Description of Work: We ordered new blinds for our house after getting new Windows. I liked having a person with decorating experience come to help us pick out types and colors. Plus, she measured everything. We are pleased with this company. My only complaint was the high cost of shipping - this took us by surprise, so make sure this is included in your budget.

Description of Work: Measured, matched colors, showed different styles to match existing blinds in the house. When blinds were ready, the installer did a fantastic job of installation. It costs more than going to ready-made, but service made the difference.

Description of Work: I never use this company again. The local installer is not responsive. They messed up with the appointment twice. I complained about the service with the customer service which is in other state, however, they did not help me at all after they received the payment upfront. The area manager was so arrogant and he did not care about the customer at all.

+ -1 moreDescription of Work: Very mixed bag with these folks. the good news is that they are very responsive when they screw up. The bad news is that they get a lot of practice at that: - first, their name should be 3 week blinds, not 3 day.- about the first thing I said to their designer when she arrived was that I wanted free handing vertical blinds, not plastic backed.- 3 weeks later, plastic backed blinds showed up (and had to be installed)- they were very apologetic and ordered the right blinds- 3 weeks later they showed up and were installed- installation was ok except for 10 missing weights (free handing blinds have weights at the bottom)- the weights were de
