Our movers were great. They showed up on time and diligently worked through the day. I vastly underestimated the amount of stuff we have and the price was very fair.

The movers were lazy, unprofessional and damaged my my furniture. They didn’t have the equipment to wrap my valuable marble table. Of course it got damaged. I informed the movers and I called the owner before the end of the move. The owner has been giving me the run around for over a month! Every time I call, he said will send someone over in a couple days to see damage. Still nothing! Sooo frustrating to deal with dishonest businesses, but I cannot eat the cost for their accident. Try another moving company because a-1 movers will screw you over with no apologies.

I was very pleased with the service I received. The movers came a day early and moved most of our belongings to storage and returned the next day to move us to our apartment. They were very careful with our furniture and took great care to wrap each piece. I would definitely recommend this company to others and plan to use them in the future. Thank you A-1 for doing such a fantastic job for us!

It went well, Edgar's 2 man crew showed up on time, parked and wrapped everything and moved the office for me, unloaded in my new place and put everything where its supposed to be in.

This was hands down one of the best movers I've ever used. I have moved every couple years throughout my life, both local moves and national moves, and A-1 Professionals was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Their price was competitive and one of the lowest out there, but beyond that, their crew was outstanding. Not a single thing was broken. They moved my items with the care they would have shown if they were moving their own items. They were quick and efficient. They completed the move in only 3.5 hours, which was exactly what Buddy, the owner, had estimated when I called and talked to him. The men were cheerful and had great attitudes the entire time. You could tell that they loved the company they worked for and they loved working with each other. They showed up exactly on time as scheduled, and in fact, Buddy even called me about 15 minutes after the scheduled time to make sure they were there and everything was going ok. They had all of their own moving supplies and furniture pads. They wrapped my couches and tv with care to make sure they weren't damaged in the move. I do not have one negative thing to say about this group. I will never use another moving company after this experience.

AWESOME JOB! The 3 men that helped my fiancé move into our new home on (12/15/16) were were on time(few mins. early), extremely professional, hard working and have a strong work ethic. They disassembled /reassembled furniture with ease, placed items where instructed and didn't play around or milk the clock like most movers. I would definitely use again.

The guys were quick, courteous, and professional. The owner was very responsive, always available by phone. He even reminded me to use the coupon. We would not hesitate to hire them again. Very highly recommended!

The moving was smooth and efficient. Price is good considering 8 hours of moving. The truck was a bit small and hard to park. Everything went pretty well except considerable damage to a Bowflex dumbbell and unable to resemble one nightstand.

All went well. We noticed some minor damage to the dining table in the corners but we noticed it after the staff left. Overall the service was good. Responsive office staff even after office hours!

Very professional and respectful of my household goods. I've moved several times and this was one of the best experiences I've had and I would definitely use A-1 again.

My wife was pregnant and not feeling good at all so we had to reschedule on the day of the move. The guy on the phone was very understanding and told me to “take care of my wife”. When we did move the guys were punctual and very professional. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Service was excellent! Crew of Eduardo, J. Paul and Coa loaded three moving containers for us. We have now unpacked at new house, and found our belongings are in excellent shape. These guys were outstanding! They worked steadily and respectfully, and helped us solve situations which arose, all for a fair price. J. Paul labelled the things they wrapped, and even wrote encouraging notes to us to find when we unloaded. We are very grateful to have had this crew, and highly recommend them.

This team of movers was great! Everything from estimating to coordination to the actual moving day services were handled professionally. They were responsive, answered questions, and the team onsite handling the move clearly was concerned about not damaging any items. I am happy to report that even with two full trucks of furniture and boxes, we did not have any broken items. We would definitely hire them again and have no qualms recommending them to others.

Very well. Packers arrived right on time the previous day, packed up all belongings in a timely manner. Movers arrived the next morning at the appointed time. There was a bend in the stairway, so getting downstairs with some of the large pieces was a challenge. The move was accomplished in less time that expected. The crew was courteous and careful, wrapped the furniture as asked and nothing was scratched. My brother used A-1 to move out of a challenging townhouse into a new big home as well with no problems. I would highly recommend A-1 movers.

The three workers arrived before scheduled time and immediately identified what would be moved to another house approximately 13 miles to another house. The crew leader was very professional and kept his crew of two men busy breaking down or shrink wrapping the furniture. My daughter and sister did the final walk through at the new house. They found a few chips on the furniture (one bedroom and Victorian sofa). This is not the reason why some of ratings are low. What caused the ratings to be lower is that of 5 power supply adapters required to operate power a sofa and love seat and rocker two of the adapters to power the sofa are missing. The power supply devices were not left at the house that we moved from therefore it should have been on the truck. Yet, the movers could not find the adapters. I emailed Buddy who scheduled the move a couple of days after I had chemo and again the Monday after the move. As of this review no reply from Buddy. The sofa ($6000 for sofa, loveseat and rocker recliner) is now inoperable until I get two replacement power supply adapters.

Local move with Junior and his 2 man crew exceeded all expectations. Arrived on time and went to work immediately. No wasted time or motion. What ever they we asked to do they did with out complaint. Total move and setup was completed in less than 8 hours. Best moving experience ever. Job completed Feb 2018. Would definitely use again and recommend

I called A1-professional movers for moving my furnitures, they showed up early and was very professional, did all the moving quickly and assembled them as we requested, overall, It's a job well done, no fuss, no trouble, the price is very fair, would recommend them to anyone!

Extremely professional. Great customer service. Driver had a major setback and called me right away to notify me what happened and gave me other options for my convenience. Completed the move even though they arrived late because of their setback and delivered . They finished late but still had a great attitude and customer service. They went above and beyond their service. Thank you so much! God bless you all!

Buddy, in the main office, was extremely nice and helpful in setting up the move. I was shocked that they had availability so soon and on a Sunday (with no extra fee for the weekend). They had three guys and a large truck. The leader of the team, Junior, was extremely professional. They arrived promptly, did a high quality job, moved fast, and were done in less time than I budgeted for them.

The movers were absolutely great! They arrived on time and were ready to start immediately. They worked hard and were very professional and careful with my possessions. I'm sure all of the company's teams are good, but I was thrilled with this group and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team and the company. The team that moved me was headed by Eduardo with other team members Jack & J.R. All three were super nice and great workers. These guys were the best movers I have ever used.
