3 Men Movers

Overall the experience was okay for something I booked last minute in my opinion. I scheduled services for Saturday on the Tuesday before and was told I would be the second move of the day. I asked that they arrive at the store where I purchased an item no earlier than 1 pm. I was told when booking that they should be finishing up their first job at this time so it should not be a problem. The movers contacted me at 1245 saying that they were running a bit behind and would call 30 minutes prior to when they were leaving which would be in approximately an hour to an hour and a half. At the time I appreciated the heads up but then I realized this was dragging out the day. When I hadn't heard from them still I had to call them at 3pm. They said they were on their way and coming from an intersection which is only 15 minutes away. Forty-five minutes went by and they were still not at the store so I called again to make sure they were not lost and my call went to voicemail. They arrived an hour after I had spoken to them. While the movers were all very nice and accommodating once they arrived, I was disappointed that I waited three hours. I also found out I was the third move of the day. After they left I discovered they scratched a freshly painted door in my hallway but didn't say anything. Stuff happens when moving furniture and schedules get delayed but I would have appreciated more punctuality and a better estimate on ETA. If you are thinking of hiring them I would only do so if you are truly the first job of the day.

These folks did exactly what they said they'd do, when they said they'd do it, and without a wasted moment. I like doing business this way.

I would use them again and would recommend them.

Provided packing and moving services over two days

They arrived on time. We were combining two households of furniture, so there was a lot of moving around. They wrapped the furniture so that it would not be damaged. Overall, they did an excellent job. My daughter is moving in two months and I will use them again.

Did not use any type of covers or plastic wrap to protect furniture. One man was over a hour late and no discount was applied.

My experience with 3 Men Movers was fantastic. The ladies who came to pack were amazing quick. They were friendly and professional. The men that came to move were the same. Everyone was so friendly and responsive. My moving concierge was great and no matter how last minute my requests, they were met. I hope to not move again anytime soon, but if I did, I would use 3 Men!

Once again they did a great job! All of my kids have used them since our first experience 2 years ago!

I was worried about moving companies because I had heard lots of bad stories. Well you have nothing to worry about with 3 man movers. They shoed up on time, were very clean and profesional, and took very good care of our items. Nothing was broken or damaged. Im hiring them again to move my business office to our new location.

I purchased my desk from Star Furniture and they could not put the desk on the 2nd floor. It was a total nightmare. 3 Men Movers was the fourth visit from a moving company for this desk. I thought I was cursed because even that same morning another visit from Star Furniture's moving crew was unsuccessful (Honestly, they didn't even try). The crew took apart the desk, moved it upstairs, and reassembled it within an hour! I was shocked. Usually, this is how long it took for the past three people to determine that they could not do the work! In fact I'm using that desk to sit my laptop on now and type this review. Highly recommend! I don't even like doing reviews or surveys but I have to let the world know!

Wallace's daughter here. We can't say enough good things about this company and everyone we worked with there. From Nick, who walked us through the process, costs and every detail, to Marcela who answered all my questions, no matter how silly or last minute, to Carlos and his team, who treated all my father's items as if they were their own. Everything arrived in pristine condition and was moved in and arranged to my dad's (and his two daughters that were there) satisfaction. I am just sitting down and putting together the dates and items for the next move, and know exactly who to call! Even though this move was a small one, we never felt like they considered us "small". I highly recommend this company.

The guys were fast, efficient, and courteous. They handled my belongings and the homes with care. I think the sum total of damage for the move (which incidentally was done entirely at night/without the light of day) included: 1 scratched door edge and 1 small puncture in a mattress cover; I consider these nicks to be negligible. I'd use them again and recommend them to others. Just be first.

The three young men were compentant and professional. Will most certainly use again. The price was right and the work was completed on time without any problems or damage to our furniture.

Merod Ortiz and his team were amazing! They were on time; they did everything that they said they would offer. They made the move as seamless as possible.

They were pleasant, and extremely fast but careful! I had a $10k hand carved bedroom set that was very heavy and some other furniture and delicate household items. They had me loaded up in 30 minutes! Unloaded my stuff up to a 3 story apartment, including setting up my bedroom set for me, sofas, etc. No one just stands around. While the main man in charge was writing up my invoice before they left, the other two men continued to hang up my clothes for me which I needed help with. I would definitely use them again!

They were pleasant and did a good job. It took the same amount of time to move items out of a storage locker as it did to move into a 2800 square foot two story home. As we were not there while they were moving items from the storage locker into the truck I believe they rode the clock a little. We have used them several times and this took 5 hours, the longest ever, usually from one home to another, not from a storage locker where everything is in one place. It was our bad for not being there during the initial loading. Would definitely use again, but will keep a closer eye on them.

They did a superb job. The packing crew was good but the moving crew was outstanding. 3 men with a crew lead that had good communication skills. They confirmed through out the process and we very careful in both homes not to damage items, walls, stairs, etc. I would highly recommend them. A great value.

We chose 3 Men Movers because they had high ratings on AngiesList and there was a coupon for $30 off. The movers were 45 minutes late due to heavy rainfall, but it was ok, because they called twice to let us know the status on where they were. The 3 men were nice, professional, and wrapped everything very well. The move from one residence to another seemingly went smooth. Although I didn't notice anything chipped, once they left, I noticed that the arm of my sofa was broken from the inside (you couldn't tell it just by looking at it), and one of the legs of a wooden toy box had broken off. When I called the next day to make a claim, the woman in the office was questioning why we didn't point out these issues while the movers were still there, and I told her it was because the damage to the couch was internally, and we just didn't notice the back of the toybox. She made it sound like I was just making these things up or something. Anyway, she told me I could file a claim and take pictures and once submitted, they would review the claim with the leader of the 3 men, and the damages would be deducted from his paycheck. I think it is unfair to deduct it from the employees paycheck (he was probably early 20's and said he was newly married), instead of the company taking responsibility for it. I am undecided on whether to make a claim, because I know it was a mistake, and when your young, every penny you earn seems to count. I don't know if I would use 3 Men Movers again; I guess each case just depends on the team that comes out to move your things, the care that is taken, and the experience that they have.

The move was easy and went as scheduled. A smoker and large hammock was able to fit into the moving van. Great care was taken in the wrapping and moving of all of my belongings.

Everything went well. The packers were very professional and courteous. They did pack some items in boxes that weren't labeled for the items. They were quick. The movers were also courteous and efficient. They protected furniture well. They were prompt and quick.

The truck arrived on time and the movers went right to work. They were very careful with the furniture and moved everything down the narrow stairwell without damaging the furniture or the walls. They were efficient and courteous.
