Description of Work: Horrible business practices. I would never let them in my house. My experience started with them never contacting me, and when I finally had to contact them - they said they would call me to schedule an appointment and never did. Really?

Description of Work: They come out twice a year to check our A/C & furnace. We have a maintenance policy with them. they do a good job, are professional and charge good prices especially if you have a maintenance policy with them. We are very pleased with their services.

Description of Work: They gave me a second opinion on the repair listing I received from Berkey's Heating and Cooling Technicians. They recommended that I add a new vent to one of the cooling units but after investigation - the vent was hidden in the back of the unit where they could not see it. They are very trustworthy and I highly recommend their services. Berkey's was trying to find some ways to make more money when the units did not need their suggested repairs - i.e. over $7,000 worth of repairs!

Description of Work: Facilitated permit process and installation of self purchased water heater. On time, professional service. They had to replace a leaking valve, rework venting and plumb the new drip pan.

Description of Work: This company did meet my expectation for what they said they would do, an energy audit. This was very informative and was used to measure other vendors, as you know, when getting bids on a project your start out knowing very little but learn as you go thru the porcess. This comany was definately in the running but we chose another vendor due to price and service agreement options. We did give this company an oportunity to meet the competitive price but they were unable so they were not chosen. They were very responsive and professional during the initial contact and bid process.

Description of Work: This was a great experience. Mark came out and gave me the estimate. The three installers showed up on time the day that was scheduled. They introduced themselves and shook hands. Each one of them put on shoe covers before entering my house. They placed tarps down from the attic door all the way to the back entrance. Two units were totally replaced plus the furnaces. They followed exactly the work that was in the estimate and what I was told to be done. When all the work was done, I was given a tour of their work, which was done perfect. Cleaned up and left as if they were never here.

Description of Work: Always punctual and always aware of problems with our A/C. We are on a program with them and they do simi-annual inspections.
