continue to use them in the future.

Description of Work: We hired this company to come and spray our house for bugs. Everything went well. The owner was the one who came out to do the exterminating. Description of Work: I called these guys because I thought I might have a termite problem. The reviews were really good so I went with them for the services. One of the technician came out and did a full termite inspection. In my case it turned out to be just a regular ants on the house and they gave me several options on what I can do to address the issue. Great service and great communication. Thanks AAPC!
