3 Men Movers

I have moved many times in the past and this was the worst move yet. The moving company's employees were not careful with my items and thus there was much damage. I spent a lot of time packing and labeling each box to help make the move easier. Each box was labeled with the contents and whether the box was to go to storage or the apartment. Most ended up in the wrong place and many were placed in the garage. After arrival at my new location as the furniture was brought in the apartment I pointed out some of the damage to the employee in charge and his remarks were "just bill us". Even though I have contacted the M & M Movers there has been no response, repairs or replacement of my $400 mixer.

They are awesome! They were incredibly good and I am really impressed. They are just super, better than I thought they would be. They went above and beyond in their efforts for everything. Very courteous and very punctual.

Arrived early, were very efficient with no time wasted. Wrapped all of the furniture well and it arrived in San Antonio with no scratches or damages.

They arrived ON TIME first of all and they were both very careful, professional and working consistently from the time they arrived to the time we got to my new home destination in Houston Texas. They were very careful with my furnishings and boxes. I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time I've used 3 Men Movers. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job! They arrived about 10-12 minutes prior to the promised time, protected items with moving blankets and/or plastic wrap, and moved everything without any issues. I did have my own wooden crates to protect a large mirror, flat-screen TV, and large glass dining table top. I will definitely use 3 Men Movers again.

After moving ourselves the last two times, we decided we were done with that! So we checked Angie's List for a reputable and affordable local moving company. 3 Men Movers was rated very highly by previous users. So we contacted them. They arrived 10 minutes prior to the promised arrival time. The three young men who constituted the crew were efficient, careful, professional and polite. They protected everything we owned with blankets or plastic wrap. They are paid by the hour, but they work VERY fast. In four and a half hours we were completely moved from our old home to our new home with absolutely no damage to anything. Items included large screen TVs, king a queen size beds, chest of drawers, dresser, sofa, loveseat, bookshelves, appliances, etc. We have moved 15 times during our career, usually by the big name national companies. 3 Men Movers is the best moving experience we have ever had!

It took longer than I anticipated for a 1 bedroom move. Last year I had moved 2 full bedrooms in slightly less time at a lower price. That company is no longer in business and I could not find a mover that matched their rates. The rates charged by 3 Men Movers were consistent with other movers currently available. Like I said before, the personnel were courteous, experienced, focused, thorough and professional. They kept me informed and advised. They offered more service than previous movers.They earned their money and my respect and good will. God bless them.

Worst decision - hiring 3 Men Movers for my move from Katy to Spring. Scheduling and getting a quote for the work was flawless--too bad they didn't tell me the warnings. When they showed up they asked what I was moving. I said "everything" and they proceeded to ask me in each room what was being moved. Seriously? I said I'm moving from one house to another--I don't want to leave anything to the new owners. Only one guy out of 3 could speak English. The other two said next to nothing and it wasn't in English. The FIRST thing out of their mouths is that I would need to sign a waiver releasing them from damage liability on my 80" and 46" flat screens. "Either you sign the waiver or we can put it in your truck and you haul it". NOT ONCE did anyone say anything about this when I scheduled it. Once I signed the waiver (because I had 2 days to get out of my house) They were fairly descent. However, they ripped up my adjustable bed frame, tore up the walls (both locations) and ruined several other items--that they said were too "fragile". What the movers told me when I asked about the bed? "Call where you bought it from and do a warranty claim". A warranty claim for something YOU damaged? I think not. Called the corporate office during the week. Here's what I got "We are protected and not all items are covered". They did, however, send me the claim form but reluctantly...after reminding me they are "covered". So here's what I'm telling you: If you DO NOT CARE about your items I'd use them. If you plan on paying for a service and have THEM take care of you look elsewhere. You pay companies for a service (including THEM HOLDING THE INSURANCE) but they give you some garbage about my items aren't covered.....and tell you "guess you should have read our website for packing tips". When in fact I didn't have packing issues they just won't cover ANYTHING. Oh and get this? The 3 bedroom move from Katy to Spring cost me OVER $1,000......When all was done i had 3 more loads with MY PERSONAL truck because they wouldn't move it all.

Movers were prompt and very professional. Mover had two helpers + driver (3 total) and moved everything to a town approximately 40 miles within 3 1/2 hours. The move was difficult because the new apartment was on the 4th floor, but the men made it look easy. I would recommend them for any move.

In short, I will never use 3 men movers again, and I have used them several times in the past. The blatant stupidity of trying to schedule a crew to do two moves in a day when one move is a two truck move that will obviously take all day to pack up and move that much stuff and then still ensuring me that someone will be there shortly after lunch. The promise I relied on has caused real economic damages and 3 men movers offered nothing for a screw up of their own making other than to say there is nothing they can do. That may be true, but even a offering to make up for screwing up would have been nice, instead they leave me hanging. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SOME SORT OF REAL ASSURANCE THAT YOUR STUFF WILL BE MOVED AT THE TIME THEY SAY IT WILL.

I went with them because they had good reviews on Angie's list. They are very efficient and they were on time. They moved everything quickly and efficiently. I feel like they needed an additional man but other than that they were great.

This is our 4th move in 6 years. The first 3 moves we used Atlas, which was triple the cost but we have never had any problems. We hired 3 men movers because of their price. We know two people that have used them. One had a good experience and the other said that their couch was damaged. We took the chance because of the price. They dropped our grill and it is damaged beyond repair (retails for ~$1200). I just called to file a claim today. They will only cover $.60/ibs, so looks like we will get ~$120 back. You get what you pay for. ** We changed our review after receiving our claim back. 3 men was very professional and responsive throughout the whole process. We got $720 for our grill. This is fair considering it is a used grill. In the end we still ended up saving a lot compared to the other companies.

These guys were great. They packed our entire house in 3 hours. The loaded everything in the PODS in 6.5 hours, and they unloaded everything in 2.5 hours. Very professional, punctual and nice. I kind of regret not hiring them to unpack too! Would use again.

I hired 3 Men Movers after my sister and my parents had hired them (Houston crews). Biggest mistake ever. I had already sold almost all of the furniture. All they would move is one king size bedroom set, a sectional, dining table a bunch of boxes. Angel' screw couldn't even handle that. Within five minutes they were already making excuses and complaining that they were tired from the move that morning and it was going to take a long time. They even told me that they might not be able to finish. I called Norma at the office and made her aware of the situation, and she called Angel. He told Norma that they would do their best and not even take a break. After 8 1/2 hours ($853) later, I was still forced to move many of my own items. They messed up the carpet in the rental house, which they are supposed to send me a reimbursement check for. I will update when I receive it. The new house has black marks on the stairs, gameroom and master bedroom. This was the worst moving experience!

Excellent company. Very professional and courteous. The ladies who packed my belongings were excellent. I did not have any items that were damaged in the move. The movers showed up on time and loaded my belongings onto the truck with precision and care. We had multiple stops to make in order to pick up additional items that we were moving. The movers were very accommodating to my moving needs. I highly recommend 3 Men Movers!

They were excellent! I have never been through a move that has gone so smoothly.

I used three men movers last year and I loved them! I had no concerns going into another scheduled move with them. However, once the day arrived, I regretted my decision 100%. First off, they were late. By over three hours. The truck broke down and I was told there was nothing they could do because the other truck was being used for another move. Why wasn't there a backup plan? Why wasn't a uhaul rented in place of the broken down truck? It is the responsibility of the company providing the service to actually provide a service! Once the movers arrived, it turns out it was the exhausted crew that had moved the first move. This made our move take twice as long (over 5 hours for a two bedroom APT) as when I moved last year, AND last year they had to drive to two starting locations last year. What happened to the fresh, non-exhausted crew that was in the truck coming to our home that morning when the truck broke down?? To top it all off, the office personnel was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very disrespectful fashion. She is a bad choice to have as a customer service representative. This company is very poorly managed and I will not only never use this company again, I will also share my horror story of 3 men movers to anyone that is moving. I hope for the sake of future customers, the service improves immensely. They FAILED my family and I will never again be a customer.

3 Men Movers were great. They showed up on time. They were fast, considerate and very polite. They didn’t mess anything up. They worked hard and they worked quick, and they left. They were very affordable. I only used them one time. They were early. They were perfect; I didn’t have any problems at all. If I did plan to move, I would consider them. They would be the first I would call, but I don’t have any plans to move.

Great job, would definitely hire them again. Great value for the money. I'm still amazed one guy on their crew can carry a solid wood king size headboard downstairs by himself without flinching. Lastly, just for those curious, they all understood English very well, no language barrier, and they were all very nice guys.

Astounded by the efficiency of this company. Four men showed up instead of 3. Started 8 am sharp. Arrived right on time. 24' truck. Finished by 1 pm. Only needed 1 trip.

It went great! We were pleased with the workers efficiency, speed and the care they took with our items. Would absolutely recommend and would definitely use them again!

Antonio's crew did a wonderful job. They did get delayed because the move before us ran in to an unplanned carpet installation. When they did arrive, they were very efficient and packed the truck completely full. All of our furniture was well cared for and boxes moved nicely. They worked without breaks the entire time. I would definitely use them again.

Carlos, Daniel and Joe showed up on time and worked diligently and carefully. They were very helpful and even moved things more than once when I decided something was too large for one of our rooms. They were positive, respectful and took wonderful care of our things - not to mention expertly put back together all of our disassembled furniture at the new house. I would hire them again in a second! I even recommended them (the crew we had specifically) to my realtor for his future clients.

I can't recommend them enough! Raul and his team did a fantastic job moving all of our belonging between our old house in Katy to our new house about ten minutes away. They had to deal with moving some heavy furniture from our 2nd floor in the olf house and did so without any problems. They were fast, efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They were even so fast that we were able to go clear out my storage unit and bring everything to my new house as well before the day was through. Highly recommend. Great job!

I like their value and they were very timely. They were very careful of our furniture and we have a couple of things we had that were damaged and that before the move, they were honest about it and point that and made us sure we are aware of it. There was one small damaged item and they helped us fix it. They're very thorough and very professional. It's a very good experience.
