Description of Work: I paid for a "Dream Clean", however, I felt like I got just a regular house cleaning. Maid affordable performed these cleaning services:VacuumSweep/ Mop; Kitchen counter wiped down; Dusted some (did not use a 2-step stool); Cleaned the bathtubs/showers & bath counters; Wastebaskets emptied/relined This is what was supposed to be performed: Maid Affordable Dream Clean Includes all of the “Checklist Clean” plus the following: Lamps and lampshades dusted or vacuumed w/attachment Top of refrigerator wiped Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed Wastebaskets emptied/cleaned/relined Blinds and shutters hand cleaned Moldings, window sills, and lock ledges hand cleaned Doors and door frames hand cleaned Pictures and knick knacks hand cleaned Cabinets washed and polished from top to bottom Light switch plates cleaned Woodwork on stairs hand cleaned Lower air return vents vacuumed Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture) Carpet edges (vacuum crevices) Special attention to heavy dust build-up Special attention to build-up in kitchen We use step stools to get to hard to reach areas. We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Excessive build-up on blinds may require professional ultra-sonic mini-blind cleaning.

Description of Work: It took two talkcative workers 8 hours to clena one kitchen that only fits two people. Two people at $35 dollars each per hour, for a total of $280 dollars and all I got was a kitchen that was not sufficently mopped or clean. The two maids appeared to be "best friends" and began talking together at once. They both were late. The sad part is that worker one arrived at appx 9:05AM and the other at appx 9:09AM. Management was involved to the count os a two hr conversation where she stated that the workers were great and she never had any problems. I had an excellent (A) experience with Maid Aforadable or Afforadale Maids when I had a stroke last year, they clean here before. the difference yesterday was that they sent two worker bees who decided to chat away my $280. I told anagement that they never got to any of the bedrooms, formal dining room, 3 full bsthrooms, nothing! Management blamed my 6X4 small kitchen and stated that that is why the girls were in the tiny kitchen for 8 entire hours. No way, I noticed last time I used this maid service that they had sent an experienced leader out to direct the two maids I got on their every move. As I had a stroke I tried to get the leader or team chief and she was booked. I told management as I cried that her two maids took advantage of an American with Disabilities and a USAF 100% disable elderly person. She had no comment. I even asked the two workers if they needed anything or a break. they both rolled their eyes at me. I should have known that I was in trouble when the first maid ran out to meet the other unprofessional maid (she gave me dirty looks and made snide coments that were so offensive I hurt inside). After she ran to meet her I heard her said, something like, oh, thank ? you are here, no way. Stop, let me know and lets call management. No, instead they took advantage and I lost a greaat deal of time, and dignity. I offered the manager to come over right now and see how little work was done. One kitchen, half a refriderator, one small stove, they swept and did not do a good mopping, just a swipe. Threw my pots and dishes all under the cabinet. Then vacumed the middle of the living room floor, ,threw empty boxes on the coouch and told me they had to go. I told the that I was given an option for more time and they said no, they weere too busy. they mocked me and laughed in my face; did not do an honest days work for any pay and WILL NEVER COME BACK TO MY HOUSE AGAIN. NEVER, will anyone treat me like an idiot in my own home while failing to do the job they were pre-paid to do.

Description of Work: I used the services of Maid Affordable for housecleaning a week ago, Monday. I use them every two weeks. They vacuum, wipe up the floors, dust the furniture, dust the blinds and clean the bathrooms.

Description of Work: I live alone and use only the master bedroom , master bath, a small kitchen, and a small family room. I have other bedrooms and another bathroom but they were not on the list to be cleaned. I did NOT realize so much was left undone until after she had left. Description of Work: They conducted an apartment "move out" cleaning for my son's apartment. Including cleaning the oven, refrigerator, and bathrooms. They also providing a carpet cleaning service.

Description of Work: Total housecleaning--four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, baths, den, dining room. The amount I have reported was for the first service. Afterwards, the price was a little lower--close to about $130/per cleaning.

Description of Work: Had all wood floors cleaned and carpets vacuumed. Cleaned ceiling fans and blinds. All shelves, book cases etc dusted. Bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly cleaned....did a super job on these tough areas!!

Description of Work: They performed all of the services advertised on their checklist. After every visit, they called to make sure I was happy with the services. Once they forgot to dust the fan, and they sent someone over promptly to dust it and vacuum up and mess they made. On another occasion, the housekeeper's mop broke so the floor didn't get cleaned well. I was having a party, so I had to mop it myself after they left. They refunded part of the cleaning cost to cover the improper mopping.
