No problems. The movers were well prepared for the takedown of the tub. They were efficient and well equipped to complete the job.

They were on time, professional, and thorough. They took the extra time to rake up the leaves and small random detritus after the bulk of it was loaded into their trailer. Once fully loaded, they even cleaned up the area at the edge of the street where they had parked. You would never have known they were there, if you hadn't seen them. Excellent work all the way around.

It went Great! They showed up as they agreed. Very Professional and polite. Good communication. The pricing was very good and they got the job done quickly. In fact, not only did they remove the big items, they picked up and removed the tiny pieces to make sure the area looked great! I highly recommend Junk Services Houston for any job big or small.

He showed up on time. I showed them the job and we all went to Work loading the truck. It didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. I would definitely hire again.

Rick was fantastic. Had appointment at 10am, but they were early, which was fine by me as I just wanted a buffer in case anything came up beforehand. Setting up the appointment was easy, and Rick and his guy were great. He came in and reviewed all that needed to be taken out and gave me his estimate. 30 minutes later they were done, and the price was bit lower than he thought once he gave me the angies list discount. He was professional and personable. Will be using him again in the future as I'll have another go round. Can't say how pleasant this experience was from start to end.

After nailing down a time for the removal, I provided images of the smoker. Rick and his one man crew showed up minutes before the agreed time. They immediately went to work. After evaluating the situation, they realized that their plan to remove the smoker was not going to work. Without hesitation or complaint they went to plan B. As I watched, Rick and his one man crew lifted and moved, by hand, that very heavy smoker out of the back yard, down a long walkway along the long side of the house and out the front gate. They were loaded up and gone in less than an hour. I don't hang out with junk haulers every day so I am not aware of what all they are capable of doing but I have to say that what I witnessed those guys doing was way beyond impressive. I was very happy with their service and professionalism. I would never hesitate contacting them again or recommending them to others. Rick and Junk Services Houston are the real deal.

I called Rick at about 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, thinking that I would have to schedule a pickup next week. But he told me he could be at the house at 3 p.m. and he was there right at 3 p.m. He worked fast too -- I called him the fastest trash-hauler in the south! He had everything loaded up in about 45 minutes -- lots of lumber, old bikes, boxes, etc. He took it all. He had the right equipment and covered everything securely with a tarp to avoid anything falling off. I had called a couple of placed before I spoke to Rick and they said they couldn't come until next week, and their prices were much higher. I was very satisfied with the work and would hire him again.

Rick and his co-worker arrived promptly at 8:30am. This the second time we have used Junk Services and are very pleased with their professionalism and cleanliness. They went into two upstairs attics and cleared everything out. They even swept them out after finishing. They also laid down tarps so our floors would stay clean. The first time we used them they completely removed an in ground hot tub and did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again and give this company our highest rating. Exceptional!

Rick responded right away with a quote. It was a reasonable cost in my opinion. He explained how he would accomplish the work and we set an appointment. He arrived with a helper on time and accomplished the work. He cleaned up. I left for work. When I came home and inspected the job, I was able to pay over the phone with a credit card. I give Junk Services Houston an A+ rating.

Junk Services was great to work with. They showed up and quickly removed the heaps of tile, then swept up the area before leaving. Pricing was reasonable for showing up and hauling away heavy materials. I would definitely recommend them.

It went well. The pick up was scheduled for 9 a.m. They arrived at 8:30 and I arrived at the apartment at 8:45. They were almost done by the time I arrived. Once they were finish loading, he gave me a discount from the quoted price. I would highly recommend this company.

The pre-job estimate was spot on even with my non traditional description of the situation. The team came on short notice and did an amazing job. The workers were fast, friendly, very professional and cleaned up when they were done. I couldn't be any happier.

Rick and his crew were very punctual. In fact, following an early a.m. call, Rick said he be by that afternoon. They worked extremely hard and made a huge difference to have items gone in such a short period of time. I would not hesitate to call upon Rick again. Excellent! Rick was very responsive and returned my call just a few minutes after leaving a voicemail. He was also much more affordable than other companies that had give nus estimates. We were in a rush to get the things hauled off, and despite having a busy schedule, Rick fit us in the same day we contacted him. The guys worked quickly and even moved a piece of furniture for us. They even swept up some debris in the garage left under one of the items they moved for us. Don't hesitate call these guys if you need something hauled off.

Rick kept me informed at all of times during the scheduling process. He even contacted us the night before just to verify that everything was still on track. I really like this level of service. His crew showed up precisely on time and did an amazing job. I was shocked at how fast they were able to empty 6 years of junk that had collected in my garage. When completed, they even swept the place clean. If only all the services in the world were as good as this one. You won't go wrong using Rick's disposal service.

Very well, on the whole. The work was done very well and very professionally. There were mishaps on the first two appointments -- an appointment made by phone didn't get recorded in the company system, and an equipment breakdown necessitated a one-day postponement of the second appointment. However, Junk Services made up for that by doing an excellent job.
