3 Men Movers

They were very flexible on the rates and how we did it. We packed up a bunch of boxes and they came and moved them. We had no damages and everything went fine. I'm moving again in 3 months and I'm planning on using them again. They were a few hours late because someone wrote a date down wrong.

I would give them an A. I was pleased. They provided a really good service. You know what you're going to pay, there are no surprises. They are very professional.

I didn't really like how they don't wear uniforms. They did a great job moving the really heavy things. They didn't complain about anything during the move.

I have used them twice in the past 5 years. They were quick, courteous and wrapped everything and took care of our furniture. They were quick unloading our things also and the people doing this work were very respectful and polite. I would use them again if needed.

This was the second time we used this company to move from one house to another. They arrived on time and always have a big enough crew for the job, and are very helpful and courteous. The problem with this move was that even though we told them when we requested the quote that they were moving a three bedroom house, the truck they brought was not big enough to make it in one trip. . We had a 30 day move window so felt it was no big deal, but they really should have brought the correct size truck for the job, or gone back to get the rest after they dropped the first load at the new place. If we had complained at the time I am sure they would have made a second trip. I would use them again but next time I would tell them up front to send a truck that is big enough to move everything in one trip. Despite this issue we would use them again because they did a great job with the moving on both occasions that we used them.

Pretty good experience overall. They showed up at the appointed time. Kept a constant pace and didn't break or damaged anything. Just a few minor scratches on the walls, which is kind of expected when moving large/heavy stuff on tight spaces.

I've had a large storage unit with 3 Men Movers since January as our family just sold our Oho home but we hadn't yet bought a Houston place. Alonso Tovar was my lead mover. He was extremely professional, punctual, and polite. His crew worked hard and we finished earlier than I expected due to their "hustle". No shortcuts taken by Alonso - nothing dropped or dented! He even stocks those little felt sticky pads for the bottom of furniture legs. I highly recommend asking for Alonso.

Everything went very well, they were on time and stayed on budget.

They arrived on time and were constantly at work until the job was done. We were totally impressed with their work ethic.

Carlos Ortiz (request him by name!) and his team arrived on time (9:00 AM) and dove into moving our belongings. They moved everything out of our current house efficiently, with great care and with great speed. Carlos Ortiz (request him by name!) and his team were professional and courteous. In two hours they completely cleared out our current house and then we traveled to our new house and they began unloading. If anything they got even faster and more careful, placing the boxes and furniture wherever I asked them to. As an example of their care my wife and I have not found one broken dish, glass, knickknack or picture in our unpacking and we are not good packers. Carlos Ortiz (request him by name!) and his team finished putting all of our gear into our house, reassembled the beds and were done in another two hours. They were finished in 4 hours total. 4 HOURS for our entire move!!! That meant that we were under budget and completely satisfied. It was worry free and so easy. We don't plan on moving for several years but when we do we are definitely going with Three Men Movers and Carlos Ortiz!

They were super helpful, friendly, good customer service, and very helpful. I liked everything about them. They worked with me on whatever I needed and were very understanding.

We have used their services for several local moves and one long distance move. We always ask for Miguel Ruiz and his crew. Miguel always has great communication, is careful, and is on time. I am very happy with their services.

Pros: Nothing major was broken or lost. Movers were very nice. Cons: It is charged by hour so the movers really take their time to move. One person will put a furniture together and the other two will hang around watch. I have a half empty 4 bedroom house with everything already packed. The storage is $10 miles from the house. Move to storage from the house took 8 hours, and moving from storage to another house took 9. They even wanted to charge $10 per blanket to wrap around furnitures. I complained to the managers and they have managed to took that charges off. Lesson learned: If I have to do it again, i will ask for an estimate. Never use a moving company that is charged by hour.

They were efficient and on time. They were also very careful with my furniture and the unpackers were amazing. They unpacked my whole entire house in under 3 hours.

The movers turned up ahead of time and quickly prepared to move furniture items, garden plants and garage material. The movers were very careful with each individual item and even disassembled some furniture items that were already slightly taken apart to ensure no damage to the house and furniture occurred. The crew returned for a second trip to grab some remaining heavier items, but asked several times if this was OK, so as to not exceed any cost expectations. Overall the crew sub-contracted by 3 Men Movers did a timely, efficient, safe moving job, with attention to minimizing furniture and house damage. I would recommend this company for moving, especially if other subcontract crews perform to the same standard.

When choosing a mover I looked up 3 Men Movers on Angies List first. The crew we had were great. Their prices were just about the same as other quotes.

The move was smooth and without incident. They were courteous, professional, and completed the job without any issues. However, I felt they could have moved faster and completed the job sooner. It took our movers in Kansas City only 2.5 hours to load the truck - why did it take just as long to unload it? (Especially since we did not ask them to unpack anything, just to place furniture and boxes in rooms.) However, they did a good job. I give them a B as they did now wow me, but they also did not disappoint me.

Start to finish, it went very well. It took three 24' trucks so it was exhausting for everyone. The guys were all very hard working and the team leaders were Milo Moreno and Marcelino Gonzalez. Again, my only issue is they don't take empty boxes and don't know where to take them. That would have helped a lot.

I spent around $200 or $300 on their services. They had a flat fee and if we went above and beyond that, it was extra. They moved us in quickly. I think my wife asked them do a things but they were in a hurry. It wasn’t that big a problem, it was just a few boxes here and there.

They were very helpful. I always request Alfredo Paz. He does a wonderful job and has helped us on multiple occasions.

They showed up about 5 minutes early and were very professional. These guys flew through the work, didn't damage any of my furniture or my walls, and made sure all of my boxes, etc ended up in the right rooms. I'd use them again!

They were excellent. They were low-cost, efficient, and on time. The workers were timely and very efficient.

They scratched a piece of furniture. It was a fancy buffet that was my wife’s grandmothers. They fixed it but it was kind of troublesome to get them to fix it. We weren’t really impressed.

Contacted "Earnest" about an emergency move for the same day. He told me that was "no problem". I had contacted them at approximately 1:00 pm. After not hearing back for several hours, and running out of time, I contacted another mover, who was able to give me a much cheaper rate, and a definitive time. Also, 3 Men got the date screwed up, even though I had been VERY specific in email and numerous phone calls. I won't be calling them again.
