A American Pest Control price, quality, and professionalism are excellent. I would use them again in the future.

My first contact over the phone surprised me with professionalism and knowledge. Over the phone they started to explain to me their services, different termites, location differences, the different treatments and suggestions. After making appointment I realized how little did I know and have been told by other companies about termites and how pleasant this company was. Shayne showed up promptly on time, was very humble, pleasant and knowledgeable about termites. Walked around the house, took measurements and provided me with a house plan and details of their service. He further more walked around the entire yard to look for any other pest just because since he was there he felt that he should do it. He did not charge me for that check up. They also did not charge for this initial walk around and estimate. He sat down and explained in details different treatments and also details of the treatment, pesticide and their overall services. Since he did not see any termite infestation he suggested not to do anything at this moment, unless I wanted to do so and just do preventative treatment. But before signing up with them, he also was suggesting to getting other quotes to get comparisons. I did have a few other companies to stop by, but the overall impression by the other companies was not too satisfactory as with A American Pest Control. They are family owned business and I am at the point that I will have them do the Termite preventative treatment because they will do a great job, know what they are doing and I will trust them. They will not just do this treatment but for 10 years they will come by free of charge to check the house and make me feel comfortable, which none of the other companies offered.

It went well. The guy who came out was friendly. He explained everything. I never had any issues.

Scott came out and inspected the property and found no termites. He will come back and apply a preventive treatment in a week. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

I live in a suburb of Houston, Texas. There was a special on Angies List for Termite Inspection and Treatment by A American Pest Control. Inspection showed no evidence of termites. Scott, the owner took the time to explain in detail the services provided and prepared an estimate on the day of the visit for Treatment and the 10 year transferable warranty. . He followed up a week later to see if I had any questions. While there was no evidence of termites I chose to have the treatment performed as a preventive measure. I called A American Pest Control a week later and scheduled the termite preventive treatment. They showed up on time and performed the job in a very workman like manner. In fact I asked them to try something extra and they (Scott and Shane) responded positively and without hesitation did the work. They showed their professionalism with their first action - taking their shoes off before entering the residence. A American Pest Control has been a pleasure to work with.

I had some issues in the inside and they were more than happy to come back on several occasions. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling.

They always call first to ensure we are going to be home. They are the best pest control company I have ever used. They are prompt and keep their appointments regularly. When we first moved in we were having serious insect problems. We only had one pest control issue since and they came out promptly to address it. We have been using them for about seven years We are very pleased with their services.

I have been happy with their work. He seems to know what he is doing. He seems to have the right results.

Their service has been great. If we have had any issues, they come out for no additional charge because we are on a monthly plan. They are a little expensive so I am planning to call to discuss the price. I will continue to use their service if I can afford them.

C We have used A American for over 3 years now. In our old house, we use to use ABC Pest and Pool and always had problems with the pest service(would apply during heavy rain, paid for termine treament and they never did the work and we had termintes). After our problem with termites, I call Scott at A American and he came out and provided a bid to treat for termites. I'm glad we went with him. He treated for our house for termites and killed them. When also went on a monthly treatment plan for standard pests. For years we never had any other problem, no pests, no termites..nada... We sold our house and Scott's team worked with our agent and buyers mortgage company providing information the termites were killed, and did a transfer of the warrant. In our new house we had a few bugs and called Scott and his team to come out. They treated the inside and monthly on the outside, no more bugs. I can't give enough praise to the quality of work they do. Great family, good valuse and fantastic service. If you want my recommendation, go with A American and you will be happy. A-American Pest Control was one of 5 pest exterminators I contacted for quotes to treat my house for termites and other insect pests; including two major nation-wide companies and 2 other independents. A-American was very thorough and professional in their inspection, quoting, documentation and job performance. They showed up on time and did what they said they'd do. In my case, the owner-operator of A-American and his helper provided the inspection, quote and actual service. They were both nice and pleasant to deal with. I found the owner-operator to have up-to-date knowledge and be an expert regarding pest control. I like dealing with experienced long standing owner-operators such as A-American. I will use A-American for additional pest control jobs.

Even when they are running late, they give me a call. I currently use them.

Scott has always been on time for our service calls. He is always polite and very considerate of his customers. In the past we have just called every 6 or 8 months for inside and outside service, but in the future will go to one of his maintenance plans. The plan we chose requires an indoor and outdoor treatment (such as we just had) to eliminate any bugs already inside the house, and then only requires him to spray outside every 90 days to keep any new bugs from getting in. If you do not have a lock on your gate, and do not keep dogs in yard, he can do it whether you are home or not, which is very convenient. This plan also qualifies you for a 10% discount, since he can schedule the work for when he is in the neighborhood and that saves him time. He leaves an invoice on your door and bills your credit card at the end of the month. Great plan!

He came out and sprayed for fleas for me and did the whole back yard and inside of my house just to be safe. He comes out regularly, but this time was an emergency call and he came right out. I've been using him for a little over a year and I've never had a problem. This time the costs covered the huge flea spray.

I MET SCOTT WHEN HE DID A FREE TERMITE INSPECTION FOR MY DAUGHTER (SHE HIRED HIM). I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HIS SINCERITY THAT I CALLED HIM FOR OUR ANNUAL PEST CONTROL TREATMENT. HE WAS ON TIME, VERY THOROUGH, AND VERY QUICK WITH THE NECESSARY TREATMENTS. HIS PRICE WAS THE BEST I HAD FOUND, BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME WAS NOT PRICE, BUT HOW WELL HE KNEW HIS FIELD AND HOW HONEST HE WAS. HE EXCELLED IN BOTH, AND I RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY.
