3 Men Movers

The crew arrived on time. They were dressed professionally and go to work right away. Very nice, hard working men. They had my entire house moved in 4 hours! I was so impressed - nothing was broken - no damage at all. They even took apart and reassembled my daughter's loft bed (complicated). I had a great moving experience with these guys!

We used Juan Garcia. He and his crew came and took one and a halve truckloads in just under 7 hours. They worked very hard and efficiently. They were very professional. They carefully wrapped our furniture and listed to our concerns. Once we arrived at our new home, they didn't mind moving the furniture around until it was "just right". I highly recommend them.

We have used them three times now. It went really well. They did a good job. They don't waste time, and they are careful. They were late, but they called to let me know.

They were very professional and very quick. We could not believe how quickly they were able to pack up our apartment. They protected everything with plastic wrap. We were really happy with the way they transported some new wood furniture that we had bought. Moreover, it was absolutely pouring down with rain from the moment they arrived until they had finished; despite that, they brought the furniture into the new house after wiping out all traces of the rain. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

it was a nitemare... many of my posessions were chipped and damaged. I have (had) very nice furniture until i hired this company to move me. Scratches on my entertainment center, kitchen table and chairs, king size bed headboard,endpiece and rails, scratched antique sewing machine, legs on my couch and chair were scraped on walls, my tower speakers were chipped and missing a back cover after the move. I told them about the horrible experience after they sent me a plastic whistle that did'nt work to call them the next time i moved... they offered me $177.00 in damages that exceeded $1500.00...after i sent them detailed pictures of the extent of the damage and also informed me through a letter that i could not file a claim against them and that THEIR claims process is governed by the Texas Department of Transportation. I recently moved again, but did it myself this time. It was worth every ounce of energy to know that my posessions were safe. I WILL NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN... They sell u wonderfully on the phone, but, the aftermath is excruciating.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We were moved from a downtown apartment to a 3 bedroom home in Porter, TX.. 3 men showed up promptly at 8:00am, when they stated they would arrive.. All of them went right to work.. It took 2:20 hours to load everything in the truck, 40 minutes to travel to the new place and another hour to unload and setting everything up.. All 3 of these guys were professional and friendly.. In addition, they worked hard and quickly.. I would certainly use this company again!!

I boxed everything myself so it went faster. They charge by the hour. They did damage the wall when they were getting a very large couch downstairs. I took a photo of it and priced how much it was to fix it. Then I sent it to the company and they reimbursed me without any problems. I was able to fix the drywall myself. I would use them again. They moved most of the house for only $420.

They were punctual. They seemed to be fair. They were as good as any other moving company. The price charged by them was average.

Although the original crew could not make it on time, I called the office and they sent another one out that arrived early. The crew handled everything with sufficient care, and went above and beyond to reach a mattress stored in a difficult to reach location.

They did a great job. They were careful, nothing was broken.

The supervisor and the workers both did very well, they were responsive and arrived on time. However, I feel as though difficulties arose due to the language barrier between me and the workers.

These people were fantastic! Arrived on time, they were blazing fast, friendly and professional. They did a great job. Nothing was damaged; there were no incidents of any kind. The only problem I had at all with them was before the move, I had a hard time getting my calls returned to book the move. But once the move was on record, they were great. They were also half the price of another mover and considerably less than a third company.

They were available ahead of the scheduled time. The work was done carefully and efficiently and they worked very quickly and steadily. The crew leader was Raul Garcia and he organized things very well. This is the third time we have use 3 Men Movers and have been very pleased all three times.

Lalo Cruz and his crew were total professionals. They moved all of my stuff in about nine hours from start to finish. I did all of the packing and moved some of the smaller items myself. The guys were very careful with my belongings and nothing was damaged during the move. They also worked very diligently and efficiently during the move. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company and would highly recommend them to others. I chose them because of their strong rating history here and they lived up to my high expectations.

When they arrived, they inspected the materials to be moved. They also told us that they would not move the 50" plasma television unless we signed a waiver as to any damage caused due to the move. This was the first time they told us that they would not move a particular item. We were stuck because we had to have the furniture moved and did not have the time to find new movers. We would not sign a waiver, but needed the rest of the furniture moved. So, we proceeded with them moving everything else. When they arrived at the new home, they moved everything in quickly (except for the tv of course). They also left very promptly, before we had a chance to inspect anything. Later that evening, we discovered that one of the leveling screws on the bottom of a piece of furniture was missing, and would not level on the tile floor. We called the moving company the next day, but they never returned our call. We returned to the apartment and searched for the leveling screw. It was no where to be found. We also noticed that they failed to move a rug that was in the main room. I would not use these movers again. I finally called the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they were able to move the television without any problems for $100. So, while I expected the move to cost about $300, it ended up being over $400.

They arrived at the set time and even had to help get the rusted lock off. They had the truck loaded and emptied at my home within 2 hours.

Move went very well. Packers on time on Friday afternoon. Movers on time on Saturday morning. I had never had my stuff packed by someone else before. It was DEFINITELY worth it.

They were excellent in every way -- quick (but careful), friendly, clever at problem solving, and reasonably priced. Communication before and during the move was excellent, so we knew exactly what to expect. We had a very large refrigerator that would not easily fit through the front door. They carefully tried several methods before finding one that worked without damage to the door or to the refrigerator. I highly recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.

Called 3 Men and Kai was very helpful and was able to schedule a crew for the same day. I had to cancel, since one of the pieces to be moved that was purchased online and delivered by a freight company was seriously damaged on receipt. Once I received the replacement piece, I called them back. Once again, same day service. No more than 2 hours later, the crew arrived. They were very professional and actually wrapped the pieces in blankets/shrinkwrap as if they were going on a cross-country move as opposed to only going up or down a flight of stairs. Their Monday-Thursday special pricing is quite reasonable, considering you are not inconveniencing friends and risking damage to your stuff (or your friendships!); however, due to timing, I opted for the service on a Saturday. This is not a complaint, per se, but it would be nice if the pricing was due to availability of crew, and not strictly by day of the week. The price was double the special rate and took them less than an hour, but I justify it by not having to take time off work. Overall, very satisfied.

They were very fast and careful because we had nothing scratched or broken. When we got to the new house everything was placed in the correct rooms. One thing they used our old boxes and wrappings so they could recycle.

When we arrived they unloaded and placed everything in the correct rooms. They did a good job but we had a small amount of damage, mostly nicks and scratches, plus they were hard on the woodwork when moving in the big pieces.

Very professional and careful. I called and spoke with Malcolm to set up the move and he explained everything they would do for us. He offered their packing services which were an extra charge item, but we didn't really need them because it was just furniture that was being moved along with some boxes we had already packed. Alfredo Paz was the team leader, and they treated our furniture as if it were theirs. They packed the mattresses in plastic bags I had previously bought for the move and were very careful with everything. They shrink wrapped the furniture to protect it and keep the drawers from falling out. They were efficient in packing and unloading, the whole move took 2 and a half hours. They were also very careful on the drive from one location to another, and went slowly enough so the roads didn't shake the furniture around in the truck. They worked magic to pack all of that stuff in a 10 X 10 storage unit -- it would have taken me days to get it all in. This was another favorable experience with 3 Men Movers, since I had used them one time before and it too went extremely well.

Very well. The men showed up right on time at the storage facility. They worked quickly and efficiently. They did no damage to anything.

They showed up right on time and the crew leader explained everything clearly. The movers spoke decent English, but my Spanish was better so we spoke in Spanish. They did a great job moving everything very carefully, not damaging our items of the walls. We had a lot more stuff that the typical 2 bedroom move, so we actually filled the 24' truck. At the new house, they laid out floor protectors to make sure they didn't damage our wood floors, and arranged everything as we instructed. Because the new house was 3 floors, and we had so much stuff, it took much longer than expected. They worked non-stop without complaint. They were doing such a great job that I bought them lunch, and told them to stop for a while to eat on the clock. Overall, they provided great service. It was amazing how hard those guys worked for the amount we paid. I tipped each of the 3 movers $40 as thanks for doing such great work.

From customer service to the movers, the company was responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. No time was wasted in the move process. When the driver was delayed due to a flat tire, we were promptly notified by the driver and the dispatcher. The movers were extremely careful not only with the furniture, but with the walls, fixtures, and floors of the old and new house. The movers took extra precautions with the wood flooring (no scooting of furniture around the floor). The movers asked where we would like the furniture and boxes placed instead of just placing them generously in a room for us to relocate later. If we wanted boxes in a closet, they placed the item in the closet. They even placed heavy exercise equipment upstairs without any hesitation.
