3 Men Movers

This is the second time I have used this company and have been very happy both times. The guys called ahead to let me know when they would be at my front door. When the arrived they get right to work, they were very professional and respectful of my belongings.

The movers arrived on time and were very courteous. They handled my furniture and belongings with care. They were quick and efficient and ensured the boxes went to the area in the house they were labeled for and even took my bed apart and put it back together. They also moved a piano for me and were very careful in doing so. The crew chief was excellent and ensured everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

The three gentlemen showed up a little before 8. They asked great questions about moving items from each room. It took them 6.5 hours and two trips to move my things. They worked non-stop during that time period. It was a little expensive, but saved me from spending at least one whole weekend moving!

The packing and moving of her home went very well. The moving of her belongings to the storage facility went very well too. When she moved from one Memory Care facility to a different one, they once again proved their punctuality, friendliness, hassle free and professionalism. We had no problems with the movers and they were affordable.

Overall this was not a good move: 1. I was told they accepted checks and when they arrived I was informed they did not. 2. The guy in charge of the crew asked how I was going to pay and said he wanted cash. I told him I would not do that. Then he asked that I make the check out to him personally. I then called the office and they informed me they do not take checks. They confirmed his request was not appropriate. 3. I had a stop at a charity listed for the move for items that would not longer fit the room in the facility. The guy in charge asked constantly if he could have the various items going to charity. It was extremely annoying. 4. They broke glass within a frame. I saw it happen and the guy did not say anything...he just turned the picture around. At this point I was at my ropes end so I just ignored it to get it over with. 5. The head guy on the move told me a rate 10 dollars an hour more than the agreement. I corrected him and he said...oh oh that's right. I found dealing with this crew a questionable exercise. I will not use them again.

They showed up on time. They were quick and efficient and did a great job. Did not damage anything and was a good value for the service.

Overall it was a great experience. We had never used professional movers before since friends and family had always pitched in. Although we hope we don't have to move again anytime soon, I would absolutely call 3 Men Movers again.

I use them to do packing services and also moving the packing took an extremely long time they did do a decent job packing When it came to moving my stuff I was told it should take no more than a day I had to call him back to finish moving stuff out of the garage I spent well over $1500 to move 10 miles that was ridiculous furniture was damaged furniture cushions were torn my toolbox was dropped it was a nightmare I am 100% disabled veteran I do not have a lot of money to spend and I feel they took advantage of that

I would always use this crew again with 3 Men Movers and would recommend this to anyone.

Confirmed the day before the scheduled move both by phone and email. Called at the time they were scheduled to arrive and said they would be 20 minutes late. They were exactly 20 minutes late, but from that point forward were fast and efficient in getting the job done. All furniture and pictures were fully wrapped and taped in blankets. Took a queen size bed apart and re-assembled at the new location. Extremely polite and professional. I would recommend them highly and use them again.

They arrived early and started right away. They are extremely professional. They did an outstanding job prepping all my furniture so that it would not get damaged. I would recommend them to others in the Area. I would ask for Dario, who is one of the crew leaders.

The truck was packed in 1.5 hours, the driver said they would stop for lunch on the way to the new apt. An hour later, only 2 men arrived at the new apt and the 3rd never showed up. Since the new apt is on the 2nd floor, it took them 4 hours to unload the truck. At the end I was told my quoted price was no good and I was responsible for the extra time. The move cost me an extra $400 after some debate, since they tried to get more out of me. I felt bad for the guys that had to do the job regardless of the 3rd missing guy, but I didn't feel I should take the full hit for their short-coming. The company should have been able to locate another guy to fill in, but didn't. A job that was supposed to take 3 hours ended up costing me the whole day and extra money..

They were good, very professional. They were close to the amount they quoted.

We had an appointment for the first available slot on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM. I received a call from Norma at 9:00 stating that the driver that was scheduled to come out to my house called in sick and that she would try to get another team headed my way. I received a call about 20 minutes later and she stated that there was another team that would be at my home at 12:30. When 12:30 rolled around I received another call this time from the driver of one of the trucks and I was told that he could be there by 2:00. I was starting to get a little upset since we had spent the majority of the day waiting on them to arrive and I had other stuff to do. I made another call to the company to see if anybody else could come sooner and was told that there was nobody else that could come. Ricky and his team did arrive at 2:00 on the dot and we walked the house briefly and pointed out the items that were going and what was staying. I signed them in and 3.75 hours later after everything was unloaded into our storage units I signed them back out again. They charge $112 for the trip charge and then $129 per hour for a weekend move. Overall we are very pleased at how quickly these guys work and how they shrink wrap a lot of the furniture before they put it in the van. We will most likely be using their services again for the next house.

Move was originally scheduled for 9 am. with an estimate of 3-4 hours. The day before they rescheduled for 12-12:30. They arrived at 3:30. After walk-through they revised the time estimate to 6 1/2 or 7 hours. The complete job actually took 10 hours. The truck was not big enough to make it in one trip. Because of the extra time and being late, they had to finish the job on the next day. They charged me a 2nd trip charge because they had to come back a 2nd day. Also they charged me an insurance charge of $85 which was not mentioned on the original estimate. They did not give me any documentation on how to file a claim or who the insurance was with.

The did an excellant job. I went on-line to get a quote and before I even logged off, someone called me. The movers showed up exactly on time and worked very hard for a solid 5 hours. They were great. A good value based on the work they did. Great customer service. No complaints whatsoever.

Everything was transported with no losses. Furniture pices that did not fit doorways were skillfully disasembled and reassembled.

Move itself went fairly well.Had to rent a Uhaul truck since truck was not big enough.Men finished unloading about 8:30 P.M. The driver was to turn in the rental truck and said that $30.00 should be enough for gas, to avoid fuel charges.Gave him this amount, plus a tip to each man.When my visa statement was received, there was an extra charge from Uhaul for $87.94. for fuel and fuel up charges.Called moving company for an explanation was transferred to someones answering machine. Left a message with my complaint.Have never heard back from them. 2/19/13 -Update I was contacted promptly by this company.Turns out the driver did spend the $30.00 on gas but it was not enough and the additional charges were incurred. This matter has been resolved completely. I would now give them a grade of B. The problem was lack of communication. If the driver had just called me to explain what had happened, this could have been avoided.

This was a small job. The communication was excellent. I received an e-mail confirming rates and terms also giving me the name of the mover who would be in charge of our move. We received a phone call the morning of the move from the crew leader to advise us of his arrival time. They arrived on time, were very efficient and polite. It was an overall good experience.

they showed up on time, wrap some furnitures have drawers, paintings, sofa etc. they are very fast. When moving the boxes and furnitures into new house, we have brand new wood floor, they put carpet on the floor, very careful with the floor and any wall corners.They are very professional, I'll use them again in the future.

These guys were great. Showed up on time, got things loaded into the truck really fast and just did an all around great job. We would definitely hire them again, and recommend them to anyone we know.

Jorge and his crew were excellent. They were careful, efficient and courteous. I would definitely use Jorge and 3 Men Movers again.

They were earlier than expected-we were the second move of the day and xpected a phone call at noon estimating their arrival, but that came around 10 instead and they were there in half an our. Their truck fit most of our stuff but I'd recommend they do an inquiry of approximate number of boxes, garage contents, etc as we had to make a few trips ourselves afterward. Overall they were fast and courteous and our stuff made it there in tact.

Fair at the most since I have a mirror never put on my dresser and my husband cannot do it as not sure where the hardware is; scraping of the paint on our ceiling above the steps;

Where to start. The guys started out moving the boxes, wrapped the dining table, and filled their trailer (way too small for the amount of stuff we had) . Kept asking them to get the 'heavy' stuff, like desk in my office, bookcases and so on. Told us that those things would go on the back of the trailer. Thne trailer was full and there was no room. Next trip. FINALLY, make a trip over to the new house. and as we were being charged by the hour did not appreciate the long smoke breaks that they were doing IN the trailer (with our stuff). They were ready to knock off at 5pm and asked what time they should come the next day. We fired them. Ends up, the refrigerator had a BIG gouge across the front, and several peices of furniture were cracked, gouged or broken. Boxes clearly labed were not put in the correct rooms (Don't think they could read English) After firing them, we had to do the remainder of the move ourselves as it was a holiday weekend and unable to find new movers.
