They were very responsive and did good work. They were on time and efficient and polite, they were able to get the work done quickly, even from a third floor apartment in the heat. There was also no damage done to any of the furniture.

They did a good job. I would recommend them to others.

I would evaluate Jose Gomez' crew as excellent; they were on time, courteous,and very professional. They also were careful with our furniture and helpful with each and every request. I would recommend them without reservation.

not great, they were 20 minutes late, had to call for directions. They packed the van poorly and couldn't fit all of our items in the moving van. We had to go rent a truck from a hardware store to move the remaining items. They gouged a huge hole in the wall under the banister going upstairs in the new house, but we didn't notice it until they left.

These guys were so helpful and considerate and I d like them to be recognized for it. They were extremely careful with everything calling our attention to existing scratches or potential problems before they moved certain pieces (damages from our previous move). They noticed things like drawers that were full of small, loose objects that could spill out and helped us get those packed up. They d see us doing something like trying to remove a large, heavy object from the wall and they d stop what they were doing and help. They put the beds together, put her computer desk back together, and didn t mind moving (and re-moving) furniture to help my mother decide where she wanted things. Their attitude was helpful and friendly the whole time. They were careful not to mess up her carpet in her old place or scratch the wood floors in her new one. They even replaced the doormats when they finished. My mother is in poor health and was so stressed about this move, but they made it so much easier for her because they were eager to help. They were a pleasure to work with and have made my Angie s List membership worth it. 2013 Update: We used these guys again several years later for another local move and had a different crew of guys. They too went above and beyond for us. They were on time, there were no surprises and they were meticulous and careful with our belongings. I would use them again and again (although I hope this is the last move we have in a very long time!). I highly recommend this company.

They did a good job they showed up on time. They were very efficient. I would recommend them and use them again.

Everything went perfectly. We were moved out of our home on the first call of the day (7 AM). The workers were extremely hard-working and efficient and had us out by 9 AM. Our furnishings were stored at their facility in Houston. When we were ready, we called a few days ahead of time to arrange the move to Austin. Again, we were the first move of the morning and our furniture was in Austin by noon. Our new residence is a high rise and 3 Men Movers did a good job of negotiating the elevator and moved the appropriate items into our storage facility. They made a few last minute adjustments that we requested. All in all, a job very well done.

It was very good because they were hard working and they listened well. They were very careful with my things. They were professional, polite and friendly. The price was reasonable.

Unsatisfactory. Scheduled to arrive 7:00 a.m., called at 7:05 and said they would arrive in 20-30 minutes. Arrived 8:00 a.m. We did not watch loading at apt. At the ranch the furniture was handled roughly, when we commented Pepe said it was an "accident", although he intentionally slammed a chest against the side of the truck to get it out of his way. He also refused to enter our circular drive to unload and parked on the road. We owned a furniture business for many years and also had our own delivery trucks. They were exactly the same as the truck Pepe was driving and we told him there was plenty of room. My wife even said she would drive the truck. Pepe Alvarez (driver and apparently in charge) was also surly. They did not have a screwdriver or any equipment to remove a door. Told my wife a large desk would not go up the stairway although it had been moved in and out at on at least two occasions. We would never use this firm again. It is my impression that movers are independent contractors, so "standards" apparently vary greatly. The good reviews the company received on Angie's List could not have been for this crew.

Angel and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. They were very careful with all of our items. Finished the job in 2.5 hours.

Everything went fine as for as the move goes. The truck that come to our house had "Luis" on it. Afterward, I noticed that $125 in cash was missing from my purse. I joined Angie's List to let other people know to watch closely. I have no proof someone on the truck took the money, however. I rated them lower than others, as I'm not sure about the honesty of one or more persons in this crew.

My biggest issue was the theft of an xbox 360 game and xbox 360 wireless adapter (total $140 lost). (Fortunately no jewelry) I never would have noticed except that I had been playing the game and personally moved my xbox gear, so I noticed right away it was missing. I complained to 3 Men Movers. They initially were really responsive, but then just stonewalled me. Their response was that no game or adapter was found in their truck, so they were not responsible (??? - why would someone steal something and leave it in the 3 men movers' truck). In addition, they arrived 2 hours late and only after my wife called and complained. They started rushing at the finish and badly scrapped up the stairwell walls and our couch moving it downstairs. Finally, although it's petty, they accidentally dumped over a bookshelf filled with magazines. Instead of picking up the magazines, they just trampled them while they finished the move. After they left, my wife and I had to clean up the mess.

Basically, it was a complete disappointment, despite the very reasonable price. The packers left a lot of items unpacked and provided very perfunctory descriptions of the contents, and the movers left a lot of items unmoved. When the items that were somehow included in the shipment were delivered to our new residence, many of the boxes were put in the wrong rooms. As a result getting things put away and organized was made a much more laborious task then it should have been, not to mention several trips on our part back to our former residence in order to transport items that should have been included in the shipment we paid for. The company's emphasis on speed in their advertisements and in their initial conversations with us should have raised a red flag in my mind. The job was indeed completed speedily and at a reasonable price, but we incurred many hidden expenses after the fact.

This move was great! They were very professional. They arrived on time, worked steadily and carefully. I had special concerns about several of my pieces of furniture and they wrapped them and took extra special care with them. When we arrived at the new location, they were careful not to damage my floors and walls. They positioned the furniture just where I wanted them and put all the beds back together. I think the fee was very reasonable and they did a great job. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Miguel led the crew that did our job - they did such a nice job the first day we asked them back the next week. Professional, fast and careful with our stuff. Moved all types of odd things from our garage with no problems. Thanks - great job.

Three uniformed men arrived, slightly late due to traffic but not a problem. Very well prepared with shrink wrap and dollies and extremely polite and helpful. They loaded boxes and furniture for three bedroom house into our rented truck. All was packed and secured professionally. The crew that unloaded for us the following day at the new house was complimentary of the loading job. Total time was four hours.

These guys were AWESOME and priced well. I paid a one-time $120 fee for getting to my house and then $89 an hr for 3 men. They started a little late due to rain and traffic, but worked until 1:00 a.m. The crew had to come from Houston since the Austin truck broke down the day before. These guys went above and beyond and drove back to Houston when they were done. None of my furniture was damaged - much different than the last time I moved. Everything was wrapped in plastic to protect it (which was great since it was raining). They moved everything I asked them to and they didnt forget my random instructions during the long day.

Overall good, but it started out rocky. They got lost on the way to my house and I would blame their supervisors for this because the guys were trying very hard, but they had inadequate directions. Also, their cell phone had poor reception and they had trouble getting directions from me. Finally, I met them nearby and drove them over. Once they started working, they were extremely fast. They had about 150 boxes and several pieces of furniture packed within 2 hours, and then unloaded just as fast. They worked the whole time without a break, which was hard for me to fathom since I was tired just doing a fraction of the work they did.

The move was scheduled for 7 AM on a Tuesday. The company representative called three days before the move to confirm all of the details. The crew arrived right before 7 and the driver went over all of the details of the pricing. Then I gave him a tour of the house, followed by his taking the crew for the same tour. They finished unloading at our new home at 2:30 pm, and that included time out for lunch. We numbered the rooms upstairs 1 through 5, and just instructed the men to put it in room number __. We were very happy with the team. We paid extra for 4 men and the big truck and were glad that they finished so quickly. I would use this company again and heartily recommend them to everyone.

They showed up on time, charged exactly what they said they would and took care with my furniture. They worked fast. One thing to know if you're going to be using 3 Men Movers' storage facilities is that you have to make your moving reservations with the Moving division, then ask for the Storage division to reserve space there. The two divisions don't automatically talk to each other. I didn't realize this and when they got my stuff up to Houston to store it, the Storage folks didn't know we were coming. Luckily, they had 2 units available and I was able to rent them with no hassle at all. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent. These were the most careful movers I have ever used. Jose and his crew were so conscientious of my belongings and the new floors that were in our new home. They really worked non-stop and had to do it in the rain. My only disappointment was that it took two trips because we couldn't fit everything into the truck. I thought a 3 bedroom home would fit into the large truck they used but it didn't. Due to the hourly fee, this cost quite a bit more, but the service was truly excellent.

They did a good job of moving the refrigerators, however they broke the grill on the bottom of one refrigerator and lost the grill on the other refrigerator. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The movers for The Original 3 men movers were fine, nothing was damaged and they showed up as scheduled. The packers however did not do such a good job. You could tell they were inexperienced. They over wrapped my Tupperware in a lot of plastic and threw my toaster in a box without wrapping it at all. I would not use them to pack again.
