Description of Work: Picked up belongings at apartment and storage facility in Houston and delivered and uloaded same in Minden, LA. The men, led by "Memo" (?), did an excellent job. They made the move as easy for us as it could be under the circumstances. They were helpful, courteous, patient and careful with our belongings. Everything not boxed was well wrapped in shrinkwrap and then blankets (pads). The ONLY complaints I might have with the company was that the men forgot to cover the carpet where they entered the new home but readily covered it when reminded. They also put a large number of boxes in the wrong rooms even though each box was labeled as to in which room it belonged. We have made numerous moves internationally as well as domestically and this was the one with the least damage and with the most pleasant movers. We highly recommend them and I would be happy to speak with anyone that wishes to ask me about this move. I do hope this company and these men see this review. THANK YOU!

+ -1 moreThe team that moved my home was awesome. Carlos Ortiz was the crew leader. They came on time, were friendly, efficient, careful with my items, and worked well as a team. Within 4 hours we were out of our old house and set up in our new house. I have already given 3 men movers and Carlos Ortiz's name to several friends.
Description of Work: They moved all of our furniture and boxes from a 2 story house to a one story house.. I had already boxed up all other items, so they did no packing, only moving.

+ -1 moreThey said they'd be there at btw 7AM and 8AM. At 6:58:40, the front door rang --they don't mess around. They swarmed on our pre-boxed four-bedroom household and got everything loaded in under two hours, including the last-minute big unboxable items. After a quick drive across town, they repeated the process in reverse at the new house. In spite of the increasingly heavy rain, everything was done by 11AM. And not a thing was broken or scratched. Not that I plan on moving again, but if I do, I'm calling these guys first.
Description of Work: Move-out from old house in Alief-Clodine and same-day move-in to new house in Missouri City.

+ -1 moreThe estimator was rude on the phone, regarding the quote. He was brash in his tone, and talked down to me. His quote was roughly 50% higher than the other movers I called per hour. The trip charge, when I called around, were very high. There were so many additional charges added. The estimate on the time was not realistic. He estimated it would take four hours, which wasn't long enough.

+ -1 moreThey arrived 15 min early to go thru the house and review the details of the move so they could start the move on time.They stopped for 30 min for lunch (not charged to us) and continued. Nothing was damaged and we had no problems.
Description of Work: These 3 guys were respectful and worked quickly and very hard. A move from a 3 BR home (items were already packed) into a 3rd floor 2 bedroom apartment 30 miles away took only 6 hrs. The guys were clear and very nice and were very careful with our things. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Ask for Angel's crew.

They called back when they said they would and showed up when they said they would. They showed up on time. I will not use them again as I will find somebody more economical.

They were careful with my things and when we got to my new home they were careful about not maring the floors or scratching the walls. They came earlier than planned because they had a cancelation and there was a high chance of rain that day. I was not quite finished packing but they reassured me it would not be a problem and helped me pack up the rest of my things and moved everything with care. I highly recommend Jose and his team.

+ 0 moreThese guys were GREAT!!! Very prompt in arriving, and they got right to work when they got here. They carefully unloaded our very packed moving truck (another company in the city where we moved from loaded the moving truck, then we drove it to the new city, where these guys unloaded it). We have a very heavy, large stainless refrigerator, and an antique parlor grand piano. They treated everything gently and we didn't sustain damage to anything in the move :) Very kind, responsive and professional crew. We would definitely use them again, and definitely recommend them to others :)
Description of Work: The moving crew met us at our new house and unloaded the moving truck. They carried everything into the house and to the rooms where directed. They moved an antique parlor grand piano and a huge refrigerator, in addition to all of our other household goods.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on time, were prompt and fast in getting the job done, they didn't break anything, and in the end it was something that I could still afford as a single mother. I have borrowed trucks and moved myself before in an effort to save money but when you think of how much time it took me to do it on my own (even with the help of friends and family) and how many trips back and forth I had to make with gas prices, etc. I should have just hired 3-Men Movers those times I did it myself. You can't beat the service for the price!
Description of Work: I have hired 3-Men Movers 3 times in the last four years. They have moved me into an apartment, out of the apartment into a rental house, and out of the rental house into the home I purchased. Each time they have been affordable, punctual, professional, and fast! I tell everyone about them. I was impressed with how much they could move within just a few hours. Especially when they take down the beds and frames, keep the screws to the bed, then put it back together again for me at the new location. They don't stop and I had to try just to keep up with telling them where to put things. Very impressed that they were so great on all three times that I have hired them.

+ -1 moreWhen I called to schedule the moves the person answering the phone was very courteous and detailed on what to expect and how much it would be (although the second move was on a Friday and the rates are higher Fri-Sun). They contacted me the day before to confirm the move and Milo Moreno and two other men showed up on time. I was amazed at how quickly they packed and got things on the truck. Everything arrived to the new location in good condition and Milo made sure I was happy with how the furniture was arranged before leaving. I was so happy with Milo during the first move that I specifically requested him for the second move. Although all the crews are probably good, I would recommend Milo.
Description of Work: Moved from Sugar Land to Spring in two shifts - first to move most of our belongings (left some furniture and decorations behind to stage the home for sale) and the second a few weeks later after selling our house.

They had to make two trips but they didn't charge us because they underestimated the size of the truck. They were courteous. We moved to a 3-story house and they didn't mind moving a pool table to a 3rd floor. We also had a big safe and they didn't charge any extra to move those items. They were great and we didn't have any complaints.
