Excellent service. Rick cry alled to confirm time he would be here. Arrived on time. Courteous and professional. Did not charge me a high minimum rate as College Hunks and 800 Got Junk requires. Was charged appropriately for my load. I will call Rick in the future and look no further for other hauling services.

Rick was very professional and he and his helper worked very hard to remove our in ground spa which was surrounded by decking. They had to remove standing water in the spa before completing the job and did an excellent job. After dismantling and removing the spa they dismantled and removed the decking around the spa. They capped off all electric lines leading to spa and removed the spa equipment. They also hauled off the spa, decking and equipment. We are very pleased with the work Rick performed. He was very personable and worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. He and his helper were EXCELLENT!!! We will definitely hire Junk Services Houston in the future.

I wish there was a rating over A. Rick epitomizes a true business owner. He was very responsive to my call. Agreed to come out on today even though he knew it was going to rain (and it is raining buckets in Houston today). He wasn't just on time but a few minutes early. He and James were profession but not cold. Nice but not fake as many company's are. He was more than fair in his pricing. I've used 2 other companies over the last 2 years (1 large easily recognized company and another smaller). Their prices were higher, I had work around their schedule and the workers were average. I would and will recommend him to everyone I who will listen. In this day and age, a company that is run honestly with integrity is such a welcome thing. I already stated this but can't emphasize enough....this is the company you want to help you clean out your home.

Rick and James were prompt and extremely professional, and performed exactly as advertised. They took great care to maximize the amount of space in the dumpster they brought, and charged a flat rate based on how much of the dumpster was filled. They even worked in the rain. I can easily recommend them based on this experience.

Amazing. Kind, friendly, fast, hardworking. I called at 11 and he came at 1 with his truck and a team. Way more than I was expecting. For way less than any competitor. It would have taken us MONTHS to accomplish what his team did in just a few hours. He even was able to give advice on what lumber would be useful if we wanted to keep, etc. in the end, he hauled away an ENTIRE trailer of junk for what it would have cost us to haul off on our own.

Rick and his crew are great. He came out on a rainy day, our home is at the end of a narrow winding drive with no turn around, and the home is 5 levels. Certainly a challenging situation...but Rick didn't miss a beat. He and his team are fast and efficient, they took two very full loads of household junk, carefully packed to make the best use of space and fit everything in. They had 5 levels of stairs to deal with, and they went at it quickly and professionally. I would absolutely use Rick again, he was a pleasure to do business with. Dependable, professional, courteous, and great at what he does.

They did such a good job, took care in the way they loaded (to keep my cost down and to recycle), cleaned up after it all. They came roughly on time, I booked online. It couldn't have been any easier.

Everything went very well. They were on time and had everything loaded very quickly. It took less than an hour. Scheduling was very easy and quick.

We were faced with cleaning out our Mother's home that had been neglected for the past 10 years or so since our Father passed away. It's a fairly small home at 1350 sq. ft. but the house was literally packed wall to wall and waist high in 3 bedrooms and the living room. The garage was packed chest high as well with leftovers from a locksmith business. Rick and his guys showed up on Monday at 8AM and started work immediately removing old scrap wood and metal from outside the garage and back yard. We then started on the garage and it took us a day and a half just to get that cleaned out. Rick set up a table for my wife and I to go through boxes 1 by 1 as they carried them out of the garage to make sure there was nothing of value that we were throwing away. Many times Rick would bring things to my attention that he noted might be of value. Once we had the garage cleaned out, Rick's guys swept everything up and that became the place where we placed anything that was salvageable from the home. Each night before they left, they would sweep the driveway area where we worked to make sure the place looked presentable after they left. Inside the home, again Rick's guys moved fast and Rick literally emptied the kitchen cabinets 1 by 1 himself. We worked beside him in the bedrooms to box all the valuables and Rick's guys carried the good boxes to the garage for us and kept the trash cans emptied so we could keep moving. Overall it took 4 days and 10 to 12 loads to get it done, but we already hired Rick again to clean out 2 storage units and will be hiring him this Saturday to go through our own garage at home!! If you need junk hauled off, an estate clean-out, or simply need to de-clutter your home or garage, I would recommend Rick and Junk Services of Houston time and time again. Thanks Rick! Job went great. Rick was professional, fair, friendly, sensitive (while giving up stuff, kind, efficient, punctual, helpful. He went over and beyond what he was hired to do, dependable, and any other positive attributes you could think of.

We had a travel trailer that a family member had been living in, and it had a bunch of junk and trash all around it. I searched A-List, and based on the good reviews, I contacted Rick w/ Junk Services. Rick was prompt with getting back with me and flexible on when he could get the work done. When he showed up, the cleanup was taken care of in less than an hour, and the area around the trailer was spotless. Hopefully, I'll never have to deal with a mess like this again, but if I do, I will definately contact Junk Services.

When I called the number for Junk Services, Rick answered. He was courteous, professional, and was able to explain what Junk Services could help me with (including rates). He also shared the size of the truck, and gave me a good idea of what I could fit (removal-wise). The day of my appointment, Rick called and let me know he was on the way. He and Patrick then proceeded to remove the clutter from my garage, removed rotten pallets, and most importantly, they removed a rusting storage shed (walls and base). They even removed the rocks and bricks that were under the base. The weather was awful, but you wouldn't know it from those two. They were friendly, helpful, and kept a great attitude throughout the entire process. I was very impressed with their service, and especially with the removal of the storage shed. Rick and Patrick, thank you again. You really helped me out, and I will be sure to send anyone that needs junk removed to Junk Services. I would definitely recommend this business, and will definitely be the first business I call when I next need junk removed.

I called the number here on Angies list. Rick personally answered. He gave me a rough estimate of what the cost would be for the job I described. We agreed on a date to have the work done. Rick showed up at the agreed time and date. He was very professional, and promptly went to work with his employee. They emptied a large building that was full of junk that had accumulated over years. They were so fast and did such a good job, that we asked if they could haul away some more junk that was on site, and Rick was able to fit that in as well. They swept up after the job was done. We were very impressed. We have already scheduled them to come back to demolish and haul off the building they cleaned out today. We were very pleased with the work performed and will highly recommend Rick to friends and family.

Rick personally came over to do the job of hauling the trash. He was very professional, punctual and dependable. Cleaned up and raked all small trash debris. Like no trash was there before. Definitely will hire again in future and recommend Junk Services Houston.

I had an afternoon appointment on 5/28. They called and needed to reschedule because there had been lots of rain earlier in the week and some of the normal dumps sites were not accessible. Junk Services offered to do the job on Saturday morning. All went well.

Rick responded to my inquiry for a dumpster right away. He suggested that he and his men could come with a truck and help us to pull out boxes and that we could go through the items to decide what needs to be tossed or kept. This worked out great, the guys lifted the heavy boxes and dumped what we didn't want. Doing it this way saved us so much time and work. Rick and his guys were professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them.

Rick was wonderful. He performed the job himself on Mother's Day rather than interrupt his employees' on their holiday. His cleanup of the site after the truck was loaded was extremely thorough. I would recommend him to anyone, and plan to ask for his help again with my tasks in the future.

A two man crew - they worked fast, picked everything from the where items were (there were some heavy items in the lot). Torn down some built ins and haul them.... Overall great service/ I highly recommend Rick and his company.... will use them again. A++

The owner of this company is so easy to communicate with, and always responsive. I cannot praise enough. I have used the service twice now and will use again in a month or two. I'm so thankful to have found such a reliable company to deal with. Rick helped my husband carry a very large 65 inch TV down the stairs and load it into the dumpster ... he was more than nice. The last time I used the service we had a TON of paint cans to be removed and disposed of properly. We asked if Rick could suggest how to dispose etc and charged us a very small fee to remove many, many cans. Thank you so much! Answered my call right away. Was able to set up an appointment quickly. They came on time, even a bit early. Picked up the wood from a deck that was torn apart in the back yard. An old couch, and other misc junk that was piled up in the garage. They filled up their trunk and were finished within 1/2 hour or less. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Manny is a complete professional, courteous, and efficient. I am in the process of doing a clean-out on a home I need to get on the market. The home is about 3300 sq-ft with many articles that needed to be removed. The process was quick and easy. Would not hesitate using this company again and recommend to anyone needing any form of trash removing service.
