3 Men Movers

Moving team arrived on time. Immediately presented us with an extensive list of items they will not move. List was never talked about during quote process nor is it the same as the list on their website. This item is covered once at the bottom of one of the 4 identical looking emails they sent. Essentially we were told that they would not move "loose" objects. They count that as anything not in a box. Clothes in trash bags, my 40" tv, small silverware boxes were among the things they would not move. After a 4 hour move I had to spend the next 3 hours packing and moving items they wouldn't touch. The movers were nice and the job they did do was great BUT if they won't move a whole home I won't need their services in the future. Unless your entire home is in a box, these movers are not for you.

When they got here they had conditions about what they would move and what they would not. Since we were moving a whole house and couldn't go by those restrictions. They really left us in a lurch because it was a Sunday we had find another mover at the very last minute. When we luckily found them, they said they'd heard the same story from other people.

Alex was the lead and they did a fantastic job. They were very helpful, professional, respectful, and quick. I'd give them 5 stars.

The movers took FOREVER. They moved our things from our 2 br apartment into our house. My husband supervised them for the first 1.5 hours but we had some contractors so we had to leave the apartment. Three hours later I went to the apartment and they were still there! The movers had not even broken a sweat and were moving things one at a time into the truck. There was no effort to increase efficiency nor take multiple things into a single load. We had packed everything up in boxes beforehand and needed the help for the heavy furniture, but had we known they would have slacked off we would have used someone else. Overall absolutely not worth the 1000$ that we ended up owing the company for moving a sparsely furnished 2 br apartment.

They are excellent. This is.the second the they moved me I had requested the same.three men that moved me the first time.

The movers were kind, efficient, and took care of the items as we requested.

The move was a breeze (for me)! The company stays in contact with you prior to the move via email. They let you know once a team has been assigned, who to expect as your team leader, and emails you copies of all the contracts and receipts immediately (all done on sight with an iPad). I was the second move of the day, so wasn't quite sure when the move would start. I received a call from the team leader about 2 hours before giving me an approximate time and again about 30 minutes before letting me know they were on their way. The team leader, DARIO BOCANEGRA, was OUTSTANDING. I highly suggest requesting him for your move!!!!! He is professional, hardworking, takes extra care with the items and is a great team leader. It is clear that the team of guys that works with him respects him as a coworker and a leader. I cannot say enough about Dario. He made the move so seamless and easy. When he got to my house he took note of all our stuff and gave me an approximate time of completion. We talked out the options and decided it would be best to request a second truck. (2 trucks and 6 guys total). IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!! And, after doing the math, it ended up being cheaper than just one truck because 6 guys WAS SUPER FAST! The second team leader wasn't quite as impressive as Dario. It was obvious Dario was the stand out employee. He took control of both teams and made them wrap the furniture better, take care with the boxes, etc. Can't say it enough....Dario Bocanegra was awesome!!!

Excellent move that went smooth as one can only hope. Moved from a 3 story town house to a place in the Heights and not one item was treated poorly. All professional gentleman that were efficient yet safe. Will hire again in the future.

Sales, pre-job communication, packers, movers, and post-job communication were all professional and high quality. They showed up ahead of time, and worked hard the entire time. Minor complaint about the packing - they literally packed up the trash in the recycling bin into a box and sent it to the new house. We should've been more clear what not to pack, but I figured they could recognize that old cans/newspapers were not meant to go.

I arranged for a 3-person crew (ladies) to come to my apt. to pack my things into boxes for an upcoming move. The ladies arrived on time and immediately discussed with me my plan for the day and provided positive feedback. They began taping boxes and packing. They were very good about putting the same types of items in boxes and labeling. The ladies worked very well together and worked very fast. The apt. is 860 sq ft and they packed everything we discussed in 2.5 hours. The ladies were very professional and worked very well as a team. I would recommend them to every one I know.

3 Men Movers is an outstanding company from the people you talk to over the phone to the movers themselves. Ask for Felix and his crew. They are tremendous. They are fast, know what they are doing, very careful and willing to do the extra things that you do not want to do. We have used them on 4 separate occasions and would use them again.

It was okay. They did a pretty decent job with packing. I wasn't completely satisfied with the labeling. And they were costly. They charged trip charges for both day separately.

I could have given better rating on some questions above. But when they lie they deserve a F overall. During the unit change they dropped a Jeep hardtop for 2015 Rubicon. I ask if there was any damage they told me no! A week later I was putting the top on the Jeep on the driver side the were scratches and a 1 inch chip on the edge of the fiberglass top. I filed a claim they responded quickly. Ask for pictures which I send. Several days later I receive a settlement offer of $45. I called Norma customer service manager, she told me it was fair offer since I did not take 3rd party insurance. I told he my gratuity to the mover was more than she was offering ($150). She replied I will return your gratuity. She never did. Accidents I understand, lies I do not and will never use 3 Men Movers again!

I could not have been more satisfied with the experience. I used a cheaper competitor with only 2 movers when I moved out and they damaged my home in several places as well as dinging several pieces of furniture. 3MenMovers were easy to schedule, sent me all the info I needed online, accommodated a schedule change with no issue, showed up promptly and did an excellent job with the move. I have never experienced a move where I did not see a single instance of the house or furniture getting damaged (even minor) but I can say 3MenMovers did just that. They put down pads and runners to protect my hardwood floors and took better care of the furniture that I would have. The 3 movers were very professional and even helped assemble my bed frames. I was most impressed with how they handled the refrigerator (this is where the previous movers caused so much damage on the way out). 3MenMovers took the fridge all the way around the front of the house and took the handles off since that door was a bit wider than the back. They had all the tools necessary to make it a quick operation. The pay/checkout process was also seamless as they had an iPad with a credit card reader for easy payment. All in all we finished in about 1 hour and I was happy to pay the 2 hour minimum. Having the 3rd mover was a huge upgrade compared to just having 2. Although priced slightly higher compared to the budget guys, I will be calling 3MenMovers for all my future moving needs!

Three Men Movers (whom I had used before) dropped us into the grease. We had scheduled the move several days in advance, got the confirmation code - they simply didn't show. After an hour, I tried calling and got nothing but unanswered messages. Thank God I found another moving company on short notice. I will never use Three Men Movers again; a miserable and potentially costly experience.

Couldn't have been better. They were polite, professional, courtesy and I would highly recommend them.

They showed up on time and were professional. They protected our floors and were great at communicating during the move in. No contractors all employees of the company.

Excellent service overall. Erika called to let me know the time of their arrival. Once in house went over how the packing was going to be. They offered all materials needed but I only had to purchase from them the packing tape. The prices of the supplies seemed a bit higher but it is kind of expected for the convenience of having available immediately as needed. Erika and her crew did an excellent job packing house with care and were very responsive to our comments. Will definitively hire them again and would not hesitate to recommend them, i selected them from a friend's recommendation.

I felt the movers were excellent but I did not find my experience with the assigned concierge or the administrative staff to be satisfactory, in general. For that reason, I have given a mixed review, even though I was pleased with the moving crew itself.

This company and their crews are exceptional! 3 men (as advertised) made quick work of moving our 4 bedroom house to new location, and everything was super professional. Everything got blanket/shrink wrapped as needed. 2nd time we've used them - we will use no other! Just fantastic!

They were excellent. I would highly recommend them to other members.

Their price was about half that of two competitors' prices. It was a great experience. They were thorough, patient. and pleasant. I opened all of the boxes with breakable stuff, and I haven’t found one thing broken. They put things back together that they took apart to move. They did a great job.

I've used them three or four times over the past number of years. They have always been quite good. I would give them top rating. It was easy. They were great. There were no damages. They were prompt, courteous and got the job done. I would recommend them. They do both local and long distance.

Felix and his team arrived at 7.50am with 2 other workers and had my 2 bedroom apartment cleaned out in 45 minutes and then we went to our next pick up which was just a 1 bedroom apartment. They were very careful and efficient and had us all packed up and our way within 45 minutes, they unloaded and replaced all our items in the house as we requested. I was apprehensive about hiring a moving company, but 3 Men Movers were great and would use them again and recommend.

I've used them for a long time. They were very good. They were very prompt, very professional and very quick. They were able to do the job. They were very nice and very careful. I think that they shouldn't have a two-hour minimum of 600 dollars. They were a little pricey.
